To study the effect of methylmercury (MeHg)on membrane fluidity and permeability,fluidity of membrane was measured by the change of fluoroscence polarization technology and LDH activities of erythrocyte was measured by biochemical atomatic analyse instrument.The results showed that MeHg could induce the increase of the fluoroscence polarization of membrane in various organs in mice and the LDH activity in serm,and the decrease of the LDH activity in erythrocyte.It also induced the change of sulfydryl and sulfudryl enzyme activity on membrane.It indicated that MeHg could decrease the fluidity of membrane and increase the permeability of membrane.It is probably related to the speciality of MeHg easily affecting sulfydryl.

Objective To evaluate the methods of correction for secondary deformity after removal of polyacrylamide hydrogel in breast.Methods From June 2006 to December 2007,the Center of Breast Plastic and Reconstruction at Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences admitted and treated 36 patients who experienced deformity after polyacrylamide hydrogel remoral in breasts.The average age of the patients was 27.5 years,and the time of consultation for the correction was from 6 months postoperatively.The patients who had preoperative MRI examinations showed that no visible polyacrylamide hydrogel remained in the breast were included in the study.The patients were classified according to the deformity of the breast and the chest wall tissue.Autologous fat injection grafting,silicon gel implant augmentation,and dermis grafting were performed for treating the deformity of the breasts after polyacrylamide hydrogel removal.Results During 3 to 18 months follow-up,the shape of the breast was improved and no complications such as infection,the sclerotic nodules,implant exposure occurred.35(97.2%) patients were satisfied with the result of the operations.Conclusions The correction for secondary deformity of breast after removal of PAHG should be performed at least 6 months after removal of polyacrylamide hydrogel.The optimal and nature contour of the breast may be recovered by combination of various surgical methods which are carefully selected according to the individual situation.

Objective To explore the effects ofCangfu Congxian Decoction on the mRNA expression of IGF-1R in human mural granulosa cells;To explore the action mechanism for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients.Methods Totally 48 patients undergoing IVF-ET were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table, 24 cases in each group. Patients in the control group accepted GnRHa/FSH/hCG stimulation, while the treatment group tookCangfu Congxian Decoction orally on the basic treatment of the control group. Serum E2, LH, and P concentration on HCG injection day, number of ovum, high quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate were evaluated. The mRNA expression of IGF-1R on mural granulosa cells in the mature follicle was detected by real-time PCR.Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in serum E2, LH, and P concentration on HCG injection day of treatment group (P>0.05), while the treatment group had higher high quality embryo rate than that of the control group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the number of ovum and pregnancy rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The mRNA expression of IGF-1R on granulosa cells in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The mechanism ofCangfu Congxian Decoction for treating PCOS is up-regulating the mRNA expression of IGF-1R in mural granulosa cells and increasing high quality embryo rate.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of atomoxetine hydrochloride for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHID) combined with Tourette syndrome (TS).Methods Twenty-six cases of children with ADHD combined with TS were firstly diagnosed American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders fourth edition (DSM-Ⅳ) of ADHD and TS were treated with atomoxetine.The symptoms were improved and conditions were assessed based on the fourth version of ADHD parent rating scale and the severity of Yale comprehensive pumping quantity during pre-treatment,the 2nd,4th,6th and the 8 week of therapeutic courses,respectively.The adverse reaction was observed.Results 1.Compared with pre-treatment,attention deficit scores after treatment were statistically different (t =8.41,9.97,all P ＜ 0.05) in the 6th,8th week of therapeutic courses;hyperactivity /imnpulsivity scores were statistically different (Z =-4.39,-4.47,-4.46,all P ＜0.05) in the 4th,6th,8th week; Motor tics scores were statistically different (t =18.30,18.67,20.32,all P ＜ 0.05) in the 4th,6th,8th week; The vocal tic score:the second weeks already had statistically different(t =5.45,P ＜ 0.05); And the impaired function score were statistical significance (Z =-3.95,-3.94,all P ＜ 0.05) at the 6th and 8th week.2.The effective rate of ADHD and TS was 7.69％ and 15.38％,respectively in the 2td week.The curative effect had no statistical significance (x2 =0.188,P ＞0.05).But at the tourth week of assessment,and the rates of curative effect were respectively 19.23％ and 46.15 ％.It had statistical significance (x2 =3.923,P ＜ 0.05).In the 6th,8th weeks,there was no significant difference between the 2 efficiency (x2 =0.083,0.103,all P ＞0.05).3.During the treatment,no severe adverse reaction had appeared.Conclusions Atomoxetine in ADHD comorbid TS had exact curative effect and no obvious adverse reactions.In the treatment of ADHD,hyperactivity / impulsivity effect is better than the attention deficit.In the treatment of TS,vocal tics onset is better than the motor tics.In comparison of ADHD with TS,TS symptoms improve faster than ADHD in the onset,but the final effect is quite.

Objective To draw up a job self-regulation questionnaire for airline pilots and to evaluate its reliabilities and validities.Methods A job self-regulation questionnaire was developed based on documents and interviews.In order to examine the validity,208 airline pilots of CAAC were tested and 31 department leaders of them were interviewed.Results The self-regulation of airline pilot was composed of eight key dimensions,which had been examined in the confirmatory factor analysis.The Cronbach of full questionnaire was ?=0.743,and the reliability of each dimension was beyond Cronbach ?=0.516.Coefficient of stability of the questionnaire was beyond 0.606(P
