1.Diagnosis and treatment of hypocalcemia in critical illness children
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2017;40(2):190-192
Hypocalcemia often exists in critical illness children. Most of the sick children do not have an underlying disease of calcium homeostasis, and the mechanism of the hypocalcemia is complicated. Abnormal values of blood calcium may be a sign of critical illness and normalize spontaneously with resolution of the primary disease process. Hypocalcemia may be a autoprotection , and it may be harmful if we try to correct it. This article focuses on the theory and clinical treatment of hypocalcemia in critical illness children.
2.Statistics analysis of tri-allelic patterns in STR loci.
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2013;29(6):444-446
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the statistical method of tri-allelic patterns of STR loci.
METHODS:
The DNAs of venous blood and blood stain samples from 8,846 unrelated individuals were extracted using magnetic bead method, and STR genotypes were determined by multiplex fluorescent amplification and capillary electrophoresis and analyzed using GeneMapper ID v3.2 software. The genotype frequency and allele frequency of trizonal were determined by direct counting and formula, respectively, in order to deduce the formula of trizonal in paternity test and individual recognition.
RESULTS:
Of the 8,846 individuals, four tri-alleles and three tri-genotypes were detected. The multiplying of allele frequency and actual rate showed significantly statistical difference. The formula of trizonal in paternity test and individual recognition was successfully deduced.
CONCLUSION
The frequency of the two alleles inherited as a whole in the population could be calculated by multiplying the frequencies of each allele in the tri-allelic patterns.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2014;30(3):258-260
Dipeptydil-peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors are designed as oral anti-hyperglycemic drugs for the treatment of type 2 diabetes owing to their effects on the incretin system through sparing incretin hormones including glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) from rapid degradation by DPP-4.It has been shown that GLP-1 signaling may exert beneficial effects on cardiovascular system. In addition to GLP-1,DPP-4 physiologically cleaves cytokines, chemokines, and neuropeptides involved in inflammation, immunity, and vascular function. It means that DPP-4 inhibitors hold promise for cardiovascular protection independent of GLP-1.And its modulation of endothelial progenitor cells, infiammatory pathway, ischemic response, and lipid metabolism emerges as the major cardiovascular target of DPP-4 inhibitors.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2012;14(4):458-460
ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of neuro-electrophysiology and clinical value in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome.MethedsWe performed retrospective analysis of the clinical date of 46 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome in our hospital.Hughes grades and neuro-electrophysiological measure including motor conduction velocity (MCV),complex muscle action potential (CMAP),sensory conduction velocity (SCV) and F wave, were investigated as the related factors with the prognosis of GBS.Results The rate of abnormal F wave was higher than the rate of abnormal MCV.The rate of abnormal SCV was lower than the rate of abnormal F wave and MCV( P <0.05).The prognosis of the acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (AIDP) group was superior to the acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN) group, and there had significant difference( P <0.05).ConclusionsThe neuro-electrophysiological investigation is an important way to diagnose the GBS.F wave is a sensitive and specify index in the early diagnosis of GBS.The neuro-electrophysiological observation of MCV and CMAP may be served as cues for diagnosis, determination of the subtype and evaluation of the treatment effect in GBS.
8.The Study of Total Flavonoids in Leaves of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To study the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of flavonoids and other ingredients in leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca miq,and to optimize the reflux extraction condition for total flavonoids from leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq. Methods Preliminary test was used for qualitative analysis. UV-spectrophotometry was used to determinate content of total flavonoids. By orthogonal design, the extraction rate of flavonoids was determined in different factors of ethanol reflux extracting. Results Leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq contained alkaloids and flavonoids. The optimum conditions of ethanol reflux extracting total flavonoids are 12 times 50% ethanol, and refluence for 1.0h at water bath for two times.According to validate experiment, the average total flavonoids content was 16.6% in leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq, with RSD=1.52%(n=3). Conclusion Flavonoids are in higher level in leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca miq. There are some chemical similarity in leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq and leaves of flos lonicerae.

Objective To compare clinical-pathological features and Ki-67 expression profile between TNBC and Non-triple-negative cancer (NTNBC). Methods The expressions of ER, PR and HER2 were examined by immunohisto?chemical Envision double staining in 226 cases of breast cancer. All cases were divided into triple-negative and non-triple-negative group according to expressions of these three episodes. And Ki-67 expressions in two groups were assessed by im?munohistochemical method. The difference of Ki-67 positive index between these two groups and the difference of Ki-67 positive index between different clinical-pathological features were both analyzed by comparative analysis. Results In pa?tients with TNBC, tumor size, lymph node metastasis rate and Ki-67 index were all significantly higher than that in NTNBC. No significant difference in age and histological grade were detected between these two groups. The expression of Ki-67 was not significant correlated with age, tumor size, lymph node status and histological grade in these two groups. Conclusion Patients with triple-negative breast cancer were with larger tumor size, higher proliferation, more lymph node metastasis and poorer prognosis.
