1.The influence of life style on development of asthma in infants with acute bronchiolitis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(1):88-90
Bronchiolitis is a common respiratory infective disease in children, which is caused by viruses mostly. A view that bronchiolitis is a special pattern of manifestation of asthma is accepted widely. In the past few years, many agents appeared as a inducement from bronchiolitis to asthma, such as family histoty and atopy. At the same time, the life style of infants( feeding patterns, infective frequency ,environment exposure)plays a role in this process. Studying these factors will help doctors to detect people with high risk, and supply treatment earlier.

3.Comparison of efficacy and safety between gatifloxacin and levofloxacin in treatment of patients with light to moderate acute lower respiratory tract infections
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
0.05 ), bacterial clearance were 100% and 90%, and adverse reaction rates were 10%(2/20)and 10.53 % ( 2/19 ), respectively. All those adverse reactions were mainly gastrointestinal tract reactions. The abnormality of laboratory inspections associated with trial drugs happened to 4 and 5 patients in two groups. The reactions were mostly light increase of aminotransferase without effect on therapy. CONCLUSION: Gatifloxacin is an antibiotic with large antimicrobial spectrum and can be recommended to treat light to moderate acute lower respiratory tract infections.
4.An update on diagnosis and treatment of invasive aspergillosis in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(6):412-416
Invasive aspergillosis (IA) is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in immunocompromised children. The purpose of the review was to provide epidemiological, clinical aspects, diagnosis and antifungal treatment options in the pediatric population.Diagnosis of IA remains a challenge as the clinical and imaging manifestations are not specific, and a histological diagnosis is often unfeasible, and blood culture shows low sensitivity rates. In recent years, great progress has been made in the detection of fungal biomarkers, which is mainly described in this paper.
5.Effect of the Application of ICQ Technology in Constructing a Harmonious Environment for Nursing Staff and Some Relevant Issues
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
Objective: To explore the effect of the application of ICQ technology in constructing a harmonious environment for nursing staff.Method: The Internet, support from Tencent network,ICQ technology are employed to conduct on line communication among nursing staff.Result: the Working and interpersonal connection environment is remarkably improved by the application of ICQ technology, thus it is of great significance in constructing a harmonious relation among nursing staff and enhancing medical service quality.
6.Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Compound Danshen Tablets
China Pharmacy 2005;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Compound danshen tablets.METHODS: The separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm?4.6 mm,5?m) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.04% phosphate (gradient elution) at flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.Detection wavelength was set at 272 nm and column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS: Established HPLC fingerprint was distinct and reproducible. There were 8 characteristic peaks among which No.5 characteristic peaks,No.6,No.7,No.8 came from HPLC fingerprint of Salvia miltiorrhiza and No.1 characteristic peaks,No.2,No.3,No.4 came from HPLC fingerprint of Panax notoginseng.CONCLUSION: The characteristic peaks of effective parts of Compound danshen tablet mainly come from S.miltiorrhiza.The study can be used for tracing and isolation of effective part of Compound danshen tablet and establishes basis for the further development of Chinese patent drugs.
7.Content Determination of Sophocarpidine in Fuyankang Concentrated Pill by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of sophocarpidine in Fuyankang concentrated pill by HPLC.METHO_ DS:The loading agent of chromatographic column was amino bonded silica, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-dehydrated al?cohol-3%phosphoric acid(80∶10∶10),and the detection wavelength was220nm.RESULTS:There was a good linear rela?tionship between sample size and peak area score of sophocarpidine in the range of0.4064?g~2.0320?g,the average recovery rate was99.2%(RSD=1.6%).CONCLUSION:The established method is more accurate than TLC,and it can be used for the quality control of Fuyankang concentrated pill.
8.The Spot Break for Technical Skipping in Pharmaceutical Industry of China
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss about the spot break for promoting technical skipping in pharmaceutical industry of China.METHODS:Based on imbalance of technical development, matrix of technical change skipping and cluster of innovation, the necessity and possibility of the spot break for promoting technical skipping in pharmaceutical industry of China were discussed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Because the spot or part break is the normal model for promoting technical skipping in history of technical change and innovation,so if pharmaceutical industry of China wants to get technical skipping,we have to promote the spot break. In the end of this paper, the suggestions how to get spot breaks in the skipping of pharmaceutical technical change and innovation in China are put forward.
9.Influence of individualized nursing intervention on success rate of holding breathing in patients undergoing dual-source CT imaging
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(25):41-42
ObjectiveTo discuss the infiuence of personalized nursing intervention on success rate of holding breathing in patients undergoing dual-source CT imaging.Methods167 cases of patients were randomly divided into the observation group(100 cases)and the control group(67 cases). The control group implemented routine care, on the basis of routine care, the observation group was given pertinent and individualized nursing intervemion according to the factors causing failure of holding breathing, including better psychological counseling for patients, the right guidance, to alleviate symptoms, to improve comfort degree, to give clinical evaluation after inspection, et al.ResultsThe success rate of holding breathing in the observation group and the control group was 99.0% and 88.1%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.ConclusionsHealth education for patients, attention to patients' illness, mental state, cognitive and behavioral changes in a timely manner to give individualized nursing intervention and seriously check the implementation of results in patients, can effectively improve the success rate of holding breathing in patients undergoing dual-source CT coronary angiography.
10.Ventilation strategies during and after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2012;19(1):5-8
During cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR),ventilation is provided by either mouth-to-mouth or bag-mask technique, and give 12 to 20 times breaths per minute.Ventilation should deliver 8 to 10 times breaths per minute after endotracheal intubation.Compression-ventilation ratio is 30∶2 for one rescuerand 15∶2 for two rescuers. After the return of spontaneous circulation,if no spontaneous breathing or irregular, respiratory insufficiency, mechanical ventilation is required.High oxygen and excessive ventilation after CPR should be avoided. When acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome occurs after CPR,lung protective ventilation strategy is applicable.
