The progress of anti-tumor antibodies can be summarized as three stages:naked antibody,monoclonal antibody,and gene engineering antibody.In 1997,for the first time,a monoclonal antibody——the chimeric anti-CD20 molecule rituximab,was approved by the US FDA for treatment of cancer patients.Since then,monoclonal antibodies have experienced rapid development and have been the main strategy to treat the tumor in the past decade.This article reviewed the clinical application and current state of monoclonal antibody for targeted-tumor therapy.

Smoking is one of the major risk factors for stroke. Both active and passive smoking may increase the risks of stroke, and the risks of stroke may decrease after smoking cessation, even no significant difference with non-smokers. Because of the different age, sex, smoking quantity, years of smoking, and regions of the smoking popuation, their strokes and the risks of all stroke subtypes are also different.

This article introduces a new method: the chemical-activated luciferase gene expression (CALUX)assay for determine of dioxin,which is based on biological properly of a genetically modified cell line.The published thesis reports that the contents of dioxins in a same sample abtained from the CALUX assay and the internationally recoganized standard method for determination of dioxin: high resolution gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HRGC-MS)showed perfectly positive correlation and well repeatibility. The CALUX assay presents less amount-required sample,shorter determination cycle and less expense compared with HRGC-MS assay. The CALUX assay can be used as a rapid screen assay for determination of dioxin in a large number of samples,and will be widely applied in the survey of dioxin pollution in environment.

Objective To study the optimum culture media and liquid conditions in shaking flasks for laccase production by Ganoderma lucidum. Methods Taking S_3 stain of G. lucidum as test materials and laccase activity of G. lucidum as measurement index to optimize the culture media and liquid conditions through orthogonal test. Results The optimum culture components of media were: Glucose 30 g/L, cotton 0.2%, (NH_4)_2HPO_4 0.66 g/L, casein 0.5%, Tween-80 0.15 mL; the optimum conditions were: initial pH value of medium was 5.5, 75 mL medium was in 250 mL-flask, inoculation was 12.5%, mycelium age was 5?24 h for 9?24 h culture. Conclusion Laccase activity of G. lucidum has been improved remarkably in the optimum culture media and liquid conditions.

Objective:To investigate the nursing experience of post cesarean section for a patient with nutcracker syndrome and pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of a patient with nutcracker syndrome and pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital in March 2020 was analyzed retrospectively. Multiple care measures including psychological care, posture and activity, pipeline care, diet and breastfeeding care were given after cesarean section to prevent the occurrence of complications.Results:After 5 days of nursing care such as disease observation, posture and activity, blood pressure control, the condition of this patient was improved and then discharged.Conclusions:Implementation of refined nursing measures including posture and activity, pipeline care, diet and breastfeeding care to pregnant women with nutcracker syndrome, especially those with hypertension, can reduce the incidence of serious complications and play an important role in the recovery of patient.

The effects of sophoramine (SA) on myocardial infarction size and ischemia－induced and reperfusion－induced arrhythmia were studied in conscious rats. It was found that pretreatment with SA 13.3 and 15 mg/kg iv reduced significantly infarct size and cardiac LDH release at 6h afte left descending coronary artery ligation as compared with the control. SA 10.6, 13.3 and 15mg/kg iv decreased markedly the early ischemic arrhythmia in conscious rats. Amiodarone 7.5mg?kg－1 had the same effects on the prevention of ischemic arrhythmia. In reperfusion experiment,it decreased the incidence of ventricalar fibrillation and significantly shortened the duration of arrhythmias. These results suggest that SA has protective effects on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.

Objective To explore the short-term and long-term clinical effect of leep knife treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods A single-center, prospective, randomized, controlled study was used, 120 patients with chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 60 patients. Patients in the observation group were treated with (LEEP) knife, parameters setting frequency was 3.8 MHz, power was 30 ~ 40W, patients in the control group were treated with microwave. The intraoperative and postoperative recovery and relapse were compared between two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operative time, postoperative vaginal discharge time in the observation group were significantly less than control group, there was a significantly statistical difference (P<0.001) . After two weeks and three months , the cure rate in observation group were 70% and 98.33% respectively, the cure rate in control group were 16.67% and 51.67%, there was a significantly statistical difference (P <0.01) . After 2 weeks and 3 months, the infection rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, there was a significantly statistical difference (P <0.05) . Conclusion Leep knife for treatment of chronic cervicitis patients has lower postoperative recurrence, lower infection rate and higher cure rate in short-term and long-term, and less intraoperative trauma, shorter operation time, and has important clinical significance for the prognosis of patients.

The diaphragm of 36 specimens (34 fetuses and 2 adults) of both sexes were studied anatomically. The central tendon of the diaphragm are trilaminar. The aponeurotic fiber bundles of the diaphragm are always split into two in a V-shape. Most of the aponeurotic fibers of the anterior leaf of the central tendon continue across the midline with the corresponding aponeurotic fibers of the opposite side to form the superficial and deep layers of the lateral leaf. The diaphragm with its central tendon has a structure similar to the digastric muscles (between the anterior and posterior, the left and right). The central tendon may be considered as a common area of decussation of intermediateaponeurosis rather than an insertion of the peripheral fleshy fibers.The present study shows that the splitting of the aponeurotic bundles of the central tendon and trilaminar arrangement of each lobe of the central tendon are formed early in the fetal period. It is suggested that the arrangement of the aponeuroses of the central tendon may give the diaphragm more elasticity and tenacity, which is advantageous for respiration.

目的观察75岁以上老年人急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)静脉溶栓治疗的疗效。方法48例75岁以上采用尿激酶溶栓治疗的患者与同期94例<75岁的AMI患者溶栓治疗做对照。结果≥75岁组的再通率为68.7%,<75岁组为72.3%;轻度出血分别为6.3%和5.3%,重度出血均为0%;心率失常分别为41.6%和49.9%;病死率为6.3%和5.3%。两组患者12h静脉溶栓治疗再通率无显著性差异,并发症及病死率也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论75岁以上老人静脉溶栓治疗是安全有效的。
