Objective: To study the marriage quality of different occupational groups. Methods: 200 married teachers from two universities and 144 married employees in hospitality industry in Hainan Province were applied Olson 's Questionnaire on Marriage Quality. Objective:To investigate the value of YL-1 puncture hematoma evacuation for hypertensive intracerebral hematoma.Methods:138 patients with hypertensive intracerecbral hematoma treated by YL-1 puncture hematoma evacuative were studied retrospectively,and the relationship between the age,the time of operation,GCS and volume of hemorrhage with mortality were with logistic regression method analysis.Results:①There were no significant relation in all the ages;②the shorter the hemorrhage,the higher the mortality;③the lower GCS was,the higher the mortality was;④the bigger the hemorrhage volume,the higher the mortality.Conclusion:The present study indicates that age is not an factor to limit minimally invasive operation(YL-1 puncture hematoma evacuation).The effect of surgery depended on the time of hemorrhage,GCS and volume of hemorrhage.

Objective To understand the clinical medicine graduates competency status of Kunming Medical University in the past 5 years and provide important reference for cultivating students in medical university. Methods The questionnaire results in the relevant departments responsible person of Yunnan provincial municipal and district 26 hospitals were system analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Results In the past 5 years, the graduates occupation competence of clinical medicine in Kunming Medical University is good. Among them, the graduates’core competency gets the lowest score, but the graduates’post competency gets the highest score. Conclusion The graduates’core competency should be strengthened in training of doctor-patient communication skills and quality evaluation of clinical practice for medical students.

Objective To compare the changes of corneal endothelial cells in early recovery period after 1.8 mm small incision phacoemulsification nucleus chopping and conventional incision phacoemulsification for cataract.Methods Fifty-three patients with cataract were divided into the observation group and control group according to different operation methods.The observation group was treated with 1.8 mm small incision phacoemuisification nucleus chopping while the control group was treated with routine incision phacoemuisification.The visual acuity,degree of astigmatism,corneal endothelial cell indexes and complications were observed.Results The effective ultrasound time and average ultrasonic energy of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Compared with 1 day before operation,the visual acuity,degree of astigmatism,corneal endothelial cell area (ECA) and coefficient of variation (CV) were significantly increased at 1 week and 4 weeks after operation,and corneal endothelial cell density (ECD) was significantly decreased (all P ＜ 0.05).The visual acuity and ECD levels of the observation group at 1 day,1 week and 4 weeks after operation were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the degree of astigmatism,ECA and CV were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional incision phacoemulsification,the damage of 1.8 mm small incision phacoemulsification nucleus chopping to corneal endothelial cells is significantly milder,can reduce the effective ultrasound time and average ultrasonic energy,decrease the degree of astigmatism,improve the visual acuity and decrease the corneal edema.

BACKGROUND:Carotid artery stenting is a minimal y invasive, safe, simple intervention, which is particularly meaningful to patients with carotid artery stenosis who exhibit poor physical basis and cannot tolerate open surgery. ＜br> OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting for treatment of extracranial carotid artery stenosis. ＜br> METHODS:Twenty-nine patients with extracranial carotid artery stenosis, including 19 males and 10 females, age ranging from 45-78 years, were enrol ed and subjected to stenting and percutaneous angioplasty. American National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, modified Rankin Scale and CT examination were tested before treatment and 24 hours after treatment. After 3-12 months fol ow-up, the coagulation indexes and B ultrasound of the carotid artery were reviewed. ＜br> RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:One patient exhibited the complete bifurcation occlusion of the right common carotid artery, and only the diameter of external carotid artery recovered 50.0%. The remaining patients were confirmed by angiograph that completely restored to normal levels, and the success rate was 97%. At 24 hours after treatment, al the 29 patients exhibit significant improvement in the diameter of lesioned carotid artery, scores on American National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and modified Rankin Scale (P＜0.01, P＜0.05). During the 3-12 months fol ow-up, no cerebral infarction and transient cerebral ischemia occurred and carotid artery stenosis was improved in al patients. At 6 months after operation, one patient had restenosis, and the restenosis rate was 3%. Percutaneous angioplasty combined with biological material stenting for treatment of extracranial carotid artery stenosis can obtain good clinical effects.

Objective To study the effect of new generation histone deacetylase inhibitor LBH589 single-drug or combined with the mouse serum which contains the radix echinopsis on multiple myeloma (MM) cell line U266 and their mechanism.Methods The acetylation level of α-tublin which was a substrate of HDAC6 was detected by Western blot.The chemical force between Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) and its client proteins was detected by immune precipitation (IP).Results The different concentrations of LBH589 single drug (0,20,50 nmol/L),and 50 nmol/L combined with the mouse serum which contained the radix echinopsis (1 g/ml) were able to inhibit the proliferation of U266 cell.With the increase of drug concentration and the extension of time,the acetylation levels of α-tublin and HSP90 increased gradually (at 24 or 48 hours) in a dose dependent (P ＜ 0.05).The inhibition of LBH589 combined with the mouse serum was stronger than that of LBH589 single drug (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion LBH589 could inhibit the growth of MM cells and their cell cycles,and induce the apoptosis of MM cell line U266.

As a safe and noninvasive therapy, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and theta burst stimulation (TBS) are used to change the cortical excitability, and induce or enhance neural plasticity, which can promote the recovery of motor function after stroke. This paper summarized the individual treatment of rTMS on motor function of stroke patients, the advantages of TBS compared with rTMS, and the mechanisms and clinical application of TBS.

Many college students’ English is not good enough to meet the need of the society. Pairing general English with ESP is proposed so as to solve the problem. Taking college English teaching in schools of traditional Chinese medicine as a case, this paper analyzes the key factors such as teaching materials, language teachers, students, teaching objectives, methods and environment in the teaching process in order to prove that pairing general English with ESP is feasible.
