Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of intrahepatic artery aneu-rysms.Methods Thirty-six cases of intrahepatic artery aneurysm was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound.And the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results In the 36 cases of hepatic artery aneurysm,1 7 cases were located in the left lobe of liver,13 cases were located in the right lobe of liver,and 6 cases were located in the left and right hepatic lobe.A total of 27 cases were solitary, 6 cases were 2 aneurysm,and 3 cases were 3 and above aneurysm.Maximum was 28 mm×27 mm,and minimum was 8 mm×7 mm. There are 3 cases with mural thrombus.Liver oval cystic echo free zone was found by two-dimensional ultrasonography.The bound-ary was clear.The wall was smooth and thin.The rear echo was strengthened.The pulsatile red,blue single color flow signal(n=1 5)or vortex like red and blue color flow signal(n=21)were showed by color Doppler ultrasonography.The hepatic artery blood flow velocity spectrum was 12-29 cm/s,and resistance index was 0.60-0.68.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography was the preferred imaging methodology of early screening and diagnosis of intrahepatic artery.

Cancer-testis antigens (CTAs) are protein antigens with normal expression restricted to adult testis and yet are aberrantly activated and expressed in a proportion of various types of tumor tissues. The expressions of CTA correlate with tumor staging, histopathological subtype, recurrence and metastasis in nonsmall cell lung cancer. CTAs are immunogenic in lung cancer patients and have a good prospect in lung cancer Immunotherapy.

Objective To explore the correlation between nurses' job burnout and social support and the source of job stress. Methods 138 doctors and 162 nurses from 4 general hospitals were investigated by different questionnaires. The nurses were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI),perceived social support scale(PSSS)and Chinese nurse job stress source scale. While the doctors only underwent investigation using Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI).The results were collected and analyzed. Results The MBI results showed that the scores of emotional exhaustion and non-humanity were apparently higher, while the score of sense of working achievement was lower in nurses than those in doctors. The level of job burnout in nurses was higher than that of doctors with statistical difference. The score of social support was lower and the score of source of job stress was higher in nurses with increased level of job burnout than those with decreased level. Conclusion The status of nurses' job burnout should cause the attention of nursing managers. Prompt and selective measures should be adopted to improve the psychological health of nurses.

Objective To investigate the influence of social support on work-family conflict and psychological control ability of nurses. Methods 126 women nurses from four general hospitals by the method of random cluster sampling were divided into two groups according to the scores of the social sup-port scale(SSRS). Nurses with score lower than 35 were set as low social support group(totally 38 nurses), nurses with score higher than 45 were named as high social support group(46 nurses).The two groups were assessed by SSRS, work-family conflict scale (WFCS) and IPC respectively. The results underwent stati-s-tical analysis with t test, χ2 test and Pearson correlation analysis. Results The age and nurses' work-ing age in high social support group were significantly higher than that of the low social support group, the to-tal score of WFCS,the time,pressure and behavior score of subscales in high social support group were sig-nificanfly lower than that of the low social support group. The internality was higher, while the power-ful others and chance were lower in high social support group than those of low social support group. SSRS was negatively correlated with all factors of WFCS, positively correlated with internality factor of IPC, neg-atively correlated with powerful others and chance factors of IPC. Conclusions The nurses with high SSRS have low work-family conflict score and strong psychological control ability, so we should strengthen the social support of nurses.

Objective To study the optimum culture media and liquid conditions in shaking flasks for laccase production by Ganoderma lucidum. Methods Taking S_3 stain of G. lucidum as test materials and laccase activity of G. lucidum as measurement index to optimize the culture media and liquid conditions through orthogonal test. Results The optimum culture components of media were: Glucose 30 g/L, cotton 0.2%, (NH_4)_2HPO_4 0.66 g/L, casein 0.5%, Tween-80 0.15 mL; the optimum conditions were: initial pH value of medium was 5.5, 75 mL medium was in 250 mL-flask, inoculation was 12.5%, mycelium age was 5?24 h for 9?24 h culture. Conclusion Laccase activity of G. lucidum has been improved remarkably in the optimum culture media and liquid conditions.

Objective To establish an immortalized rat astrocyte strain(IAST) expressing enkephalin regulated by doxycycline(Dox) and observe its analysesic effect on rat chronic neuropathic pain. Methods Retrovirus infection method was employed to develop an immortalized rat astrocyte strain expression enkephalin regulated by doxycycline.hPPE gene expression level of IAST/Tet-On/hPPE strain was detected by Real time-PCR and radioimmunoassay.Its analgesic potential was investigated by mechanical paw withdrawal thresholds after these cells were implanted into the subarachnoid space of chronic constrictive injury(CCI) rats.The expression of Fos protein in the dorsal horn of spinal cord was determined by immunohistochemistry. Objective To explore the clinical application value of minimally invasive endoscopic visual artificial abortion operation system in Painless abortion. Methods 250 cases early pregnant women who underwent minimally invasive endoscopic visual artificial abortion operation system implementation of Painless abortion from June 2015 to December 2015 were selected as visual painless abortion group,while Two hundred and fifty cases early pregnant women who demanded routine painless abortion during the same period were selected as routine painless abortion group. The operation time, the amount bleeding, the villus integrity, the number of cases of once again clear palace operation , the vaginal bleeding time after operation, and the first menstruation recovery time after operation among the pregnant women in the two groups were analyzed. Results There was statistically significant difference in the operation time, amount bleeding, villus integrity, the number of cases of once again clear palace operation , vaginal bleeding time after operation, and the first menstruation recovery time after operation between the two groups ( P<0. 05) . The Observation index of the pregnant women in visual painless abortion group was Obviously superior of that in routine induced abortion group . Conclusion Minimally invasive endoscopic visual artificial abortion operation system implementation of Painless abortion is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.

Objective To assess clinical efficacy of the combined laparoscopic technique for superficial bladder neoplasms involved uretetic orifice. Methods A totsl of 12 patients with bladder neoplasms involved ureteric orifice were treated and reviewed.The clinieal tumor stage was Tis in 6,T1 in 6.During the procedure,the transurethral resection of bladder neoplasms was performed firstlythe extent including 0.5-1.0 cm formal bladder tissue around ureteric orifice,deep to superficial muscle of bladder,then ureteroneocystostomy was done with transperitoneal laparoscopic technique.Results The operations were successfully in all 12 cases.The average procedure time was 2.2 h.The average volume of hemorrhage was 25 ml.The double J stents were removed 3 months postoperatively.Six months after surgery intravenous pyelography(IVU)and cystography showed no ureter obstruction in all cases,Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree vesicle-ureteral reflux in 2 cases.One year after surgery custography showed Ⅰ-Ⅱdegree vesicle-ureteral reflux in 4 cases,Ⅱdegree relux in 3 cases.During 324 months' follow-up,B type ultrasound and IVU showed moderate hydronephrosis in 1 case,mild in 5. Conclusion The treatment of combining laparoscopic technique for superficial bladder neoplasms involved ureterie orifice might be an effective and safe method.
