1.Research progress on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in lung cancer
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;39(2):182-185
This article summarized the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for lung cancer in recent years. Related literatures were from the immune regulation, inhibiting growth and metastasis of lung cancer cells and promoting apoptosis and reversing drug resistance. Review showed that traditional Chinese integrated with western medicine for lung cancer has gradually become the consensus of clinical practioners.

3.The Defense Mechanism and the Changes after the Treatment of Patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(12):-
Objective: To explore the defense mechanism of patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder(OCD)and to measure the changes in defense mechanisms after the treatment. Methods: Before and after 10- week psychotherapy , 26 patients with OCD were assessed with the Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ)and Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale(Y-BOCS); DSQ were also used to test 26 normal subjects. Results: (1)The scores of immature mechanism factor (4.5?0.8)were significantly higher in OCD patients than in normal(3.0?0.5),the scores of mature mechanism factor(5.0?0.8)were significantly lower in OCD patients than in normal (5.7?0.7); (2)After 10- week psychotherapy the scores of immature mechanism factor(4.0?0.9)were significantly lower than before (4.5?1.0),the scores of mature mechanism factor(5.7?0.7)were significantly higher than before (5.0?0.9).Conclusion: OCD patients often use immature mechanism, but after psychotherapy, they can use more mature mechanism.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(29):35-38
Objective To explore the clinical value of video-assisted thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients(observation group) who performed video-assisted thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection were retrospectively analyzed, compared them with 53 patients with mediastinal tumor who underwent traditional thoracotomy (control group). The clinical outcomes including operation time, intraoperative blood loss, chest drainage duration, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complication and postoperative analgesia drug application were compared between two groups. Results No perioperative death was observed in two groups. There were no statistical difference in operation time between two groups [(121.9 ± 41.2) min vs.(141.7 ± 35.2) min] (P > 0.05).The observation group was significantly better in the intraoperative blood loss [(116.0 ±53.2) ml],chest drainage duration [(5.2 ± 1.2) d],postoperative hospital stay [(8.5 ± 1.3) d],postoperative analgesia drug application [(0.8 ± 0.7) times],postoperative comolication (3 cases),than those of the control group [(147.2 ± 45.2) ml,(6.8 ± 2.2) d,(11.2 ± 2.4) d,(2.1 ± 0.9) times,15 cases].There were statistical differences between two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion Complete video-assisted thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection is a valuable way in the treatment of mediastinal tumor, rapidly recovery and less postoperative complication.
5.?C31 Integrase and Transgenic Animals Research

China Biotechnology 2006;0(02):-
Streptomyces phage ?C31 integrase is a site-specific recombinase and introduce foreign gene to unidirectional recombination.Because of its integration mediated by ?C31 integrase without any cofactors and especially directed integration,it possesses high efficiency and stable expression of foreign gene. These advantages make it an attractive tool for genetic engineering. It has been widely used to transgene integration in mammalians and provides an opportunity to overcome the bottlenecks in the generation of transgenetic animals, such as random integration, low integral rate, low level of expression and so on.The ?C31 integrase will have a wide application in the near future.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2014;(6):965-968
Objective To evaluate computed tomographic findings of struma ovarii so as to improve the knowledge of the imaging diagnostics of this disease. Methods Computed tomography (CT)scans and clinical data of 12 pathologically proven struma ovarii were reviewed retrospectively.Scans were evaluated for the laterality, size, margins, configuration, internal architecture, presence of intracystic high attenuation lesions on pre-contrast scans, the presence of calcifications, solid components enhancement, cyst wall enhancement, and ascites. Results All tumors were unilateral and had smooth margins.Cystic (n = 3)or mainly cystic (n = 9) appearance was common to all the tumors.Eight tumors showed a high attenuation lesion in the cyst portion of the mass on pre-con-trast scans.Calcification was found in 5 cases. The solid components showed different degrees of enhancement after administration of contrast medium. The cyst wall showed mild to moderate enhancement after administration of contrast medium.Five cases of tumors accompany a small amount of ascites. On pathology, the solid portions of the tumor consisted of the thyroid tissue and stoma which contained abundant blood vessels and fibrous tissue, and the cystic portions were filled with high gelatinous fluid of eosinophil-ic colloid. Conclusion On CT scans, struma ovarii appeared most often as a smooth marginated multicystic mass with a high attenu-ation lesion and calcification on pre-contrast scans with marked enhancement of the solid components.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2012;21(12):739-741
Objective To study the efficacy and toxicity of standard CEOP regimen in elderly patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).Methods The study included 34 previously untreated patients, age 60 to 80 years old, with NHL,through July 2009 to December 2011.The patients with T-cell lyphoma received four to eight cycles of CEOP (cyclophosphamide 750 mg/m2 d1,epirubicin hydrochloride 60-75 mg/m2 d1,vincristine 2mg d1,and dexamethasone 10-15 mg d1-5) every 3-4 weeks.Otherwise, the patient with B-cell lymphoma received R-CEOP,rituximab (375 mg/m2) was administered one day before CEOP.All the patients' clinical materials were collected and used to annalyze the efficacy and toxicity of the CEOP±R regimen. Results Among these 34 NHL patients,17 cases reached CR,9 cases reached PR,3 cases remained SD,and 5 cases appeared PD.The total response rate was 76.5 %(26/34).The major toxicity was bone marrow restraint. The rate of leukocyte decline with Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree was 71.4 % (24/34).Conclusion Using the standard regimen of CEOP leads to satisfied efficacy of elderly patients with NHL,and the toxcity is tolerant.
