Objective To summarize the complications of the single-port transumbilical laparoscopic pyeloureteroplasty. Methods From August 2009 to December 2014, 162 surgical procedures were performed in our institute with the single-port transumbilical laparoscopic pyeloureteroplasty.Medical records of each procedure were retrospectively evaluated.139 patients were male and 23 female, aged from 1 month to 14 years and the median age of 2 years.127 patients were operated on the left side and 32 on the right side.3 patients were operated on the bilateral side. All children were supplemented with preoperative ultrasound, renal dynamic imaging and MRU to identify the ureteropelvic junction obstruction.Intraoperative and postoperative complications were graded according to the Satava and Clavien classifications respectively.Major complications were defined as Satava grade Ⅱ or higher, and Clavien grade Ⅲ or higher. Results There was no injury of vascular or visceral organs and no blood transfusion, and there was no serious intraoperative complications. One hundred and forty-three cases were followed up, and 23 cases (16.1%)presented with postoperative fever (> 38 ℃C) (Clavien Ⅰ), 2 cases (1.4%) with urinary extravasation diagnosed by perirenal fluid collection(Clavien Ⅰ).All these cases recovered after being given symptomatic treatment.7 cases (4.9%) presented with postoperative repeated urinary infection (Clavien Ⅱ).5 cases received postoperative reoperation due to the obstruction of the anastomic site (Clavien Ⅲ b), and 2 cases were under debridement as the greater omentum was drawn out along with the negative pressure drainage tube(Clavien Ⅲ a).In summary, the incidence of severe postoperative complications was 4.9%.Conclusions Though there existed some postoperative complications of the single-port transumbilical laparoscopic pyeloureteroplasty, the incidence of serious complications was low and the overall prognosis could be good.

International Eye Science 2014;(12):2168-2171
Corneal newborn lymphatic vessels construct the afferent arc of corneal immunological reaction, which play important role in immune response. The corneal transplantation rejection rate rises due to the emergence of new lymphatic vessel which breaks the immunologic mechanism. With the founding of specific marker of lymphatic endothelial cells and research advancing of growth factor of lymphatic vessels, the mechanism, therapy and prevention of corneal immunological rejection reaction of corneal lymphatic vessel have been studied intensively. The graft survival rate has been greatly improved through inhibiting newborn lymphatic vessel.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(02):-
To report a boy with reflex seizures induced by micturition. He suffered from seizures during micturition for four yesrs. The clinical symptoms consisted of head backwards, limbs dithering, sometimes accompanying tumble.During the episodes of the seizure, his consciousness did not lose.Few seizures showed only eyes up-staring for several seconds. The livelong process of micturition was often interrupted by seizures for several times. When he finished or stoped micturition, the seizures did not occur again. His seizures could not be induced by free of micturition or other stimulative factors. The interictal EEGs showed that background asymmetry manifested as the lower amplitude and irregular rhythm in the left hemisphere, sharp or sharp and waves in right hemisphere, especially mid and back temporal. There also had sharp, spike, and spike and waves in many regions of double spheres in interictal EEGs.The other assistant check-ups were normal.while this disease was infrenquncy,it would be worthy to regard.

220.6 ?mol/L in serums. Conclusions TORCH infection is common in infantile hepatitis in hospital. The infection rates caused by CMV are higher than those caused by HSV,TOX,RV and the rate caused by TOX is lower than others, and then the injury of liver caused by CMV is more severe than others.Neonates less than 7 days always have more organs injuried than the elders.

Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma by comparative analysis of high-frequency ultrasound and spiral CT imaging results. Methods The imaging results of patients with thyroid carcinoma proved by postoperative pathology or biopsy results were reviewed.High-frequency ultrasound and spiral CT were used to examine the 35 patients in The Tumor Hospital of Harbin Medical University between 2007 and 2009. Results Diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma by application of Highfrequency ultrasound were 27 cases, diagnosis rate was 77.1%(27/35);by spiral CT were 25 cases, diagnosis rate was 71.4% (25/35);comparison of the two methods showed no significant difference (x2= 0.3, P > 0.05). Combined application of high-frequency ultrasound and spiral CT diagnosed 33 patients with thyroid carcinoma, diagnosis rate was 94.3%(33/35), which was significantly higher than that of high-frequency ultrasound alone or that of spiral CT alone(compared with high-frequency ultrasound, x2 = 4.2, P < 0.05;and spiral CT, x2 = 6.4, P < 0.05). Conclusion Combined application of high-frequency ultrasound and spiral CT can improve the diagnosis rate of thyroid carcinoma.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the impact of ethanol extracts from Sedum sarmentosum (ESB) on STAT-3 signaling and its probable molecular mechanism in inducing apoptosis.
METHODMTT assay was used to detect the impact of ESB on HepG2 cell proliferation. FITC-Annexin V-FITC /PI double-labeling were used to investigate the impact on hepatoma carcinoma cell apoptosis. Western blot analysis was used to test the expression levels of cell apoptosis-related proteins Caspase-3, Caspase-9, PARP, P-STAT-3 (Tyr705) , STAT-3, Bcl-2, Mcl-1.
RESULTESB could notably inhibit proliferation of HepG2 cells, and induce HepG2 cell apoptosis, with the dose-dependent inhibitory effect. In addition, ESB could inhibit STAT-3 signaling, down-regulate Mcl-1 and Bcl-2 expressions, and induce degradation/activation of apoptosis-related proteins Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 and PARP degradation in a dose-dependent manner.
CONCLUSIONESB inhibits HepG2 cell proliferation and induces apoptosis by inhibiting STAT-3 signaling and Mcl-1 and Bcl-2 expressions.

Objective Research the bilingual teaching of medical organic chemistry experiment. Methods PBL teaching method was used in bilingual teaching of medical organic chemistry experiment. Results As a result, we improved the effect of bilingual teaching in medical organic chemistry experiment. Conclusion Teaching research found that the teaching mode with a problem-centered and students-orientation approach has improved students' analysis and problem solving skills. During the process of teaching, the students have enhanced their enthusiasm of study.
