Large amounts of clinical studies and epidemiological data have confirmed that obesity is closely related to the development and progression of endometrial cancer.The mechanism of the endometrial cancer may be involved estrogen,insulin,insulin-like growth factor,leptin,adiponectin,resistin fat factor, inflammatory factors and so on.

Objective To review the advancement of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) vaccine in alimentary canal cancer.Methods Related articles were reviewed.Results HSP70 can integrate with tumor special antigen to form HSP70 polypeptide compound.To activate the special and nonspecial immune response of body,HSP70 can participate in the process of tumor immunity as a "molecular partner".Conclusion HSP70 has shown alluring perspective in the precaution and treatment of alimentary canal cancer.

To analyze the efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in treatment of angina pectoris.Literatures of randomized controlled trials on efficacy comparison of Danhong injection and its components in the single herb pharmaceutical preparations (Danshen injection,safflower injection and compound Danshen injection) for patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were extracted from database including Wan Fang,CNKI,VIP,for all medical publications between 2000 and 2010.Meta-analysis was performed.The Meta-analysis included total 1306 patients in the treatment group of Danhong injection and 1280 patients in the control group from 28 clinical trials.The results showed that clinical effect and electrocardiogram efficacy in Danhong injection group were significantly better than those in control group (RR =1.23,95％ CI:1.19-1.27 and RR =1.29,95％ CI:1.22-1.37,respectively).The homogeneity of the total effective rate was good; however,there had a great variation in hemorrheologic and the serum lipids indices.Thirteen literatures reported that there was no obvious adverse reaction found in Danhong injection group; 9 literatures did not report adverse reaction.Danhong injection has a significant therapeutic effect and safety in patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of lactuside B on CHOP mRNA expression in rat's cerebral cortex and hippocampus after cerebral ischemia injury. METHODS: Male SD rats of 280-320 g were randomly given brain ischemia-reperfusion treatment for 24 and 72 h respectively and then divided into sham operation group, model group, positive control group, and lactuside B 12.5 mg · kg-1 group, 25 mg · kg-1 group and 50 mg · kg-1 group. There were a total of 12 groups with 4 rats in each group. The cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established by cerebral artery occlusion for 2 h. The animals with neurological missing symptom scores of 1-3 were selected for the experiment. All the animals were intraperitoneally injected corresponding experimental drugs after reperfusion for 24 and 72 h and then sacrificed. RT-PCR was used to detected the expression of CHOP mRNA in the cerebral and hippocampus at different time. RESULTS: After cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury for 24 and 72 h, the neurological deficits scores of the model group animals were significantly higher compared with the sham group (P < 0.01); the neurological deficit scores of the animals were decreased for positive control group and all lactuside B groups compared with model group (P < 0.01). All of the three dosage(12.5, 25 and 50 mg · kg-1) of lactuside B could reduce CHOP mRNA expression in cerebral cortex and hippocampus compared with the model group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and the majority of lactuside B groups were superior to the positive control drug nimodip-ine(P < 0.01). There was a good dose-effect relationship for lactuside B in general, but only the middle dose group showed good time-effect relationship. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that the anti-cerebral ischemia effect of lactuside B may be related with the down-regulation of CHOP mRNA expression in cortex and hippocampus. Objective To explore the predictive effect of modified DECAF,DECAF,CAPS and APACHEⅡin the assessment of prognosis of AECOPD patients with respiratory failure. Methods Clinical data of 186 AECOPD cases complicated with respiratory failure were analyzed and four score modes were used within 24 hours of admission. Clinical endpoints were patients′ survival status 28 days after admission. The discriminative power of the four score modes was evaluated by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC). Results AUC of the modified DECAF(0.777,95%CI:0.710-0.835) and DECAF (0.766,95%CI:0.699-0.825) for prognosis was significantly greater than that of CAPS(0.699 ,95%:0.628-0.764) and APACHEⅡ(0.715,95%:0.645-0.779). Conclusion The modified DECAF and DECAF have predictive values on assessing the prognosis of AECOPD patients with respiratory failure ,which are simple and efficient.

Objective To conduct targeted surveillance of nosocomial infections in intensive care units(ICU)to provide reference for comprehensive infection control . Methods All the 374 patients treated in ICU in 2013 were investigated by targeted surveillance methods .Results A total of 82 episodes of nosocomial infections were identified in 62 (16 .6% )of the 374 patients . The cumulative hospital stay was 2 724 days .The infection incidence per patient‐day was 22 .8‰ .The infection in ICU was primarily pneumonia (75 .6% ,including 39 ventilator‐associated pneumonia) ,bloodstream infections (including 6 central line‐associated bloodstream infections ) and catheter‐associated urinary tract infections . The incidence of ventilator‐associated pneumonia ,central line‐associated bloodstream infection and catheter‐associated urinary tract infection was 33 .3‰ ,2 .8‰ , 2 .3‰ patient‐day ,respectively .Overall ,74 strains of pathogens were isolated ,of which 93 .2% ,5 .4% and 1 .4% were gram‐negative bacilli ,gram‐positive cocci and fungi ,respectively .The top three gram‐negative bacilli were Pseudomonas aeruginosa(25 .7% ),Klebsiellapneumoniae(14 .9% ),and Acinetobacterbaumannii(10 .8% ).Conclusions Theincidenceof nosocomial infection was 16 .6 % in ICU patients ,of which device‐related infection accounted for 62 .2 % .Control of equipment‐related infections is critical for curbing the nosocomial infections in ICU . The antimicrobial regimens for ICU patients should cover gram‐negative bacilli .
