1.Efficacies of cryotherapy plus 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy in patients with condyloma acuminatum and nursing experiences

A total of 65 patients of condyloma acuminatum (CA) received cryotherapy plus 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) or ALA-PDT alone.During cryotherapy,handling was gentle with a moderate depth.The nursing of PDT was both meticulous and comprehensive.Patients with adverse reactions received Kangfuxin liquid for wet packing and topical antibiotic ointment.The combination group received cryotherapy for 2 sessions and then PDT for 1-3 sessions while PDT was administered for 1-4 sessions in single PDT group.Then all patients received PDT once for consolidation therapy.For groups 1 and 2,the effective rates were 83% and 70% and the recurrent rates 17% and 30% respectively.Cryotherapy plus ALA-PDT is feasible for CA and it offers better efficacies and lower recurrent rates.And comprehensive,meticulous and comfortable nursing may achieve clinical efficacies,reduce the recurrent rate and minimize discomforts during treatment.
2.Study on the expressions of NF?B,IL-6 and PPARs with treatment of different oxidized Iipoproteins

Objective:To investigate the expressions of NF?B and IL-6 in vascular endothelial cells with treatment of different oxidized lipoproteins; the different expressions of PPAR?, PPAR? and NF?B when incubated with oxidized lipoproteins.Methods:HUVECs were isolated from fresh umbilical cords obtained at normal deliveries.THP-1 cell line was commercially purchased. The lipoproteins were obtained by density-gradient ultracentrifugation and were oxidized through incubation with 15?mol/L CuSO 4. The different response extent of transcription factors and cytokine factors among four different oxidized lipoproteins were observed through immunohistochcmistry,FACS,and ELISA.The would-be unbalanced expressions of three transcription factors PPAR?,PPAR? and NF?B were confirmed by immunohistochemistry and FACS.Results:There were some differences among the four kinds of oxidized lipoproteins to activate the transcription factor and inflammatory factors in the EC and THP.oxLp(a) had the strongest effect.The proinflammation transcription factor NF?B has been far more vigorously activated than PPARs when encountered with oxidized lipoproteins. Their expressions were all enhanced with time.Conclusion:The different patterns of lipoproteins vary in activating the nuclear transcription factors and the inflammation factors. Unbalanced activation between PPARs and NF?B exists with the incubation of oxidized lipoproteins in vascular endothelial cells.
3.Study on the expression of PPARs and NF?B in endothciial cells of hyperlipidemic rats

Objective: To investigate the expression of PPAR?, PPAR? and NF?B in the aortic endothelial cells of the normal and hyperlipidemic rats and the change of IL-6 with the treatment of fibrates in vivo.Methods:The hyperlipidemic rat was established by feeding the high cholesterol food.The expressions of PPAR?,PPAR?,NF?B and IL-6 in endothelial cells located in the aorta were presented by immunohistochemistry.The alteration among the PPAR?,PPAR? and IL-6 in the hyperlipidemic rat with the treatment of gemfibrate and bezafibrate was observed.Results:There was a weak expression of PPAR?,PPAR?,NF?B and IL-6 in the normal rat aorta endothelial cells,which were all enhanced in the hyperlipidemic rat.NF?B was drastically presented.After the treatment of gemfibrate and bezafibrate the expression of PPAR? increased,while that of IL-6 decreased relatively,but NF?B expression was not directly influenced.Conclusion:The expressions of PPARs and NF?B increased in hyperlipidemic rats.Fibrates may relieve the secretion of inflammation factors in vivo to some degree through the activation of PPARs.
5.Study on Evolution of the Names of Smallpox

Objective] To explore the evolution of the names of smallpox. [Method] Reviewing the names and symptoms of rash diseases in ancient medical works, clarify the history of smallpox.[Result] The original name of smallpox is“ luchuang”“ wandouchuang”, referring to a single disease; in Songjinyuan Periods, the name was changed to “ chuangzhen”“ douzhen”, confusing with other rash diseases; in Ming Dynasty, the name was changed to“ douchuang”“ douzheng”, referring to a single disease again;smallpox appeared in Qing Dynasty. [Conclusion] Smallpox, a single disease at first, was confused with other rash diseases such as measles, and then differentiated from other rash diseases gradually. The evolution reflects the progress of traditional Chinese medicine in practical experience and theoretical summary.
6.Research on expression of TNF-α in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective To investigate the influence of total bile acid (TBA) ,cholyglycine(CG) ,biochemical parameters of liv‐er ,tumor necrosis factor‐α(TNF‐α) in the patients of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) on parturients and perinatal new‐borns .Methods The clinical data in 164 cases of ICP in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively ana‐lyzed .TBA ,CG and TNF‐αwere detected by the radioimmunoassay and TBIL ,DBIL ,ALT and AST were analyzed by the biochemi‐cal analyzer .Results TBA ,CG ,TBIL ,DBIL and ALT in the patients with ICP were increased than those in normal pregnant women ,i .e .the liver function was damaged ,serum TNF‐αexpression was increased ,the above indexes in the patients with severe ICP were increased compared with the mild ICP patients ,postpartum hemorrhage volume was increased and the Apgar scores were decreased (P<0 .05) .Conclusion ICP is high risk pregnancy .TNF‐α,CG and TBA reflect the severity degree of ICP .
7.Effect of interferon combined with golden bifid in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of interferon and Jinshuangqi in the treatment of infantil rotavirus enteritis and its effect on immune function.Methods 70 infantil rotavirus enteritis children met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group (n =35) and control group (n =35).Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given Jinshuangqi,the observation group was given interferon on the basis of control group.The two groups had been treated for 7d.The symptoms were observed.Serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte before and after treatment were detected,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 91.43%,77.14%,the difference was statistically significant(x2 =8.468,P <0.05).Antidiarrheal time of observation group and control group was (35.3 ± 11.2) d,(48.6 ± 15.6) d respectively,the difference was statistically significant (t =6.952,P < 0.01).After treatment,IgG,IgA,IgM,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 in the observation group were (5.55 ± 3.58) g/L,(0.46 ± 0.05) g/L,(0.93 ±0.36) g/L,(63.4 ± 7) %,(44.8 ± 6.4) %,(25.2 ± 3.5) %,(1.68 ± 0.20),those in the control group were (4.53 ±3.02)g/L,(0.36 ±0.04) g/L,(0.76 ±0.31)g/L,(62.1 ±6.7)%,(39.7 ±6.1)%,(30.3 ±4.2)%,(1.22 ± 0.25) respectively.The differences of IgG,IgA,IgM,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 between two groups were statistically significant(t =3.856,3.117,3.069,3.135,3.111,3.646,all P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment with interferon and Jinshuangqi have exact clinical efficacy,can synergistically improve the immune fimction,restore the cellular and humoral immune,adjust the balance of intestinal flora,build a non-immune gut defense barrier,which is worthy of clinical application in the treatment of infantil rotavirus enteritis.
8.Screening of proteins interacting with the Hepatitis B Virus PreS1 protein from T7-Phage display library

Objective:To screen and identify proteins that interact with the hepatitis B virus PreS1 protein by means of T7-phage display system. Method:Hepatitis B virus PreS1 protein was expressed by prokaryotic expression and used as selected molecule to biopan the T7 select human liver cDNA library,the selected positive clones were identified by DNA sequence and analyzed with BLAST program in GenBank. Result:After BLAST in all positive clones,one protein:Cytochrome c Oxidase Subunit I(COX1)was found to interact with the hepatitis B virus PreS1 protein. Conclusion:T7-phage display system is a convenient,rapid and effective method for screening interacting proteins. This results will provide important evidences for studying the pathogenesis and mechanism of HBV.
9.Clinical study of salmeterol/fluticasone propionate combination in therapy of moderate to severe asthma in children

10.Pharmacological evaluation on the different frequency domain of heart rate variability

Objective:To observe the changes of the different frequency domain of heart rate variability after the partial block of the sympathetic and vagal activity and to prove the correctness of the analysis system.Methods:Six healthy volunteers were injected intravenously with metoprolol (5mg )and six with atropine (2mg).The heart electronic signals were collected 30 minutes before the injection and 30 minutes after the injection.The collection and analysis system were provided by the electrodynamic engineering college of the Chongqing University.The values of the HF,LF,VLF and ULF were assayed and the changes between two drugs and among the different time were compared.The time domain was calculated as well.Results:SDNN,rMSSD and pNN50 were increased while HRV triangle value was decreased after the injection of metoprolol.The comparative value of the HF increased from 34.45% to 50.03%(p
