1.Role of extracellular histones in sepsis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;(4):371-374
Sepsis is a common desease with a high mortality in pediatric intensive care unit. The patho-genesis of sepsis remains unclear. Recent studies have found that extracellular histones play an important role in the incidence of sepsis. This review provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.
2. Mesenchymal stem cells: A delivery vehicle for cancer therapy
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2011;32(10):1030-1034
Stem cells possess unlimited self-renewal properties and the ability to produce multiple differentiation progenitors. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can specifically migrate to multiple kinds of tumors and their metastases in a systemic manner(to all parts of the body). Therefore genetically modified MSCs can serve as vehicle of anticancer factors to inhibit growth of tumor. But many questions remain to be answered and the precise mechanisms remain unclear. This paper reviews the mechanism of MSC homing, MSCs as delivery vectors for cancer therapy and its advantages over traditional drug vehicle. MSCs as delivery vectors can be used for cellular therapy in future cancer treatment.

Objective To study the effect of morphine used in epidural anesthesia on puerpera after cesarean section and the safety of morphine to neonate. Method One hundred puerpera undergone cesarean section were randomly divided into test group and control group with continuous 2% lidocaine epidural anesthesia, as soon as the operation were finished, 2 mg morphine was injected into vacum epidurale for test group, nothing for control group. Colostrum and plasma, urine samples of puerpera and neonate were collected, morphine and metabolite level were tested by GC-MS and FPIA. Result Morphine concentrations ranged from 0.05). Conclusion As the epidural analgesia medicine after cesarean section, morphine has no side-effect to neonate and is safe to neonate.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2003;0(06):-
ObjectiveTo study the mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on treatment of the late-onset fetal growth restriction (FGR). MethodsSixty-one pregnant women, who were first diagnosed as FGR after 32 weeks, were voluntarily devided into group-A (Routine management, n=28) an d group-B (HBO combined with routine management, n=33). Thirty cases of normal pregnant women were served as control group, called group-C (n=30).Results(1)Before treatment, the values of umbilical artery systolic/diastolic Ratio (S/D), pulse index (PI), resistant index (RI) and the blood viscosity at the low shear rate (LBV) of both group-A and group-B were significantly higher than those of group-C, P

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(6):981-991
To study the effect of different storage conditions and storage time on herb quality of Lonicera macranthoides, different packaging materials including vacuum plastic bags, plastic bags, woven bags, sealed with endometrial bags, paper bags, sack bags were selected for the study under different storage conditions including room temperature, 5 degrees C refrigerator, low temperature of - 20 degrees C refrigerator and desiccator. Twenty-four batches of samples were used for the study, and active ingredients were determined. The experimental results showed that the ingredients in each storage group changed with the storage time, storage conditions (storage environment, packaging). Under the same storage time, the storage environment (temperature, humidity) had effect on the stability of herb quality. Low temperature had less effect on herb quality. The effect of packaging on herb quality was as following: plastic vacuum packaging > woven with endometrial sealed packaging > plastic bag > woven bag > sack bags > paper bags. Under the same storage conditions, with the increase of storage time, caffeic acid content increased slowly, and other five ingredients content decreased gradually. Storage time affected significantly on the intrinsic quality (chemical composition) and appearance of herb. It is suggested that low temperature (5 degrees C), dark and sealed storage are suitable for storage of L. macranthoides herb, the storage time should be not more than 24 months.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To explore the relevant factors that led to the adverse drug reaction(ADR)of netilmicin.METHODS:ADR cases resulted from netilmicin reported in12kinds of Chinese periodicals from1998to2003were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The ADR of netilmicin involved multiple organs and systems, the clinical manifestation were compli-cated and diversified, which manifested mainly on the renal toxicity, toxicity of nervous system and allergic reaction.CON-CLUSION:Clinician and pharmacists should be alert to the ADR of netilmicin and keep using drugs rationally.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(7):90-93
Objective To explore the effects of different processes on the contents of three alkaloid ingredients in Coridalis Rhizoma. Methods The contents of three alkaloid ingredients (protopine, dehydrocorydaline, tetrahydropalmatine) were determined by HPLC. Agilent HC-C18(2) column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) was set at 35℃; acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (triethylamine adjusted pH 5.3) (26:74) was set as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was set at 280 nm; the injection volume was 10μL. The three components were separated well under these chromatographic conditions. The linear relationship between the mass of each component and the peak area was good (r2≥0.9996). The average recoveries were 100.31%, 99.34%, and 99.34%, respectively (RSD≤2.70%).Results The contents of protopine, dehydrocorydaline, tetrahydropalmatine and the total contents of three alkaloids were higher than other groups in large size samples (diameter of fresh products was 2.0–3.0 cm) which were boiled 5–6 minutes, the medium size samples (diameter of fresh products was 1.5–1.9 cm) which were boiled 2–4 minutes and the small size samples (diameter of fresh products was 0.7–1.4 cm) which were boiled 1–2 minutes. The contents of alkaloid in boiled process were lower than steamed process. Conclusion The Results of study provide an experimental basis for origin processing of Coridalis Rhizoma.

The expression of ZNF191 mRNA in 31 ovarian malignant tumors and 31 normal ovary tissues were investigated by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). It was found that expression level of ZNF191 mRNA in malignant ovarian tumors was much less than that in normal ovary tissues (P
