Objective To discuss the clinical effect and influence combination of drugs on the functions of target organs in the patients with salt-sensitive hypertension. Methods 125 patients with salt-sensitive hypertension, their clinical data retrospec-tively analyzed, divided into two groups, treated with coaprovel and felodipine combined with irbesartan respectively for 8 weeks. The levels of left ventricular mass index (LVMI), fasting blood glucose (FBG), triglyceride (TC), total cholesterol (TC) and blood 2-microglobulin (2-MG) during the treatment were then observed. Results The amplitude of blood pressure was significantly lower in the coaprovel group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment in the patients with salt -sensitive hypertension. However, there was no statistical difference of effectiveness between the coaprovel group ( 81.0%) and the felodipine combined with irbesartan group (83.9%).The decrease range of LVMI showed significantly better results in the coaprovel group (28.9 ±7.3).Moreover, there was no statistical difference in other indexes between two groups or before and after treatment .Conclusion Coaprovel has a similar cura-tive effect with felodipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of patients with salt -sensitive hypertension. It has more signifi-cant protective effect for heart damage .

Objective To investigate the role of regulatory B cells (Breg)in children with newly diagnosed immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).Methods A total of 35 newly diagnosed ITP children admitted to the Pediatric De-partment,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to December 201 4 were recruited in this study, and another 20 gender -and age -matched healthy children from the Department of Medical Examination Center of the same Hospital were recruited as controls during the same period.Peripheral blood samples (3 mL from each chil-dren)were collected from all the newly diagnosed ITP children and the normal controls.Breg cells were tested by Flow Cytometry, and the expression levels of interleukin -1 0 (IL -1 0)and transforming growth factor -β1 (TGF -β1 ) mRNA were measured by real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Meanwhile, the correlation be-tween Breg cells and the expression levels of IL -1 0,TGF -β1 mRNA were analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results The percentages of Breg cells in the peripheral blood of the newly diagnosed ITP children [(2.37 ±0.67)%]were sig-nificantly lower than those of the normal controls [(4.92 ±1 .32)%],and there was a significant difference (t =-7.47,P =0.000);the expression levels of IL -1 0 mRNA in the newly diagnosed ITP children(0.202 ±0.059) were significantly decreased compared with those of the normal controls(0.41 5 ±0.21 2),and there was a significant difference(t =-5.1 75,P =0.000);while the expression levels of TGF -β1 mRNA in the newly diagnosed ITP chil-dren(1 .587 ±0.823)were significantly increased than those in the normal controls(0.61 9 ±0.322),and there was a significant difference(t =4.081 ,P =0.001 ).There was a significant positive correlation between Breg cells and the ex-pression levels of IL -1 0 mRNA(rs =0.828,P <0.05),but no correlation between Breg cells and expression level of TGF -β1 mRNA was found (rs =0.527,P =0.1 1 7).Conclusions The decrease expressions of Breg cells can be found in the newly diagnosed ITP children, and the abnormal expression of Breg cells may play a key role in the immu-nological pathogenesis of the newly diagnosed ITP children.

Objective To research the early effects and side-effects of the local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients using intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)combined with concurrent chemotherapy. Methods From January 2005 to January 2007,60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma of stage m-IV b were received IMRT combined with concurrent chemotherapy in our center.Sixty patients were divided into paclitaxel concurrent group(32 patients)and cisplatin concurrent group(28 patients). The prescribing doses of the primary tumor were 68-72 Gy for each group. The patients of paclitaxel concurrent group patients of the cisplatin concurrent group got earlier radiodennatitis and radiation-induced mucositis but also got significantly higher rate of radiodermatitis,radiation-induced mucositis,radiation-induced leucopenia and gastrointestinal toxicity,as well as the loss of weight. No significant difference was found on liver and renal funcfons between two groups.Four patients(12.5%)of the paclitaxel concurrent group were broken-off,which was much better than the cisplatin concurrent group. There was no significant difference on the specific length of break-off time, the 2-year overall survival rate and the 2-year diseaee-free survival rate between two groups. Conclusions IMRT combined with concurrent chemotherapy of paclitaxel liposome for local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma results in less side-effects and better tolerance than IMRT combined with concurrent cisplatin chemotherapy.

Objective:To monitor and evaluate in vivo dose changes of intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) in patients with cervical cancer in a real-time manner. Methods:Twelve patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. The in vivo doses were monitored by PerFRACTION?. Electronic portal imaging device (EPID) were collected in each treatment fraction for two-dimensional in vivo dose verification[γ index and dose difference (DD) index]. Log files were recorded for three-dimensional in vivo dose verification (γ index). The correlation between in vivo dose and treatment duration was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results:A total of 206 sets of EPID images and corresponding Log files were collected. The three-dimensional in vivo dose verification γ 1%/1mm of all patients was not correlated with treatment fraction ( P>0.05). Among them, the absolute difference of γ 1%/1mm of 94.66% fractions was< 1%. The mean DD 3% of two-dimensional in vivo dose verification of all patients was negatively correlated with treatment fraction ( P<0.05). Among which, the average γ 3%/3mm of 9 patients was>89% in the treatment fractions, and the average γ 3%/3mm of 98.57% fractions of these 9 patients was>93%. The other 3 patients had an average γ 3%/3mm ranged from 38% to 100%. CBCT images showed that the bladder volume of these 3 patients was significantly decreased with the relative changes by 82.08%, 84.41% and 73.59%, respectively, and the target area was retracted significantly with the relative changes by 38.12%, 59.79% and 24.46%, respectively. Conclusion:Combined with γ index and DD index, PerFRACTION? can monitor the mechanical stability of accelerator and MU delivery accuracy during treatment fractions, and monitor the changes of in vivo dose in patients with cervical cancer, which can improve the safety and quality assurance of IMRT for cervical cancer patients and provide guidance for patients with adaptive radiotherapy.
