International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):352-354
The gene of preferentially expressed antigen of melanoma(PRAME) is a gene marker of leukemia, which can be used to monitor the minimal residual disease, and can make us to comprehend the curative effect, prognosis, the grade of risk and can predict relapse. In addition,PRAME as a human tumour antigen, can be recognized by autologous cytolytic T lymphocytes,is a ideal target of immunotherapy in leukemia, and investigate the methylation level of PRAME gene CpG island, which can help us comprehend the relation of the mechanism of PRAME and leukemia.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE To analyze pathogen distribution of lower respiratory tract infection after tracheotomy in patients with severe brain injury to offer prevention and control measures.METHODS The data of patients with severe brain injury after tracheotomy were collected and analyzed in our hospital from Jun 2005 to Dec 2005,Bacteria culture were analyzed in 74 cases twice a week.RESULTS Eighty-four strains of pathogens were identified.Gram-negative bacilli,Gram-positive cocci and fungi accounted 73.04%,11.23% and 15.73%,respectively.Through control measures, the infection rate was reduced from 90% in 2004 to 48.65%.CONCLUSIONS The infection rate of patients with severe brain injury can be reduced through effective methods of prevention and control.

Objective Investigate the relation between decrease of apoptosis caused by delayed preconditioning and expression of SMAC and XIAP.Methods Sprage-Dawleyt rats were divided into four groups: control,sham,I/R and IPC/SWOP.The rats in I/R group underwent ischemia for 1 hour by classic artery ligation and reperfusion for 1 hour. The rats in IPC/SWOP group underwent tree cycles of 5-minute ischemia and 5-minute reperfusion 24 hours prior to the index occlusion.Cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry, the activity of caspase-3 was also measured. The expression of SMAC and XIAP in cytosol of myocardial cell was measured by Western blot. Results Cell apoptosis rate, activity of caspase-3 and expression of SMAC significantly increased in I/R as compared with control(P

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(04):-
Objective To correctly analyze the positive results of electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test (TET) and improve the level of diagnosis of CHD Methods Two hundred and fifty eight patients with chest pain underwent TET and CAG; the case history and different clinical parameters were collected (1) Clinical data of the true positive group and the pseudo positive group were compared and underwent a statistic analysis (2) Clinical data of the female positive group were compared and underwent a statistic analysis Results The number of females in the pseudo positive group was larger than in the true positive group; The number of patients with typical chest pain, hyperlipidemic history, history of smoking, family history of CHD was smaller than in the true positive group; In the pseudo positive group, the changes of ST segment were mainly in Ⅱ, Ⅲ and aVF The number of extent of changes of more than 0 2 mV and with angina induced during exertion in pseudo positive group was smaller than in true positive group In females, under 60 years, the number of ST segment changes of resting ECG and left ventricular hypertrophy was larger in pseudo positive group than in true positive group The difference was significant Conclusion The factors including sex, typical chest pain, risk factors of CHD, the location and extent of ECG changes and angina induced following exertion should be combined to analyze the positive results of TET

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2012;34(4):324-326
Objective To study the effects of Celastrus orbiculatus extracts (COE) on the expression of VEGF and CECs of Hepal-6 tumor bearing mice. Methods Animal Models of Hepal-6 portability liver tumor bearing mice were established and randomly assigned to six groups (eight mice per group) as follows:untreated control group, solvent vehicle control (DMSO) group, physiological saline control group,cisplatin-treated group, and different dosages COE-treated groups (40 mg/kg,20 mg/kg,10 mg/kg).To approach the effects of COE on the expression of VEGF and CECs in Hepal-6 toumor bearing mice. Results The ELISA and flow cytometer showed that COE could significantly inhibit the expression of VEGF(45.24±21.36) pg/ml and CECs (0.83 ± 0.10) % compared with the physiological saline control group (P< 0.01 ) with the dose of 20mg/kg.Conclusion COE could significantly down-regulate the expression of VEGF and CECs.It may be related with the effect of COE in inhibiting angiogenesis of tumor.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(06):-
ObjectiveTo study the characteristics of nonfunctioning parathyroid cysts (NFPTC) for its diagnosis and treatment. Methods 5 cases of NFPTC were hospitalized during 1985~1999. The clinical features, serum calcium evaluation ultrasonography and nuclide scanning were performed. Postoperative pathologic and immunihistochemistry detection in NFPTC were made.ResultsTumours in the 5 cases were removed by operation and diagnosis was verified by pathology. Tumors were all positive for chromogranin A (CgA),synaptophysin(Syn),and neuron specific enolase(NSE). Follow up found no recurrence. ConclusionsSurgical resection is most effective in treating NFPTC and diagnosis is made by pathologic examination.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 2015;28(5):380-381
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis ( CVST) in early pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 4 patients with CVST in early pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively. Results The age of the 4 patients with CVST during early pregnancy was 22 -28 years old.The clinical symptom was headache, and 1 case with seizure. The clinical sign was papilledema. The MRI and MRV examination showed that the superior sagittal sinus thrombosis in 1 case, the superior sagittal sinus and left transverse sinus thrombosis in 1 case, and the left transverse sinus and sigmoid sinus thrombosis in 2 cases. The patients were received anticoagulant therapy with low molecular weight heparin, 1 case was added endovascular thrombolytic therapy. After therapy, 2 cases were cured, and 2 cases improved. Conclusions CVST in early pregnancy is easy to be misdiagnosed.MRI and MRV are helpful to diagnose it.The mainly therapies are endovascular thrombolysis and anticoagulation therapy with low molecular weight heparin.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(09):-
Objective We sought to determine the incidence, clinical features, and risk factors for retroperitoneal hematoma(RPH)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A retrospective analysis yielded 21 cases of RPH out of 3,729 consecutive patients undergoing PCI between January 2000 and September 2005 in Anzhen hospital.Cases were compared with a randomly selected sample of 30 control subjects without RPH.Predictors were studied using univariate and multivariate analysis. Results The incidence of RPH was 0.6%.Anemia(100%)was a most universal feature.Features of RPH included hypotension(95%),diaphoresis(57%),groin pain(48%),abdominal pain(38%)and back pain(38%).The following variables were found to be independent predictors of RPH:female gender(odds ratio OR=5.23,P
