Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(02):-
Mr. Wang Hui respects but is not stubborn to ancient, paying attention to combination of differentiation of signs and diseases; in smartly applying Canker-root Wendan Decoction,he often adds Chendanxing to reinforce removing heat and sputum, emphasizing that signs of red tongue, yellow and greasy or white moss, bitter mouth, slippery and quick pulse show sputum heat bothering internal, can apply the formula, which embodying the treatment principle of "treat different diseases with same method".

Objective To study the effect of dualdi butyryl cyclic AMP (dbcAMP)on the proliferation of FTC-133 cell line. Methods FTC-133 cells were normally cultured and divided into control group, dbcAMP treatment group (0.5,1.0,2.0 mmol/L). After FTC-133 cells were treated with dbcAMP (0.5,1.0,2.0 mmol/L)for 24 h or 48 h,the growth activity and growth curve was detected by MTT.Changes of the cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry. The mRNA and protein expression of Raf1 were measured by RT-qPCR and Western blotting. Results Compared with control group, the growth activity of FTC-133 cells was re-duced by different levels of dbcAMP in a dose-time dependence manner. The number of FTC-133 cells was decreased in the S phase and increased in the G2/M phase. The mRNA and protein expression of Raf1 of treatment group were both reduced compared with control group. Conclusion dbcAMP significantly reduced FTC-133 cells proliferation and promoted apoptosis, and which might be involoved by ERK MAPK signalling.

BACKGROUND:The stress distribution in the periodontal ligament of bending root can provide reference for the size and manner of force in orthodontic treatment. On this account, it can optimize the design of orthodontic force. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the stress distribution of root and periodontal ligament in the bending roots of the
maxil ary first molar under different orthodontic forces.
METHODS:The maxil ary first molars with normal roots and bending roots were selected, and then the finite element models of maxil ary first molars and periodontal ligaments were established through CT scan and
Workbench 11.0 finite element analysis software. The models were loaded with six different methods to analyze the stress distribution.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The stress distribution of bending root was mainly concentrated in the tooth
neck, fol owed by the apex. During the overal tooth movement, the stress was smal est on the root, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone. Correction of bending roots needs more accurate positioning and traction.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(07):-
Objective To explore the ultrasonic imaging features of fetal craniocerebrum, and improve the recognizition on the normal structure and deformity of fetal craniocerebrum. Methods Fetal cranium was measured during 12~40 weeks of gestation, including biaparietal diameter(BPD),lateral ventricular width(LVW),cerebellomedullary cistern(CM), and nuchal translucency(NT) or nuchal fold thickness(NF). Results 18 cases of abnormal craniocerebrum were identified, nine cases of which were accompanied with other abnormalities, and fourteen of which were found during 16~28 weeks of gestation. All cases were proved by subsequent labor or induced labor. Conclusion Second-trimester is the best period of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal craniocerebrum.

DQA1*0501.TSHR peptides of 183~198、195~210、248~263、301~320、343~362 and 357~376 could bind with high affinity to both HLA-DR3 and HLA-DQA1*0501,all of their IC50 values less than(1 ?mol/L),but they could bind to neither HLA-DR7 nor HLA-DQA1*0201 with high affinity. Conclusion Epitopes of TSHR 183~198,195~210,248~263,301~320,343~362 and 357~376 on the TSHR extracellular domain might be the auto-antigens to cause GD.

Ginseng is a typical adaptogen which has resistance to various stresses. This effect is related to the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. As the main active ingredients, saponin has the similar structure to steroids. The regulation characteristics of ginseng saponin on the HPA axis are narrated from the aspects of total saponin and saponin monomers in this paper after the introduction of adaptation definition and HPA axis regulation mechanisms. Pharmacological effects of ginseng saponin and the regulation effect of HPA axis are summarized finally.

Objective To propose new policies and strategies that will optimize the transformation of medical research achievements at hospital level. Methods In this paper,we systematically analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of the transformation of medical research achievements based on the status quo in our hospital. Results In our hospital as an example, major problems in the transformation of medical research achievements identified as low investment, low conversion rate, complex procedures,multi-links existed and more multi disciplinary cooperation needed. Conclusions The hospital can take some measurements to optimize the transformation of medical research achievements, such as more stream lined management of scientific research project, establishing and improve the platform for scientific research transfer, increasing the funding, strengthening cooperation among different disciplinaries, building a professional team to promote the transfer and so on.

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture with different frequencies on learning and memory ability, synaptic morphology and synaptic density in the hippocampus of Alzheimer's disease rats. Methods Forty-eight healthy Wistar rats were randomly di-vided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, 2 Hz, 30 Hz and 50 Hz electroacupuncture groups with 8 cases in each group. The Alzheimer's disease model was established by injecting Aβ1-42 into two sides of lateral cerebral ventricle. The sham operation group was injected with normal saline instead. The electroacupuncture groups received electroacupuncture at Baihui (DU20) and Shenshu (BL23) acu-points. The learning and memory ability was evaluated with Morris water maze test, and the morphology and density of synapse were ob-served by electron microscope. Results Compared with the model group, the latency was shorter, the time of crossing the platform was short-er and the number of crossing the platform was more in the electroacupuncture groups (P<0.01), especially in the 50 Hz electroacupuncture group (P<0.01). The number of synapse and the synaptic density were more in the electroacupuncture groups than in the model group (P<0.01), especially in the 50 Hz electroacupuncture group (P<0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture could improve learning and memory abili-ty and increase synaptic density in rats with Alzheimer's disease, especially with high frequency.
