Objective To investigate the effect of Zidan decoction containing serum on endometrial receptivity in uterine immunity environment, and then to discuss if it's effect on endometrial receptivity through its controlling the expression of cell factors which related to endometrial receptivity. Methods Mice's endometrium tissue samples and uterine Natural Killer (UNK) cells were obtained from pregnant mice on gd 4.5 days and gd 12.5 days. After endometrial glandular epithelial cells, endometrial stromal cells and UNK cells were separated through primary culture, epithelial cells and endometrial stromal cells at rate of 1 ∶ 1 a certain concentration UNK were mixed together and highly purified-cultured.Different concentrations of Zidan decoction was acted on the culture solution.FBS,black and aspirin control group were setup for contrast. The expression of LIF and VEGF which influenced by Zidan decoction in the immunity environment was assayed by Realtime-PCR.Results The expression of LIF and VEGF was significantly increased in the immunity environment of uterine (in 10% Zidan decoction group,10% aspirin group and 10% blank control group:LIF was 2.10±0.20,1.98±0.14,0.90±0.05 separately, and VEGF was 3.17±0.31,2.52±0.09,0.92±0.06respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion Zidan decoction could improve endometrial receptivity by increasing the expression of cell factor which related to endometrial receptivity with the help ofUNK paracrine.

Chinese medical student's education system is quite different from that in western countries.Besides,Chinese residency training program is just starting. The professional training of pathologists, who make the final diagnosis in the hospital,is not satisfied. The present situation in China is that overall quality of pathologists is low and varied. The pathology department of Xijing Hospital started to carry out the pathology residency training program since 2009.It is expected to search for a model of pathology residency training program with Chinese characteristics.

Objective To evaluate prognostic indicators in severe traumatic brain injury and intracania hamatomas with hernia and analyze which is the most important indicator. Methods Data of 84 cases with severe traumatic brain injury were retrospectively analyze .Age,GCS,pupil reflex, midline shift, compression of the cisteme, decompression time and complex injury were considered as possible prognostic indicators.SPSS13.0 was employed to analyze the data,Logistic regression(Forward conditional)analysis was done to confirm which are the most important prognostic indicators for severe traumatic brain injury and to evaluate the practical value in predicting prognosis(X2= 22.92,P< 0.01).Results 48 patients died and 36 survived.56(67%)patients had a bad prognosis(GCS≤3)and 28(33%)had a good prognosis(GCS >3).Those who had a shorter decompression time(≤3h)had a better prognosis than those who had a longer decompression time(>3h),with the mortality rate of 11% and 67% respectively.Lesser cisteme compression predicts better outcome.GCS,pupil reflex, midline shift, and complex injury didn' t enter the logistic regression equation.According to compression time,90.5% of the cases' prognosis was accurately predicted, according to compression time and cisterne compression,95.2% was accurately predicted. Conclusion The mortality rate of severe traumatic brain injury with hernia was high and surgical intervention was effective.Decompression time and cisteme compression were the most important factors affecting prognosis in severe traumatic brain injury and they could predict prognosis of most cases correctly.

Objective To make hiatal hernia(HH) children grow and develop well by making correct early diagnosis and reducing misdiagnosis. Methods Reviewing clinical data of 12 patients with HH,including clinical character,X-ray diagnosis, correct examination, treatment and prognosis. Results Of 12 patients,9 cases were left HH,and 3 cases were right HH.All of them had internal expectant treatment;4 of them had operation. All of them had a good prognosis. Conclusions X-ray radiograph is a chief method of diagnosis of hiatal hernia. It is important to choose a specific position properly during radiograph examination.

Objective To observe the tolerance of contemporaneous multiplane operations in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods Twenty-three patients were enrolled. According to the different obstructive level, the different operations were chosen to complete upper airway reconstruction in contemporaneous operation group (group A, 13 patients). In the simple palatopharynx level obstructive group (group B, 10 patients), bilateral tonsillectomy and H-UPPP was chosen. Results The operation time in group A was significantly longer than that in group B:(121.0 ± 35.4) min vs.(80.7 ± 25.3) min, P<0.01. The hospital days and adverse events in two groups had no significantly difference (P>0.05). Conclusions Individual therapeutic schedule for OSAHS patients should be formulated. Operating the different obstructive levels simutaneously, which would solve upper airway occlusion and complete the upper airway reconstruction at the same time. No more adverse events happen, compared with the simple palatopharynx level obstructive group, though the operation time may be longer.

Objective To explore the application of videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) in the treatment of dysphagia post-stroke. Methods Eighty patients were assigned into control and treatment groups. Both groups accepted routine drug treatments and physical therapy, and all patients underwent VFSS on the 1 st and 28th day of the study. The patients in the treatment group accepted weekly VFSS in addition, and their swal-lowing training schedules were formulated according to the VFSS assessment results. Water drinking tests and de-glutition disorders were adopted to assess the patients' swallowing function before and after therapy. Results In treatment group, where the therapy schedule was adjusted using VFSS every week, the adjustment proportion at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th week was 20.6% , 40.7% and 15.8% , respectively. Before treatment there was no difference between the two groups with regard to water drinking, deglutition or VFSS scores. After training the water drinking and deglutition results and the time for iodine to transit the oral cavity and pharynx all improved significantly in both groups. The improvements in the treatment group were significantly greater than in the con-trol group. Conclusions Swallowing training based on videofluoroscopic assessment can significantly alleviate post-stroke dysphagia.

Objective To explore labeling efficiency and appropriate conditions of Superpara magnetic iron exide nanopaticles (SPIO) nanoparticles for Bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs). Methods BMSCs were aquired from skeletally mature dogs via iliac crest aspiration and separated by adherent cell cytopheresis.BMSCs were cultured and incubated with SPIO at different concentrations in vitro. The labeling efficiency of BMSCs with different labeling concentrations SPIO nanoparticles as well as detection of characteristics and signal attenuation rules were evaluated by MRI at 1.5T in vitro. Results BMSCs were efficiently labeled by SPIOin vitro and has no alterations to viability and proliferation profiles at this labeling concentration. BMSCs loaded with SPIO can be detected by MRI at certainly cell quantity in vitro(5 × 104). The quantity of SPIO in cells gradually reduced as cell culture time prolonged, with no statistically significant changes in cell death(P> 0.05). Conclusion The results demonstrated the potential application of SPIO as a wonderful cell tracer in vitro.
