The cell-impedance substrate sensor, which is mainly used to detect the shapes and function ofcells and other micro.organism.is a novel tool based on the technique of BIOMEMS to study the cellular physiologyand clinical Dharmasology. It has drawn attention from both domestic and international scholars as well as compa nies in recent years for its advantages such as innovative design and long-term non-invasive monitoring. This paperintroduces the interfacial model of cell-sensor in detail and gives a sketch of the recent international researchprogress. Then the novel interdigitated array, which was designed in our group recently,is introduced. The fore ground of development is discussed in the end.

Objective To study the mandibular anterior alveolar morphological characteristics of skeletal ClassⅢmalocclusion patients by CT quantitative research , which can provide guidances and indications for clinical skeletal Class Ⅲmalocclusion treatment and prevent iatrogenic complications , such as rootabsorption. Method 25 skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients during thepostpubertal were selected , three-dimensionalspiralCTscanning was applied to measure cortical and cancellousbonethickness around 6 mandibular incisors for analyzing the relationship between the bone mass and its anatomyaround the mandibular incisors roots. Results (1) The bone thickness around the lower anterior homonym teeth was basically symmetric in the skeletal Class III malocclusion. The labial thickness is a little less than the lingual side , gradually thickening along the root apical direction; (2) The area of mandibular incisors was inhomogeneous , and the 1/2 regional cancellous bone thickness of mandibular incisors was often lacked. Conclusion (1) The synchronous compensation of the teeth and alveolar bone is the significant feature of the skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion. (2) The responding regions ofthe alveolar bone in the 1/3 labial-cervical and root-tip may be the sensitive areas during the orthodontic treatment.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical and MRI features of choroid metastatic tumors. Methods Clinical and MRI findings in 4 cases with choroid lung carcinoma metastasis based on pathological results were retrospectively analyzed. Results Lung metastatic carcinomas were the most common primary cancers metastasizing to the choroid all the 4 cases had a decrease of visual acuity rapidly.MRI showed diffuse or local thickness of bulbar wall, and revealed T 1 isointense and T 2 iso-or hyperintense signals.A mass extruding into the bulb was seen in 1 patient. Conclusion MRI of choroid metastatic carcinoma has characteristic manifestations, and MRI is an effective and useful technique for the diagnosis of this lesion.

To probe into the effect on the viscosity of distilled water natural water Nacl solution and glucose solution by He-Ne Laser. Ubbohde's viscosimeter was used to examine the solutions treated by different times of irradiation under the action of certain Laser power to determine its viscosity. He-Ne Laser has not an effect on the viscosity of distilled water and NaCl solution. Effect on the viscosity of the natural water by He-Ne Laser ,the irradiating times in ten minutes, the viscosity of natural water is markedly lower than that from control groups, which are significantly different(P <0.05)the irradiating times beyond ten minutes, the viscosity of natural water is markedly higher than that from control groups ,which are significantly different (P <0.05).the viscosity of the glucose solution irradiated by He-Ne Laser are lower than that from control groups, but which aren't significantly different (P >0.05)

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of p63, p73 proteins and the development of hemangioma. Methods The immunohistochemical technique and quantitative image analysis were used to detect the expression of p63 and p73 proteins in 40 cases of capillary hemangioma and 20 specimens of normal skin. Results The absorbance value (mean ? SD) of p63 and p73 expression in normal skin tissue, proliferative phase of hemangioma and involuting phase of hemangioma were 0.923 ? 0.191 and 0.953 ? 0.120, 8.271 ? 1.953 and 6.408 ? 2.151, 0.920 ? 0.187 and 1.073 ? 0.516, respectively. The expression of p63 and p73 in proliferative phase of hemangioma was significantly increased as compared with those in involuting phase of hemangioma and normal skin tissue (P 0.05). Conclusions It is suggested that p63 gene is not a tumor suppressor gene but an oncogene in hemangioma and may contribute to the proliferation of endothelial cell and be associated with angiogenesis, and p73 may play an important role in the proliferation of hemangioma.

Bilingual teaching is the important teaching method of medical colleges to keep up with the international progress. This article summarizes the experience of bilingual teaching practice in medical imaging, makes a deep analysis on the problems that need to be solved promptly, and suggests some new ideas about the selection of textbook, preparation of teaching slides and teaching mode.

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(2):175-179
Objective:To observe therapeutic effect and safety of six‐month atrovastatin sequential treatment on pa‐tients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) undergoing PCI .Methods :A total of 280 ACS patients were consecu‐tively enrolled ,randomly and equally divided into sequential treatment group (received atorvastatin 80mg 2d before PCI operation ,then 40mg/d after operation ,20mg/d a month later ) and routine treatment group (no taking atorv‐astatin before PCI operation ,then 20mg/d after operation and as a maintenance dose ) .Both groups were observed for six months ,therapeutic effect and safety were compared between two groups .Results:Compared with before PCI ,there were significant rise in levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK‐MB) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) after PCI 18h~24h in two groups ,and those of sequential treatment group were significantly lower than those in routine treatment group [CK‐MB:(2.72 ± 0.52) μg/L vs .(6.04 ± 0.51) μg/L ,cTnI : (0.28 ± 0.13) μg/L vs .(0.42 ± 0.16) μg/L , P < 0.01 both ];Compared with routine treatment group , the high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) level significantly reduced in sequential treatment group after PCI 2d ,and continued until post‐operation six months [ (2.34 ± 0.51) mg/L vs .(1.49 ± 0.78) mg/L ,P=0.001];the blood lipids levels (except level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol significantly rose ) in sequential treatment group were significant lower than those of routine treatment group , P<0.01 all;there were no significant difference in percentage of transaminase level high‐er than normal three times and incidence rates of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) between two groups , P>0.05 all .Conclusion:Preoperative 80mg atrovastatin combined postoperative 40mg atrovastatin treatment can significantly reduce inflammatory reaction ,improve blood lipids ;compared with routine dose ,it doesn't significant‐ly increase adverse drug reactions ,so it's safe and effective .
