Shanghai Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(2):109-
Objective To understand the situation of occupational health monitoring status of medical radiation workers in radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions, to provide reference for the evaluation of radiation protection measures as well as for the health supervision/inspection agencies, and to maximize the protection of occupational health rights of medical workers in radiation diagnosis and treatment. Methods Questionnaires were distributed then collected in the radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions in Qinzhou. The data were analyzed afterwards. Results A total of 850 medical radiation workers were recruited from 101 institutions that had obtained the radiation diagnosis and treatment license in Qinzhou. Among them, the physical examination rate of radiation diagnosis and treatment staff was 96.94%, the personal dosimeter monitoring rate was 93.41%, the training rate of radiation protection and legal knowledge was 94.12%, and the monitoring rate of equipment performance stability was 51.49%. Conclusion The occupational health monitoring of radiation workers in high-level institutions relatively meets the standard, and the management of occupational health monitoring in township hospitals, private hospitals and dental clinics is not satisfactory. The monitoring rate of radiation equipment performance in the whole city is generally low. Health supervision and law enforcement departments should strengthen law enforcement, urge the institutions to conduct radiation occupational health monitoring in an orderly manner according to law, and protect the health rights/interests of radiation diagnosis and treatment workers to the maximum extent.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2005;25(7):612-615
OBJECTIVETo analyze the quality of scientific research design of clinical literature related with treatment of Parkinson's disease with traditional Chinese medicine, so as to objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of TCM.
METHODSAccording to principles of evidence-based medicine, clinical epidemiology/design measurement evaluation (DME), the "Table of Systematic Evaluation of Quality and Information Collection for TCM Clinical Research Literature" were established and used to evaluate clinical control trial literature related with treatment of Parkinson's disease with TCM published during 1979 to 2000.
RESULTSThe method of randomization was not described in 66.7% of the literature. Although randomized design was declared in 33.3 %, problems or mistakes of randomized allocation still existed in them. No record about the state of dropped out or absconded cases in follow-up study and without any record of samples screening presented in all literature. There were some problems of key links concerning samples' homogeneity, outcome indexes selection, conclusion deduction and so on, which could also influence the quality and reliability of randomized controlled trials.
CONCLUSIONMethodological design of clinical research of TCM on Parkinson's disease should be strengthened.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effective methods for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.
METHODSFrom May 2008 to April 2011, 28 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were treated indirect reduction techniques, bilateral locking plate fixation combined with autologous bone grafts. There were 21 males and 7 females, with an average age of 43 years ranging from 21 to 65. There were 11 cases in Schatzker type V, 17 in VI. The effect was evaluated by Rasmussen standard on clinical and radiological.
RESULTSAll patients were followed-up for 7 to 36 months (averaged of 21.5 months). Healing time of fracture was from 3 to 8 months (averaged 5.5 months). The results of Rasmussen scores in clinical was 4.50 +/- 1.32 in pain, 4.32 +/- 1.63 in walking ability, 4.07 +/- 1.34 in knee activity, 4.78 +/- 1.27 in stability of the knee, 4.85 +/- 1.12 in stretch knee; the results in radiation was 5.07 +/- 0.92 in articular surface collapse, 5.00 +/- 0.98 in platform widened, 5.14 +/- 0.85 in knee external varus. The effect result was excellent in 8 cases, good in 15, fair in 3 and poor in 2.
CONCLUSIONThe key for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures was to fully assess the damage as much as possible to protect the soft tissue, select the appropriate timing of surgery and surgical incision, application of indirect reduction techniques, limited incision and effective internal fixation to restore joint surface smooth and good limb alignment, early exercise, in order to achieve maximum recovery of joint function.
