Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(9):7-9
Objective To explore the correlation between nurses' job burnout and social support and the source of job stress. Methods 138 doctors and 162 nurses from 4 general hospitals were investigated by different questionnaires. The nurses were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI),perceived social support scale(PSSS)and Chinese nurse job stress source scale. While the doctors only underwent investigation using Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI).The results were collected and analyzed. Results The MBI results showed that the scores of emotional exhaustion and non-humanity were apparently higher, while the score of sense of working achievement was lower in nurses than those in doctors. The level of job burnout in nurses was higher than that of doctors with statistical difference. The score of social support was lower and the score of source of job stress was higher in nurses with increased level of job burnout than those with decreased level. Conclusion The status of nurses' job burnout should cause the attention of nursing managers. Prompt and selective measures should be adopted to improve the psychological health of nurses.
2.Study on thirty-six cases diagnosis of intrahepatic artery aneurysm by artery color Doppler ultrasound
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(23):3227-3228,3230
Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of intrahepatic artery aneu-rysms.Methods Thirty-six cases of intrahepatic artery aneurysm was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound. And the data were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 36 cases of hepatic artery aneurysm,1 7 cases were located in the left lobe of liver,13 cases were located in the right lobe of liver, and 6 cases were located in the left and right hepatic lobe.A total of 27 cases were solitary, 6 cases were 2 aneurysm, and 3 cases were 3 and above aneurysm.Maximum was 28 mm×27 mm,and minimum was 8 mm×7 mm. There are 3 cases with mural thrombus.Liver oval cystic echo free zone was found by two-dimensional ultrasonography. The bound-ary was clear. The wall was smooth and thin. The rear echo was strengthened. The pulsatile red, blue single color flow signal(n=1 5)or vortex like red and blue color flow signal(n=21)were showed by color Doppler ultrasonography. The hepatic artery blood flow velocity spectrum was 12-29 cm/s,and resistance index was 0.60-0.68.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography was the preferred imaging methodology of early screening and diagnosis of intrahepatic artery.
3.The influence of social support on work-family conflict and psychological control ability of clinical nurses
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(3):57-59
Objective To investigate the influence of social support on work-family conflict and psychological control ability of nurses. Methods 126 women nurses from four general hospitals by the method of random cluster sampling were divided into two groups according to the scores of the social sup-port scale(SSRS). Nurses with score lower than 35 were set as low social support group(totally 38 nurses), nurses with score higher than 45 were named as high social support group(46 nurses). The two groups were assessed by SSRS, work-family conflict scale (WFCS) and IPC respectively. The results underwent stati-s-tical analysis with t test, χ2 test and Pearson correlation analysis. Results The age and nurses' work-ing age in high social support group were significantly higher than that of the low social support group, the to-tal score of WFCS,the time, pressure and behavior score of subscales in high social support group were sig-nificanfly lower than that of the low social support group. The internality was higher, while the power-ful others and chance were lower in high social support group than those of low social support group. SSRS was negatively correlated with all factors of WFCS, positively correlated with internality factor of IPC, neg-atively correlated with powerful others and chance factors of IPC. Conclusions The nurses with high SSRS have low work-family conflict score and strong psychological control ability, so we should strengthen the social support of nurses.
4.Cancer-testis antigens and lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(12):916-919
Cancer-testis antigens (CTAs) are protein antigens with normal expression restricted to adult testis and yet are aberrantly activated and expressed in a proportion of various types of tumor tissues. The expressions of CTA correlate with tumor staging, histopathological subtype, recurrence and metastasis in nonsmall cell lung cancer. CTAs are immunogenic in lung cancer patients and have a good prospect in lung cancer Immunotherapy.
7.Researches on mechanism of cell toxicity caused by niclosamide
Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2015;(1):104-107
Niclosamide is the most commonly used molluscicide. Along with a lot of application of niclosamide more and more scientists studied its toxic effects to aquatic organisms as well as the related cell toxicity mechanism. This paper summariz?es the toxicity on cell organelle enzyme cell signaling pathway and genetic material caused by niclosamide and puts for?ward the future research direction.
8.The clinical research for emotional disturbance in children take somatic manifestations as to mainly express
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Objective To increase diagnose and cure capability on the emotional disturbance children shown on somatization in pediatrics of general hospital. Methods 100 cases of emotional disturbances in children were selected to take somatic manifestations as to mainly express in pediatrics out-patient service in my hospital and was made by the professional psychiatrist to visit patients at home to cure a project, and evaluate curative effect. Results From pediatrics out-patient service transfer to mental out-patient service to seek medical advice partition time:12 cases were 1~3 months,21 cases were 6 months,67 cases were more than 6 months.67% patients saw a doctor after 6 months illness to make a diagnosis and treatment. In addition to environment stimulate motion obstacle of ourbreak factor had something to do with suffering from the emotional factor.Somatic manifestations were symptoms of cardiovascular system, neurological system, gastrointestinal system, urinary system etc:they were cured by psychotherapy and medicine therapy,95% children could recover from their illness. Conclusion Clinical pediatricians in general hospital should pay attention to the emotional disturbance in children taken somatic manifestations as mainly expression, raise diagnosis and treatment level.
9.ULTRASONOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF HEPATOTOXICITY INDUCED BY IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS FOR RENAL ALLOGRAFT
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To discuss the ultrasonographic features of immunosuppressants induced hepatotoxicosis after renal allograft. Methods The pre operative and postoperative ultrasonographic features of liver and gallbladder (GB) of 29 renal transplantation patients with clinical hepatotoxicity, after the use of CsA as the main immunosuppressive agent, were evaluated. Results Out of the 29 patients, 23 exhibited enhanced liver echo and 6 patients had features of fatty liver. The thickness of gallbladder wall was around 0.3cm in 21 patients. The morbidity rate of hepatotoxicity was 69% (20/29) in three months. Conclusion The main ultrasonographic features of immunosuppresive agent induced hepatotoxicity were enhanced liver echo, thickened gallbladder wall and unclear echo from GB. These findings provided important subsidiary diagnostic signs for hepatotoxicosis, especially three months after renal allograft. At this time, not only the allograft renal should be examined, but also the liver and gallbladder should be scrutinized with ultrasound. The ultrasonographic changes together with the clinical laboratory data could serve as a guidance for the administration of immunosuppressive drugs.
10.Effect of epidermal growth factor on glomerular epithelial cells cytoskeleton
Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2005;0(07):-
Objective To study the changes of adriamycin-induced glomerular epithelial cells (GECs) permeability and cytoskeleton, and to explore the role and possible mechanism of epithelia growth factor (EGF) on adriamycin-induced glomerular epithelial barrier function. Methods Rat GECs on Milicell-PCF Inserts were exposed to adriamycin (0.5 ?mmol/L) 24 hours in the absence or presence of EGF. The paracelluar permeability to BSA and cell viability were evaluated. The expression of F-actin and alpha-actinin were analyzed by immunofluorescence and Leica laser scan confocal microscopy. Results After induced by adriamycin for 24 hours, paracelluar permeability to BSA and F-actin reorganization rate increased. Disassembling of cortical cytoskeleton architecture was observed. Stress fiber in cytoplasm disappeared. Alpha-actinin staining showed perinuclear enhancement, which is different from normal cytosolic pattern. EGF significantly reduced adriamycin induced effect. Higher level of BSA passed through GEC monolayer in a dose-dependent manner. EGF prevented adriamycin-induced cytoskeletal reorganization. Disassembled cortical cytoskeleton was recovered, and stress fiber appeared again. Alpha-actinin staining mainly exhibited cytosolic uniform distribution as control GEC. In addition, administration of either AG1478, a specific inhibitor of EGF-receptor tyrosine kinase, or U73122, a specific inhibitor of PLC? before EGF treatment attenuated the EGF-mediated effect, whereas neither AG1478 nor U73122 exerted influence in the absence of EGF. Conclusions Adriamycin increases GEC paracellular permeability to BSA as a result of adriamycin-induced cytoskeleton disassembling and disruption. EGF may prevent adriamycininduced cytoskeleton reorganization and maintain glomerular epithelial barrier function through EGF mediated EGF-EGFR-PLC? signal pathway.
