2.The study of the change of glucocorticoid receptor in peripheral leukocytes from patients with chronic nephritis
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
This article reports, for the first time in China, the study on the change of glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) in peripheral leukocytes from 23 patients with chronic nephritis. The number of GCR was measured by the single point analysis using ~3H-Dexamethasone (~3H-Dex) as the ligand. It was found that the number of ~3H-Dex specific binding was 8825 ? 2429 sites/cell, much higher than that in normal subjects (5154 ? 1635 sites/cell, n = 22) P0.05). The concentration of plasma cortisol was determined simultaneously. It was within the normal range. There seems to be no relationship in these patients between the number of GCR and the concentration of plasma cortisol statistically (r = 0.074, n = 25). The results showed that the level of GCR in leukocytes during chronic nephritis was changed. This change had no relationship with the concentration of plasma cortison. The possible mechanism and clinic significance of the results have been discussed.
3.Feature Extraction of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential Based on Wavelet Multi-resolution Analysis.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(3):514-519
We proposed a multi-resolution-wavelet-transform based method to extract brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) from the background noise and then to identify its characteristics correctly. Firstly we discussed the mother wavelet and wavelet transform algorithm and proved that bi-orthogonal wavelet bior5. 5 and stationary discrete wavelet transform (SWT) were more suitable for BAEP signals. The correlation analysis of D6 scale wavelet coefficients between single trails and the ensemble average of all trails showed that the trails with good correlation (> 0. 4) had higher signal-to-noise ratio, so that we could get a clear BAEP from a few trails by an average and wavelet filter method. Finally, we used this method to select desirable trails, extracted BAEP from every 10 trails and calculated the I-V inter-waves' latency. The results showed that this strategy of trail selection was efficient. This method can not only achieve better de-noising effect, but also greatly reduce the stimulation time needed as well.

4.Antibiotic therapy of pediatric sepsis
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2012;19(5):470-472
Sepsis is systemic inflammatory response syndrome associated with infection.Early recognition of severe sepsis or septic shock, early hemodynamic resuscitation and the immediate initiation of effective intravenous anti-infective therapy are the cornerstones in the management of patients with sepsis. The infectious microorganisms associated with sepsis in pediatric patients vary with the patient's age and immune status.Initial empirical antimicrobial therapy should include one or more drugs that have activity against all likely pathogens and that penetrate in adequate concentrations into the presumed source of sepsis.Empirically therapy should be de-escalated to the most appropriate single therapy as soon as the susceptibility agent is known.

The professional skill schools started an activity, which is the important measure to popularize the strategy of“the science and education making our country prosper”,that is,the definition of professional skill and implement of institution of professional certificates. It is the development direction of professional education that implementing of the institution of double-certificates',creating the new mode of cultivating the individuals, and strengthening the tuition of students'skill to make the students to acquire the education diplomas and the pro- fessional certificates. This issue points out the way and some opinions in this work,in the terns that imploring practice of the identification of the professional skill of microorganism inspecting worker' and the joint of microorganism education reform.
6.Adverse Effects of Organophosphorus Pesticides on Neurodevelopment of Fetus and Children:an Advance Review
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Organophosphate pesticides(OPs)are used extensively in agriculture,it became the most heavily used insecticides in China after the use of organochlorine pesticide was restricted in 1980s in China.Recent years, with an increasing usage of organophosphate pesticides in China, much concern has been showed for the level of OPs in human body and the adverse effects of OPs on human health especially on fetuses and children have raised a great. The level of OPs in children and the adverse effects of OPs exposure on neurobehavioral development of children were reviewed in the present article.
7.Respiratory support in preterm infants with respiratory distress syndrome
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2014;21(10):613-616,621
Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) is most common in premature infants, the smaller the gestational age,the higher the incidence.Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) started in the delivery room has been shown in multicentre randomized controlled trials to reduce the need for mechanical ventilation (MV) and surfactant. The European Consensus Guidelines on the Management of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome in Preterm Infants-2013 Update recommended that CPAP should be started from birth in all babies at risk of RDS and a starting pressure of at least 6 cmH2O(1 cmH2O =0.098 kPa)should be applied.CPAP with early rescue surfactant should be considered the optimal management for babies with RDS.Using CPAP immediately after birth with subsequent selective surfactant administration may be considered as an alternative to routine intubation with prophylactic or early surfactant administration in preterm infants. If endotracheal intubation is needed, early administration of surfactant is preferable.Nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation may reduce the risk of extubation failure in babies failing on CPAP.Several strategies have been employed specifically to improve the success of noninvasive ventilation and shorten the duration of MV.Caffeine should be used to facilitate weaning from MV and to reduce bronchopulmonary dysplasia.A short tapering course of low-or very low-dose dexamethasone should be considered to facilitate extubation in babies who remain on MV after 1 ~ 2 weeks.Very early steroid treatment and treatment with high doses cannot be recommended.
8.ESTABLISHMENT OF AN IMMORTALIZED RAT ASTROCYTE STRAIN EXPRESSING ENKEPHALIN REGULATED BY DOXYCYCLINE AND ITS ANALGESIC EFFECT ON RAT CHRONIC NEUROPATHIC PAIN
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(06):-
Objective To establish an immortalized rat astrocyte strain(IAST) expressing enkephalin regulated by doxycycline(Dox) and observe its analysesic effect on rat chronic neuropathic pain. Methods Retrovirus infection method was employed to develop an immortalized rat astrocyte strain expression enkephalin regulated by doxycycline.hPPE gene expression level of IAST/Tet-On/hPPE strain was detected by Real time-PCR and radioimmunoassay. Its analgesic potential was investigated by mechanical paw withdrawal thresholds after these cells were implanted into the subarachnoid space of chronic constrictive injury(CCI) rats. The expression of Fos protein in the dorsal horn of spinal cord was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results An immortalized rat astrocyte strain secreting enkephalin under the control of doxycycline was established successfully. After transplantation of IAST/Tet-On/hPPE cell into the subarachnoid space of chronic constrictive injury(CCI) rats, the sensitivity of mechanical allodynia and the expression of Fos protein were significantly decreased(P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(03):-
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of p185 and p53 protein overexpression with pathological types and recurrence.Antibodies against p185 and p53 proteins were used to measure expression of these proteins in the nuclei or cell membrane of cells from sections of the giant cell tumor of bone GCT.It showed that 11 out of 52 tumors overexpressed p185 protein and 14 out of 52 tumors had abnormally high levels of p53 protein,4 cases had abnormally high levels of both p185 and p53 proteins, positive expression rates of p185 and p53 in cases with recurrence and cases without reccarrence were 46 2%,20 5% and 38 5%,15 4% respectively. However, there was no association between p185 and p53-positive cases and pathological degree. There was significant correlation between the expression of p185 and p53 protein in the giant cell tumor of bone and recurrence.(? 2=6 125,P=0 047).However,there was no statitically significance between the expression of p185 and p53 protein in the giant cell tumor of bone and pathological types. So that,we consider that the clinical significance for p185,p53 overexpression in GCT to be researched further.
