The Journal of Practical Medicine 2014;(20):3259-3261
Objective To study the effect of binocular vision function training for fusion in the eye position and three levels of eye function in adult patients after concomitant strabismus surgery. Methods 56 cases with postoperative concomitant strabismus were randomly divided into training group and control group . In the training group, patients were trained with software to enhance the fusion. After training for 7, 30, 180 and 365 days, the eye position, the fusion and the stereoesthesia were observed and analyzed. Results After training for 365 days, the deteriorative ratio in the training group is 3%, which is significantly lower than control group (23%)(P<0.05). The correction ratio in eye position is 20%, which is significantly higher than control group (4%)(P<0.05). The recovery ratio in binocular vision function is 53%, which is significantly higher than control group (15%)(P<0.05). The recovery ratio in stereaeuity is 46%, which is significantly higher than control group (11%)(P<0.05). Conclusions Fusion training can enhance the recovery of fusion and stereaeuity, decrease the deteriorative ratio, and correct the eye position after surgery in concomitant strabismus patients.

5.The responses of microvascular endothelial cells from human ovary carcinoma to PDGF-BB
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(08):-
Objective:To investigate the difference of biological characteristics and responses to PDGF-BB between human ovarian carcinoma-derived microvascular endothelial cells and human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Methods:The ovarian carcinoma-derived microvascular endothelial cells were isolated and purifed from ovarian carcinoma tissues.Compared to the human umbilical vein endothelial cells, the biological characteristics and responses to PDGF-BB were observed in OdMEC for the changes of growth,PCNA and VEGF expression.Results:20ng/ml PDGF-BB could enhance both kinds of endothelial cells to proliferate, express PCNA and VEGF.The proliferation and PCNA protein expression in HUVEC were augmented more significantly than those in OdMEC,the protein and mRNA of VEGF expression were augmented more significantly than those in HUVEC.Conclusion:The responses of OdMEC to PDGF-BB were significantly different from those of HUVEC,which provides experiment basis for research on ovarian carcinoma vascularization and antiangiogenesis therapy.
6.Effect of Four Penetration Enhancers on Percutaneous Absorption of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride
China Pharmacy 2007;0(31):-
glycerol, and the best penetrable concentrations for it were 0.5%,0.5% and 0.2%,respectively.No obvious penetration efficacy was noted for glycerol.CONCLUSIONS: 4 kinds of penetrations enhances can increase the percutaneous absorption of DH under the certain concentration.
7.The Practice of Dynamic Monitoring on Drug Use in Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2007;0(32):-
OBJECTIVE:To promote the rational drug use in our hospital.METHODS:The in-patient and out-patient drug use in our hospital was monitored and analyzed.RESULTS:The income from pharmaceuticals accounted for 38% of the total income in our hospital and the drug use tend to be more rational after the practice of dynamic monitoring on drug use.CONCLUSION:Dynamic monitoring on drug use played a positive role on the rational use of drugs meanwhile it brings the proportion of drug consumption under effective control.
8.Determination of the Dissolution of Puerarin and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stibene-2-O-?-D-glycoside in Xinnaokang Capsules
China Pharmacy 2007;0(30):-
OBJECTIVE:To determine the dissolution of puerarin and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stibene-2-O-?-D-glycoside in Xinnaokang capsules.METHODS:The contents of puerarin and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stibene-2-O-?-D-glycoside were determined by HPLC and the dissolution rates of puerarin and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stibene-2-O-?-D-glycoside in Xinnaokang capsules were determined by basket-rolling method.RESUTLS:With water as releasing media,at a rotation rate of 100 r?min-1,the dissolution rate at 45 min was above 75% of the labeled amount.CONCLUSION:The method can be used for evaluation and control of the internal quality of Xinnaokang capsules.
9.Prevalence and awareness of Toxoplasma gondii of pregnant women in Ba-zhou City,Hebei Province
Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2016;28(3):340-342
Objective To understand the prevalence and awareness of Toxoplasma gondii of the pregnant women in Bazhou City,Hebei Province,so as to provide the evidence for formulating effective prevention and control interventions. Methods The pregnant women with prenatal screening in the Fourth People’s Hospital in Langfang City were selected and investigated with questionnaires. A part of the pregnant women were randomly sampled and received the ELISA test of the antibodies against T. gondii. Results Totally 672 pregnant women accepted the questionnaire survey, with an awareness rate of 19.49%(131/672). Totally 526 pregnant women of them were randomly selected to take the ELISA test, with a positive rate of 13.88%(73/526). The awareness rate and infection rate of T. gondii were related to the education level, occupation and place of residence (c2=5.89-17.62,all P<0.05),and the infection rate was negatively related to the awareness rate(c2=5.37,P<0.05). Con?clusion Increasing the awareness rate of toxoplasmosis knowledge is one of the effective methods to control the disease. There?fore, the health education about T. gondii should be carried out actively.
10.Preparation and identification of mouse anti-human B7-H6 monoclonal antibodies
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2016;36(7):519-522
Objective To prepare mouse anti-human monoclonal antibodies against B7-H6 and to identify their biological characteristics. Methods The B7-H6 gene was cloned by RT-PCR from a human lung adenocarcinoma cell line ( A549 ) and then subcloned into the eukaryote expression vector pCMV3 to construct the recombinant vector pCMV3-B7-H6. The recombinant vector pCMV3-B7-H6 that was verified with enzyme digestion and gene sequencing was transfected into NIH/3T3 cells by electroporation. BALB/c mice were immunized with the successfully transfected cells named 2H8 through intraperitoneal injection. The monoclonal antibodies against human B7-H6 with the advantages of high affinity and specificity were pre-pared by using hybridoma technology. Western blot assay and flow cytometry analysis were used to identify the specificity of prepared monoclonal antibodies. Results The recombinant eukaryotic expression vector encoding B7-H6 was successfully constructed. Two hybridoma clones that stably secreted monoclonal anti-bodies against B7-H6 were screened out by using flow cytometry analysis and the monoclonal antibodies se-creted by them were belonged to IgG2a isotype. Specific reactions between B7-H6 and the secreted mono-clonal antibodies were confirmed by Western blot assay and flow cytometry analysis. Conclusion The mon-oclonal antibodies which recognized B7-H6 specifically were prepared successfully.
