Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1997;18(1):16-18
Plasma level of KPTT,factor Ⅷ coagulant activity, factor Ⅷ-related antigen,fib-rinogen,antithrombin Ⅲ activity, antithrombin Ⅲ antigen,tissue-plasminogen activator activity (t-PA:C),plasminogen activator inhibitor activity(PAI:C),PAI:C/t-PA:C,plasmin activity (PLm:C),D-dimer and plasma platelet α granule membrane protein were ditermined in 26 patients treated by long-term peritoneal dialysis(PD group),17 patients with chronic renal failure under-going conservative therapy(CRF group),36 patients on maintenance hemodialysis(HD group) and 20 age & sex-matched normal controls(NC group). The results showed:1.PD group had hypercoagulable state than NC group. The prothrombotic state in PD patients was most severe in contrast with CRF patients and HD patients.2.When PD group was compared with NC group,PLm:C showed no significant differences, but they had secondary fibrinolysis following enhanced coagulation. Moreover,PLm:C in PD group was significantly depressed as compared with in CRF group.3.the activated platelets in the PD patients were significantly elevated as compared with in the normal controls.

Military Medical Sciences 2015;(7):495-498
Objective To explore the application of bumetanide to inhibition of tumor cell proliferation. Methods In different cell lines, the expression of natrium, kalium, chloride cotransporter 1 ( NKCC1) was detected by Western blotting while the proliferation of different tumor cells was examined by CCK-8 kit. Results The target protein NKCC1 expression in lung cancer cell line ( A549 ) and colorectal cancer cell line ( HCT116 ) was significantly higher than that in chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (K562), esophageal cancer cell line (Eca109), cervical carcinoma cell line (HeLa), T lymphocytic leukemia cell line (Jurkat) and breast cancer cell line (MCF7).IC50 Values of bumetanide were significantly lower in A549 and HCT116 than in K562, Eca109,HeLa,Jurkat and MCF7.Furthermore, the inhibiory rate and the target protein expression level were positively correlated. Conclusion Bumetanide can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and NKCC1 can serve as a potential target of anticancer drugs.

Objective To study the the application and influence to quality of life of Kangfuxin liquid combined with psychological intervention in the patients with recurrent oral ulcer. Methods In Wenzhou people's hospital from February 2016 to February 2017, 62 patients suffering from recurrent oral ulcer were divided into two groups. The control group were given Kangfu liquid, at this basis, the observation group were received Kangfuxin liquid combined with psychological nursing intervention. The effect and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate was 93.5%(29/31) in the observation group, while 90.3%(28/31) in the control group. The difference of the cure rate in the two groups was no statistically significant. The scores of physical condition in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in the patients with recurrent oral ulcer, which is suitable for clinical application.
7.Analysis and discussion on current condition of acupuncture clinical research registration.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(6):605-607
To introduce the international registration condition of acupuncture clinical research. With the examples of World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registry Platform and the U. S. National Institutes of Health Clinical Registration Platform, the registration method and current condition of acupuncture clinical trials in international clinical trials registration platform were analyzed. The results indicate that the number of acupuncture clinical trials registration is gradually increased and the registration number from China is on the rise as well. But most domestic acupuncture clinical researches haven't been registered arid the researchers' valuing degree for clinical trials registration and methodology research needs to be improved.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2006;4(6):620-3
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of herbs for replenishing yin to tonify kidney on testicular ultrastructural changes in rats with glucocorticoid-induced kidney deficiency. METHODS: Thirty rats were randomized into three groups: normal control group, untreated group and Erdi Biejia Decoction (EDBJD)-treated group. Kidney deficiency rat model was induced by glucocorticoid. Testicular structure and ultrastructure were observed under the light microscope and the transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: The light microscope revealed the decreased thickness of seminiferous epithelium layer, reduced number of spermatogenic cells, interstitial tissue edema, and a qualitative reduction in the number of interstitial cells and hematoxylin-eosin stained cytoplasm in the untreated group. The transmission electron microscope revealed loose structure of seminiferous epithelium, degenerative mitochondria, and increased amounts of lysosome, presence of numerous cytoplasmic vacuolation and chromatin in interstitial cell cytoplasm in the untreated group. The aggregates of heterochromatin around the nuclear membrane and the shrinkage of nucleus were also observed. Compared to the untreated group, these pathological changes were inconspicuous in EDBJD-treated group. CONCLUSION: EDBJD as replenishing yin to tonify kidney herbs can suppress glucocorticoid induced pathological changes in the testes of rats.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;(4):371-373
Objective To investigate the test-retest reliability of Muscle Evaluation and Treatment System on healthy adults. Methods 30 healthy adults participated in this study and were tested by Muscle Evaluation and Treatment System, designed by University of Shang-hai for Science and Thechnology and Rehabilitation Department of Huashan Hospital, on muscle strength of both sides' flexor carpi mus-cles, musculus flexor digitorum sublimis, flexor digitorum profundus, extensor digitorum muscle, extensor carpi muscles. Peak torque, peak torque per weight, largest single work, largest single work per weight, average torque, average power were the main parameters. Each partici-pant was tested 2 times, and the interval was 7 days. Results Almost perfect test-retest reliability of peak torque was performed on flexor car-pi muscles, musculus flexor digitorum sublimis, flexor digitorum profundus, and extensor carpi muscles. Moderate to excellent test-retest re-liability of average power were performed on extensor digitorum muscle. Conclusion Good test-retest reliability of Muscle Evaluation and Treatment System is proved in the study.
10.THE CONSTRUCTION AND EXPRESSION OF THE MURINE SCFV GENE IN E. COLI AGAINST HUMAN CERVICAL CANCER
Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2006;18(1):53-56,93
Objective To obtain the gene of murine Single chain Fv fragment (ScFv) against human cervical cancer and to express it in E. coli. Methods The variable region gene fragments of the heavy and light chains, which were amplified respectively using recombinant DNA techniques from CsA125 hybridoma cells, were spliced together through a flexible linker to ScFv against human cervical cancer. The ScFv genes were then cloned into expression vector pCANTAB 5E and expressed in E. coli HB2151 and TG1 respectively. The soluble ScFv were characterized by SDS PAGE and Western blot. The antigen-binding activities of the soluble and phage displayed ScFv were assayed by ELISA and cell immunohistochemical analysis. Results The expressed ScFv antibodies were soluble and phage displayed. The soluble ScFv secreted and expressed in E. coli HB2151 induced by IPTG were confirmed with SDS-PAGE, Western blot and ELISA. The specific binding capacity of the soluble and phage displayed ScFv to the surface associated antigen of human cervical cancer cell line was further confirmed with immunohistochemical studies. Conclusion The soluble and phage displayed ScFv expressed in E. coli against human cervical cancer showed high, specific affinity for the cervical cancer cell line surface associated antigen.
