Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(10):-
AIM: To establish the determination of baicalin and hesperidin in Muxiangliqi Pills (Radix Saussureae seu Vladimiriae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Rhizoma Cyperi, etc.). METHODS: The determination was carried out by HPLC with octodelyl silicohydrides silanes bonded silica gel as a packing material, methanol water glacial acetic acid (35∶61∶4) as a mobile phase, detection wavelength at 283nm, flow rate at 1mL?min -1 . RESULTS: Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.072?g ~0.360?g. Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.104?g~0.520?g. The average recoveries were 97.0% and 97.8%, respectively. RSD were 1.93% and 1.69%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible, specific and can be used for quality control of Muxiangliqi Pills.
2.Research advances in mechanism of herpes simplex keratitis
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(2):201-203
Herpes simplex keratitis (HSK),which is caused by infection of herpes simplex virus,is a kind of disease with high incidence and blinding rate. The mechanism of HSK is complex and always attracts the attention of researchers. It is considered as an immune response to viral infection and is related to several factors, such as pathway of infection and immunoregulation. This review reveals the latest advance of the mechanism of HSK in the aspects of viral infection and latency, apoptosis, immunity.
3.Impact of Mild Asphyxia in Delivery on Motor Development
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(3):323-325
Objective To explore the impact of intrapartum mild asphyxia on motor development in infants. Methods 30 infants with any of the following were as asphyxia group: heart rate more than 160 beats/min in the process of childbirth, and then down to 70-80 beats/ min, no cyanose; Apgar score 1 min more than 8. Other 30 normal infants were as control group. They were assessed with Neuropsychological Development Scale for 0-6 Years Old 3, 6 and 9 months after birth. Results Opisthotonos was more frequent in the asphyxia group than in the control group (P<0.01) 3 months after birth, but there was no significant difference in total score (P>0.05). Sitting forward was more frequent in the asphyxia group 6 months after birth, and the score of motor was less in the asphyxia group than in the control group (P< 0.05). More of the asphyxia group couldn't stand with help, and with poor motor score 9 months after birth (P<0.05). Conclusion Intrapartum mild asphyxia may infulence the motor development of infant in long-term.

5.Application of induced hypothermia in vasoplegia syndrome after postcardiopulmonary bypass
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(18):38-40
Objective To investigate the effects of induced hypothermia in vasoplegia syndrome after post-cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods 4 individuals diagnosed as CPB-induced vasoplegia syndrome was given hypothermia by surface cooling using hypo-hyperthermia blanket based on vasopressors and adjustment of blood volume. The surface temperature, heart rate, systolic pressure, mean arterial blood pressure, central venous pressure, oxygen saturation of blood, urine volume, systemic vascular resistance (SVR),pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) and cardiac output (CO) were recorded. Results Systemic vascular resistance gradually improved along with normalization of cardiac output, and increased mean arterial blood pressure. Conclusions The mild hypothermia can increase blood pressure, decrease dosage of vasopressors, and may play a decisive role in some cases. So mild hypothermia may be an effec-tive alternative to treat CPB-induced vasoplegia syndrome.
7.Effect of hs-CRP,IL-6, TNF-αand ICAM-1 in patients with coronary heart disease by Guanxinshengmaiyin
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;37(5):108-111
Objective To investigate effect of hs-CRP,IL-6, TNF-αand ICAM-1 in patients with coronary heart disease by Guanxinshengmaiyin. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in control group were treated by routine treatment, 60 cases in experiment group were on the base of control group with Guanxinshengmaiyin,1 month for a course.hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-αand ICAM-1 levels, clinical efficacy, electrocardiogram ( ECG ) and adverse reactions were compared after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-αand ICAM-1 levels were lower(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the serum hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-αand ICAM-1 levels were lower ( P<0.05 ) , the total efficiency ( 80.00%) was higher ( P<0.05 ) , the depth of T wave of lead II and lead III were lower (P<0.05),the adverse reactions occur rate was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Guanxinshengmaiyin can reduce serum hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-αand ICAM-1 levels in patients with coronary heart disease, and has good clinical curative effect, less adverse reaction.
8.Effect of Pill of Cyperus and Amomum with Six Noble Ingredients in the treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms after chemotherapy in gynecologic cancer patients and the influence of IgM,IgA and IgG
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(8):94-97
Objective To investigate the effect of Pill of Cyperus and Amomum with Six Noble Ingredients in the treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms after chemotherapy in gynecologic cancer patients in serum IgM, IgA and IgG.Methods 72 cases with gastrointestinal symptoms after chemotherapy in gynecologic cancer were selected and all patients were under the IP scheme, and patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 cases each.Control group received conventional therapy, study group received more with Pill of Cyperus and Amomum with Six Noble Ingredients, immune functions and peripheral blood, symptom score and KPS score and clinical effect were compared after the treatment. Results Compared with before treatment,2 groups of WBC,NEU,HGB level decreased(P<0.01),CD3 +,NK level,KPS score increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, levels of WBC,NEU,HGB in the study group were higher(P<0.01),CD3 +,CD4 +,NK,serum IgG,IgM,IgA levels were higher(P<0.05).Nausea, vomiting, acid regurgitation, appetite symptoms score were lower(P<0.05),KPS scores was higher(P<0.05),the effective rate of the the study group was higher ( P <0.01 ) .Conclusion Pill of Cyperus and Amomum with Six Noble Ingredients in the treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms after chemotherapy in gynecologic cancer patients was curative effect, and it can improve immune function and quality of life and elevated levels of serum IgG, IgM and IgA.
9.The Effect of Lysophosphatidic Acid on the Permeability of Blood-Brain Barrier
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(04):-
Lysophosphatidic acid is a intermediary metabolite in lipid metabolism, mainly produced from activated platelets. It may cause the apoptosis of hippocampal neurons, abnormal phosphorylation of tau protein and increased permeability of the tight junction of endothelial cells, which is closely correlated with pathological changes of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia. It is shown that lysophosphatidic acid may induce the opening of the blood-brain barrier under pathological conditions, and enters central nervous system through the blood-brain barrier, and causes different effects of pathological changes by acting on various cells.
