Objective To discuss incidence and related risk factors of vascular cognitive impairment (VCI) after acute subcortical infarction (SI).Methods One hundred and eighty-two patients with acute SI were divided into two groups:VCI group (81 cases) and no-VCI group ( 101 cases) according to VCI diagnostic standard.Sex proportion,age,culture degree between two groups were compared,and correlation was analyzed between the quantity of risk factors and the incidence of VCI.Results The incidence of VCI after acute SI was 44.5％(81/182).According to age stratification,the incidence of VCI in the patients of 56-65 years was 35.4％ (23/65),in the patients of 66-75 years was 45.3％ (48/106),and in the patients of 76-85 years was 90.9％ (10/11 ).The age in VCI group was significantly higher than that in no-VCI group [(69.93 ±6.91) years vs. (67.62 ±5.56) years,P =0.014],and culture degree was significantly lower than that in no-VCI group (P =0.028).The sex proportion between two groups had no significant difference (P =0.876).The more accompanying risk factors,the higher incidence of VCI.Conclusions Along with the increase of age,the incidence of VCI after acute SI is higher.The more accompanying risk factors,the higher incidence of VCI.

Objective To preliminarily analyze the credibility and validity of Chinese Medical Constitution Questionnaire(CMCQ).Methods CMCQ was used to investigate the distribution of Chinese medical constitution types of 450 women inpatients with postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery from March to October of 2013.Credibility and validity were analyzed by Cronbach's α coefficient and factor analysis.Results Mixed constitution was identified in 184 (40.9％) patients.Cronbach's α coefficient of two dimensions (yang deficiency and qi stagnation) of CMCQ was proper,being 0.815 and 0.803 respectirely,while that of the dimension of harmony type was the lowest (0.514).The total variance explained by 9 common factors extracted from the results of factor analysis was only 48.5％.Conclusion CMCQ may need further revision based on the results of clinical application.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and security of caffeine citrate in preventing primary apnea of preterm infants by observing the clinical effect, adverse reaction and prognosis of caffeine citrate preventing the primary apnea. Methods A total of 132 preterm infants admitted to neonatal department of Tianjin Central Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology were selected during January 2015 to July 2016. They were randomly divided into two groups, one was the caffeine group, and the other was the control group. The infants of caffenine group were intravenous injected caffeine citrate 24 hours after birth, with the first dose 20 mg/kg, and the maintain dose 5 mg/kg every 24 hours, until the corrected gestational age was 34 weeks. The infants of control group were not given methylxanthine drugs. Data were compared between two groups including the incidence of apena after 48 hours of giving drugs, the period of using nasal continuous positive airway pressure (n-CPAP) or ventilator, the incidence of feeding intolerance, tachycardia, patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), intracranial hemorrhage (HIE), necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC),and bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), weight growth rate and the length of hospitalization. Results There were significantly lower incidence of apnea after 48 hours, the period of using nasal continuous positive airway pressure or ventilator, incidence of patent ductus arteriosus and intracranial hemorrhage and the duration of hospitalization in caffeine group than those in control group (P < 0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of feeding intolerence, bradycardia, NEC, BPD and the weight growth rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The preterm infants given caffeine could reduce the incidence of the primary apnea, improve the prognosis of the preterm infants, and no significant adverse reaction.

Objective:To provide reference for the pharmacy automation construction in outpatient pharmacy of domestic hospitals. Methods:The work process, application effect and patient satisfaction before and after the use of automatic drug dispensing machine were analyzed and compared by the data collection and questionnaire according to the operation practice of automatic drug dispensing machine in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital. Results:After using the automatic dispensing machine, the work flow could be op-timized, the comprehensive benefit and the satisfaction of patients could be improved, and the investment return rate was promising. Conclusion:Automatic pharmacy is the direction of modern pharmacy construction, which has a good application prospect.

Objective To investigate the levels of serum chemerin in the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients and explore the clinical significance.Methods A total of 76 AMI patients from January 2013 to December 2013 were inrolled and 30 healthy patients were included as normal control(NC) group.Chemerin, tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), adiponectin were asessed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELlSA).The clinical data of high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP), body mass index (BMI), blood lipids, underlying diseases et al were collected.Results Serum levels of chemerin in AMI patients was higher than the NC group significantly((12.97±4.17) μg/L vs.(30.96± 17.16) μg/L, t =5.642, P＜0.001).The Serum levels of Chemerin in single vessel disease group, two vessel disease group and triple vessel disease group were (22.25 ± ±6.93) μg/L, (28.57 ± 15.92) μg/L, (37.95 ± 16.52) μg/L respectively and was linearly increasing relationship with increasing AMI severity (P＜0.001, F =22.84, r2 =0.397).Serum levels of Chemerin positively correlated with TNF-α, hs-CRP level(r2=0.347,0.455 ,P＜0.001) and negative correlated with adiponectin(r2 =0.396,P＜0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that chemerin was an independent risk factor for AMI (OR =4.822,95％ CI 4.422-7.141, P =0.032).Conclusion The results showed that serum chemerin levels were significantly elevated in AMI patients,and chemerin may be involved in the development process of AMI.

Purpose:To study the effect of FasL gene on human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines and possibility of ex- ogenous FasL gene for gene therapy of lung cancer.Methods:An adenoviral expression vector with full length cDNA of FasL gene insert was constructed(Ad-FasL) and transfected into A549 cells.The effect of exogenous FasL gene on the growth of A549 cells was examined in vitro and in vivo.Results:Expression of FasL gene in A549 cells was confirmed by FCM and RT-PCR.The in vitro growth of the Ad-FasL transfected A549 cells was significantly inhibited (inhibition rate: 84%) as compared to mock (Ad-LacZ) transfected A549 cells.Colony-forming activity in vitro of the Ad-FasL transfected A549 cells was completely inhibited.The Ad-FasL transfected cells became apoptotic which was confirmed by the appear- ance of pre-G_1 on flow cytometry (FCM).The growth of A549 xenografts in nude mice was retarded by intra-tumol injection of Ad-FasL.Conclusions:FasL gene participates in the induction of cell apoptosis.Its use in gene therapy of cancer is promising.

Objective: To study the preparation technique and release characteristic of 5- fluorouracil-loaded chitosan microspheres for the intranasal administration. Methods:Using the liquid paraffin as the oil phase,and span-80 as the emuifier; 5- fluorouracil-loaded chitosan microspheres were achieved by emulsion-chemical crosslink technique. The orthogonal experimental design was applied to optimize the preparation procedure. Dynamic dialysis method was used to determine the releasing characteristic of microspheres in vitro and it influencing fators.Swelling behavior was expressed by swelling ratio.The degree of mucoadhesion was investigated by determining the mucociliary transport rate(MTR) of the microparticle across a frog palate. Results: Microspheres with a good shape and narrow size distribution were prepared. The average diameter was (43?4) ?m. The drug loading was 38.5%? 1.0%. The entrapment efficiency was 79.0%?1.8%.The drug release profile in vitro could be described by Higuichi eqution Q=0.1035t 1/2 +0.0284 (r=0.9965). Chitosan had good mucoadhesive property and caused a siginificant reduction in MTR(P
