1.Pharmaceutical Care for Patients Treated with Cyclosporine A Combined with Anti-tuberculosis Drugs
China Pharmacist 2015;(2):268-270
Objective: To explore the pharmaceutical care mode for drug treatment and interactions through participating in the treatment of patients using cyclosporine A combined with anti-tuberculosis ( TB) drugs. Methods: The clinical questions were pro-posed and refined, the literature evidence was retrieved in the electronic databases, the questions were answered and the procedure and mode of pharmaceutical care for the similar clinical problems was established. Results:For the patients with cyclosporine A treatment, strong anti-TB drugs should be chosen to ensure the effectiveness and decrease the drug interactions, and the concentration monitoring of cyclosporine A should be paid more attention. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can implement the pharmaceutical care for the pa-tients with immunosuppression and TB infection through developing anti-TB regimen, avoiding the drug interactions, improving the drug safety and so on.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(11):-
Objective To study the optimum culture media and liquid conditions in shaking flasks for laccase production by Ganoderma lucidum. Methods Taking S_3 stain of G. lucidum as test materials and laccase activity of G. lucidum as measurement index to optimize the culture media and liquid conditions through orthogonal test. Results The optimum culture components of media were: Glucose 30 g/L, cotton 0.2%, (NH_4)_2HPO_4 0.66 g/L, casein 0.5%, Tween-80 0.15 mL; the optimum conditions were: initial pH value of medium was 5.5, 75 mL medium was in 250 mL-flask, inoculation was 12.5%, mycelium age was 5?24 h for 9?24 h culture. Conclusion Laccase activity of G. lucidum has been improved remarkably in the optimum culture media and liquid conditions.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):188-189,192
Objective To study the effect of clopidogrel on serum inflammatory factors and echocardiography in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods60 cases of patients admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the research object in this study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group had a total of 30 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with diuretics, nitroglycerin and aspirin, while the experimental group received clopidogrel on the basis of the control group. After treatment in June, comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group of patients with treatment effect and related clinical indicators.ResultsAfter treatment, 6months after the corresponding, compared with before treatment, the experimental group and the control group of patients with C-reactive protein and vascular cell adhesion molecule 1, 6min mediated leukocyte walking experiment, Su-6 and the heart rate of treatment were improved, with statistical difference (P<0.05), left ventricular end diastolic there was no significant difference between the change in diameter. In the control group, C-reactive protein, vascular cell adhesion molecule 1, 6min walking test, interleukin-6 and heart rate were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of clopidogrel in acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure in the can to a great extent on the inflammatory response in patients, improve the patient's left ventricular ejection fraction and heart rate, with the further promotion and application in clinical significance.
5. Expression of NF-κB subunits P50 and c-Rel protein in primary cortical neurons after oxygen glucose deprivation/reoxygenation
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(11):1333-1336
Objective: To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) subunits P50 and c-Rel protein in primary cortical neurons of Wistar rats at different time points of oxygen glucose deprivation/ reoxygenation(OGD/R). Methods: The neurons dissociated from the cortex of the neonatal rats were primary cultured and were identified by immunocytochemistry. OGD/R model was established. The study was divided into 6 groups according to different processing methods, including normal group,OGD 4 h treated,OGD 4 h/R 2 h treated,OGD 4 h/R 6 h treated,OGD 4 h/R 12 h treated and OGD 4 h/R 24 h treated groups. The expression of NF-κB P50 and c-Rel protein in neurons was examined by immunocytochemistry method and Western blotting. Results: (1) Immunocytochemistry detection targeting neuron specific enolase (NSE) and beta-III tubulin confirmed that the cultured cells were neurons. (2) The expression of NF-κB P50 protein was significantly higher in OGD 4 h group than in control group(P<0.05); the expression continued to increase in OGD 4 h/R 2 h andOGD 4 h/R 6 h groups, and reached its peak 6 h after reoxygenation (P<0.01),then began to decrease, but the expression in OGD 4 h/R 12 h group was significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference between OGD 4 h/R 24 h group and control group. (3) The expression of NF-κB c-Rel protein was similar between OGD 4 h group and the control group; the expression increased in OGD 4 h/R 2 h and OGD 4 h/R 12 h groups and reached its peak 12 h after reoxygenation(P<0.01),and did not recover to the normal level in OGD 4 h/ R 24 h group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Oxygen glucose deprivation/reoxygenation can activate NF-κB subunits P50 and c-Rel in the primary cortical neurons in rats in a time-associated manner.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2021;40(3):205-210
Objective:To understand the epidemic situation of drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis in Fujian Province, and to provide more information for control and evaluation of the disease. Methods:In 2019, all villages in the 36 drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis areas in Fujian Province were selected, in which the situation of water improvement was investigated, fluorine content of drinking water was tested and dental fluorosis of all the children aged 8 to 12 was examined. The urinary fluoride content and skeletal fluorosis of people over 25-year old was investigated in some of those villages. Results:A total of 153 disease affected villages were investigated, in which the water improvement projects were all completed. The fluoride content in each tap water sample of the water improvement project ranged from 0.00 to 1.05 mg/L, and the qualified rate was 100.00% (153/153). The normal operation rate of the water improvement projects was 95.42% (146/153). The detection rate of dental fluorosis in children aged 8 to 12 was 2.72% (76/2 789) with a dental fluorosis index 0.07. The detection rate of children's dental fluorosis was statistically different in different age groups, so was it in areas with different coverage rate of water improvement projects ( P < 0.05). The geometric mean of urinary fluorine level in adults was 0.80 mg/L ( n = 3 765), and the detection rate of skeletal fluorosis was 2.00% (6/300). Conclusion:Although some achievements have been made in the prevention and control of drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis in Fujian Province, it is still necessary to further consolidate and enhance the water improvement projects.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(19):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the subsequent performance after the merger & acquisition (M&A) in the form of cash in medical industry during 3 years from 2000 to 2002.METHODS:Base on the financial data of the merging party and by means of principal component analysis and factor analysis,a scoring system was built for the evaluation of the performance of M&A so that the comparison of effect scores before and after M&A could be realized.RESULTS:The effect scores fluctuate dramatically after M&A,but finally reverted to the initial level before M&A.CONCLUSION:M&A in the form of cash failed to bring long-term profits to the entire medical industry.
