2.Application of Moist Dressings in Pressure Ulcers after Spinal Cord Injury
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(7):857-860
Objective To observe the effect of new moist dressings on pressure ulcers after spinal cord injury. Methods 58 spinal cord injured patients complicated with pressure ulcers were divided into observation group (n=29) and control group (n=29). The observation group accepted moist dressings, while the control group accepted routine dry dressings, TDP and ultraviolet irradiation. The incidence of im provement were recorded 2 weeks after treatment, and the time of healing were compared. Results 11 cases cured, 17 cases relieved in the observation group, and it was 5 and 18 cases in the control group, respectively (P<0.05). It spent (26.69±16.48) days to cure in the observa tion group, and (38.24±22.47) days in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The moist therapy may promote the cure of pressure ulcers af ter spinal cord injury, and shorten the time of cure.

Objective To verify the traditional serrated pathway by comparing microsatellite instability(MSI) status among traditional serrated adenoma, traditional adenoma, serrated colorectal cancer and non-serrated coloreetal cancer. Methods Seventy-five paraffin-embedded tissue samples, including 15 with serrated adeneearcinoma (Sca), 20 with non-serrated adenocareinoma (N-Sca), 20 with traditional serrated adenoma(TSA) and 20 with villous adenoma(AD) were collected from the pathology department of our hospital. Genomic DNA was extracted from these samples and then amplified with fluorescently-labeled primer specific for BAT25 and BAT26. The MSI status was detected with DNA automatic sequencer. Results Six of 18 samples with TSA harbored MSI-H and twelve MSI-L/MSS; 18 samples with conventional adenoma were exclusively of MSS; 3 of 13 samples of serrated carcinoma harbored MSI-H and ten MSI-L/MSS; 18 of 19 N-Sca samples harbored MSI-L/MSS and only one MSI-H. With Chi-square test, the MSI frequency in AD group and N-Sca group was significantly lower than that in TSA group and Sca group ( P < 0. 05 ) ; but with no statistical difference between the TSA group and Sca groups ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion MSI-H frequency in AD group and N-Sca group was obviously lower than that of TSA group and Sca group. It is concluded that there might be a new traditional serrated neoplasia pathway which is different from the conventional adenoma-carcinoma carcinogenesis pathway, but we still need prospective follow-up studies to verify its existence.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2012;14(4):458-460
ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of neuro-electrophysiology and clinical value in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome.MethedsWe performed retrospective analysis of the clinical date of 46 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome in our hospital.Hughes grades and neuro-electrophysiological measure including motor conduction velocity (MCV),complex muscle action potential (CMAP),sensory conduction velocity (SCV) and F wave, were investigated as the related factors with the prognosis of GBS.Results The rate of abnormal F wave was higher than the rate of abnormal MCV.The rate of abnormal SCV was lower than the rate of abnormal F wave and MCV( P <0.05).The prognosis of the acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (AIDP) group was superior to the acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN) group, and there had significant difference( P <0.05).ConclusionsThe neuro-electrophysiological investigation is an important way to diagnose the GBS.F wave is a sensitive and specify index in the early diagnosis of GBS.The neuro-electrophysiological observation of MCV and CMAP may be served as cues for diagnosis, determination of the subtype and evaluation of the treatment effect in GBS.

A total of 175 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were composed of 69 with normoalbuminuria,60 with microalbuminuria, and 46 with macroalbuminuria. The control group consisted of 64 healthy individuals.Serum YKL-40 levels were determined with ELISA method and related metabolic data were collected.Serum YKL-40 levels were significantly higher in T2DM group than in control group(P<0.01).Significant correlations of YKL-40 were found with the ratio of microalbuminuria to uric creatinine(r=0.677,P<0.01),HbA1C (r =0.562,P<0.01),systolic blood pressure (r =0.372,P =0.001),HOMA-IR (r =0.460,P =0.001),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (r=0.304,P=0.012),age(r=0.260,P=0.015),blood uric acid (r=0.329,P=0.018),and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (r=-0.247,P=0.032).YKL-40 may play a role in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.

Along with the development of biomarkers, the diagnostic criterion for early AD is continuously progressing until the preclinical stage of AD, on the base of which, the conception of subjective cognitive decline was raised. In order to highlight new ideas of the early diagnosis for AD in its preclinical stage, the current paper will talk about SCD in connection with neuroimaging tech-niques and examination of cerebrospinal fluid.

Alzheimer′s disease ( AD) is the most common disease leading to dementia .With aging of the population , the morbidity of AD is increasing significantly , which brings serious burden personally and socially .So the early diagnosis of AD has be-come the hotspot in the current research field .In order to highlight new ideas for the early diagnosis of AD , the current review will ana-lyze from the first international diagnostic criteria for AD dementia to the latest conceptual framework for research on subjective cogni -tive decline in preclinical Alzheimer′s disease.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(9):1726-1730
Pharmaceutical excipients are implementing registration and approval management in our country. As the disadvantages of the registration system appearing continuously, the demand for reform is getting higher and higher. The cry for drug master files ( DMF) model instead of registration and approval management is becoming more prominent. Based on the understanding of DMF sys-tem, the article discussed the positive roles of the excipients standards and guidelines construction in DMF implementation using phar-maceutical excipients supervision experience in the United States as the reference and starting from the standards and guidelines system of excipients, which aimed to provide suggestions for the supervision and management of pharmaceutical excipients, and improve the quality and safety of pharmaceutical excipients and drugs.

Assessment of left ventricular function is an important part of the function of whole cardiac.Two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology can track single pixel and get its trajectory, thus we can fully knowledge the function of left ventricular. At present,a large number of clinical studies have confirmed the significance of two-speckle tracking imaging in the evaluation of left ventricular function, and the details were reviewed in this article.

Objective To analyze the diagnostic significance of the expression of perinuclear anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(pANCA) and anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae antibody(ASCA) in the patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Methods Serum samples were collected from 97 patients with IBD,including 86 patients with ulcerative colitis(UC) and 11 with Crohn′s disease(CD).Another group of 36 persons in whom colonoscopic examination was negative served as control.Determinations of ASCA and pANCA were performed using indirect immunofluorescence test(IIFT).Results The positive rate of pANCA in group UC,CD and control was 27.9%,0% and 0%,respectively.Obviously,the rate in group UC was higher than that in the other two groups(P0.05).Four of 11 CD patients(36.4%) were severe cases, among them 3 showed ASCA+;7 were moderate cases(63.6%),and among them 1 case showed ASCA+.The positive ratio of ASCA was significantly different between severe and moderate CD cases(P
