1.Impact of mindful-based stress reduction exercise on the negative emotion and quality of sleep among patients with glaucoma
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(13):1005-1009
Objective To explore the effects of mindful- based stress reduction exercise on the sleep and negative emotion in Primary glaucoma patients. Methods By using random sampling, primary glaucoma patients at the hospital of between September in 2015 and September in 2016. A total of 93 patients were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table. The control group was given conventional nursing, intervention group joined in mindful-based stress reduction exercise on the basis of routine nursing. Baseline levels of anxiety, depression and status of sleep were measured in the two groups after admission, evaluated and comparison at the end of formal intervention. Results At the end of intervention, the score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) in intervention group was decreased from (13.42 ± 3.56) points to (8.23 ± 2.11) points (t=7.832, P=0.000), the score of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was decreased from (18.42 ± 4.55) points to (10.31 ± 2.76) points (t=9.517, P=0.000), the effect was better than the control group (t=8.117, 7.671, all P=0.000). And the score of Self-Rating Scale of Sleep (SRSS) was decreased from (30.81±8.35) points to(25.52±6.13) points (t=3.189, P=0.002), the effect was better than the control group (t=2.253, P=0.027). Conclusions Mindful-based stress reduction exercise can reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression and promote the status of sleep effectively.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the current situation and trend of narcotic drug use in our hospital where the authors work in order to provide the reference for scientific management and rational use of these drugs. METHODS: The yearly amount of narcotic drugs administered in the whole hospital, the yearly amount in the separate departments, as well as drug expenditures and ratios between January 2002 and November 2005 were added up and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The amount of bucinnazine use dominated in the first. The amount of morphine for oral use was increasing year by year. The amount of fentangl transdernal patch use was also bigger and increasing rapidly. However, the amount of pethidine and morphine for injection use was decreasing. CONCLUSION:Analgetics for oral and transdermal use will be the main categories of analgetics in the future.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(5):8-12
This paper reviews practices and features of health service system planning in some countries, and analyze its implications for China’s system planning. It is an international common practice to perform health service system planning to improve resource allocation efficiency, to meet multilevel demands of medical services, and to control dramatic growth of medical expenditures. Governments and their affiliated departments are the main body to formulate and implement the plans, and different levels of governments have different responsibilities in planning. During the procedure of formulating and implementing plans, collaborative governance network can be utilized to en-courage multi-party stakeholders to participate. The government should play an active role in planning to ensure the equity and accessibility of health services. The authority of planning can be achieved mainly through the comprehen-sive measures in legislation, political regulation, economic incentives, etc. Improved tools and methods based on multidisciplinary theories can be used to improve plan’s scientificity and delicacy. China can learn from international experience in formulating and implementing health service system plans.

Purpose:To evaluate the effects of the implementation of “Guidelines of Diagnosis and Treatment for Common Cancers in China (Breast cancer)” in recent 10 years, and to provide evidence for decision making for Health Services. Methods:Continuously followed and randomly sampled hospitalized breast cancer cases in District hospitals and General hospitals, evaluated by clinical experts. Results:The rate of total agreement was 41.36%, the rate of essential agreement was 49.09% in 1996-1999. The sum of the two rates was 90.45%. The total agreement rates were without statistical difference among district hospitals, county hospitals and municipal general hospitals. There was no case of disagreement in municipal general hospitals. The disagreement rate in district hospitals went down from 7.69% in 1994 to 3.70% in 1999. The total agreement rate of cases with operation was 46.74%, higher than any group with other treatments. The proportion of cases with correct case stage classification was 47.33%.Conclusions:After implementation of the Guideline, the level of appropriate treatment was increasing. In order to raise the level of cancer diagnosis and treatment, and improve cure rate, survival rate and life quality, we must take measures on staff training, quality control, supportive environment, comprehensive patient management and patient transfer policies.[

International Eye Science 2014;(8):1533-1534
AIM: To explore the surgical methods and clinical effects on young patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion.
METHODS: There were 27 patients ( 45 cases ) who suffered congenital lower eyelid entropion accepted the modified blepharosphincterectomy. The clinical effects and complications were evaluated.
RESULTS: After followed up for 6mo, 42 eyes were fully recovered, 3 eyes were unsuccessful and the cure rate was 93%, 5 eyes suffered minor lower eyelid skin folds, none had lower eyelid retraction and ectropion.CONCLUSION: Modified blepharosphincterectomy is an ideal cosmetic surgical treatment for young patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion. It is an effective surgical treatment with fewer complications.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2008;10(11):1480-1482
Objective To observe the antibacterial activity of artificial antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) to Blastomyces albicans, E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus in oral infection in vitro. Methods The AMPs were dissolved into PBS or sterilized saliva, then the inhibi-tion of different concentration AMPs to E. coil was evaluated by tube testing. The inhibition effect of different concentration of AMPs to Staph-ylococcus aureus and Blastomyces albicans were evaluated by antibiotic-susceptive test paper. Results When the concentration of AMPs added to broth of E. coli is from 150μmol/L to 300μmol/L , the bacterium count is 0 while the number in control is 6700 ~ 9200cfu/ml. At 100μg/tablet AMPs, the diameter of inhibitor zones of Staphylococcus aureus and Blastomyces albicans are 13mm and 11 mm. At 300μg/ tablet, the diameter are 16 mm and 17mm. AMPs dissolved in PBS and saliva have similar antimicrobial activity. Gonclusions The AMPs is effective to prevent Blastomyces albicans, E. coli and Staphylococcus aurcus in oral infection in vitro.

Objective To discuss the applied value of multislice CT scan in combination with 99 MTC -MI-BI -SPECT for the diagnosis of isolated pulmonary nodule lesions. Methods 60 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules shadow in the X -ray film from July 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected and detected by spiral CT scanning and 99mTC -MIBI -SPECT imaging.Scan results and pathological examination or surgery were com-pared,specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of pulmonary nodules were concluded about the method in the differential diagnosis isolation. Results The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of multislice spiral CT scanning alone were 73.6%,78.2%,79.3% respectively; The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of 99mTC -MIBI -SPECT imaging alone, were 82.6%,78.2%,79.3% respectively; The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of multislice CT scan com-bined with 99mTC -MIBI -SPECT imaging were 93.3%,93.2%,93.8% respectively. The accuracy of combined detection was significantly higher than that of 99mTC -MIBI -SPECT examination(χ2 =6.783,P =0.010)or CT scan (χ2 =8.012,P =0.008).Conclusion Multislice CT scanning combined with 99mTC -MIBI -SPECT imaging has better effect in diagnosing pulmonary nodule lesions, which is superior to the method alone. The combination meth-od can obviously improve the detection rate of lung nodule lesions, which is,worthy of further promotion.
