Objective:To discuss the applicative value of 1.5TMR-diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) sequence and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) measurement in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods: Thirty seven cases were collected in endometrial carcinoma group, 11 cases were selected in benign group and other 20 normal volunteers. Data of the DWI and ADC value, common-MRI(c-MRI) sequence in the 48 patients and 20 normal volunteers was contrasted and analyzed.Results: The differences between endometrial malignant tumors, benign lesions and the normal have statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.5 T MR-DWI sequence and ADC value has a superior ability in detecting endometrial lesions. It can be used to differentiate the endometrial carcinoma from either benign or normal cases, it can provide reliable assistance in the clinical cure.

Objective To investigate the role of arcuate fasciculus in conduction aphasia after ischemic stroke using magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) technique. Methods Five patients with conduction aphasia after acute ischemic stroke (case group) and 5 patients without aphasia (control group) were selected. The DTI technique was used to detect the fractional anisotropy (FA) of Broca's area, Wernicke's area, and arcuate fasciculus. Results The FA values of Broca's area (0. 341 ± 0. 018 vs. 0. 295 ± 0. 060; t = 4. 533, P = 0. 045), Wernicke's area (0. 303 ± 0. 009 vs. 0. 243 ± 0. 011; t = 6. 556, P = 0. 022), and arcuate fiber bundle (0. 646 ± 0. 020 vs. 0. 541 ± 0. 009; t = 7. 343, P = 0. 018) in the left hemisphere were significantly higher compared with their mirror areas in the control group. The FA values of Broca's area (0. 315 ± 0. 015 vs. 0. 280 ± 0. 006; t = 6. 246, P = 0. 023), Wernicke's area (0. 299 ± 0. 012 vs. 0. 239 ± 0. 022; t = 4. 576, P = 0. 025), and arcuate fiber bundle (0. 226 ± 0. 016 vs. 0. 294 ± 0. 007; t = - 12. 590, P = 0. 006) in the left hemisphere were significantly higher compared with their mirror areas in the case group. There was no significant difference Broca's area (t = 1. 901, P = 0. 13) and Wernicke's area (t =2. 092, P = 0. 105) in the left hemisphere between the case group and the control group, but the FA values of arcuate fasciculus in the left hemisphere in the case group was significantly lower compared with the control group (t = 28. 393, P < 0. 001 ). Conclusions For patients with conduction aphasia after acute ischemic stroke, the arcuate fasciculus has the left-dominant lateralization. Their conduction aphasia may be associated with the reduction and break of the arcuate fasciculus.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin+calcium folinate+5-fluorouracil(mFOLFOX6),oxalipl-atin+capecitabine(CapeOX),irinotecan+calcium folinate+5-fluorouracil(FOLFIRI)for metastatic colorectal cancer,and to conduct cost-effectiveness analysis. METHODS:48 patients with colorectal cancer were divided into mFOLFOX6 group(30 cases),Cape-OX group(8 cases)and FOLFIRI group(10 cases). Clinical efficacy and ADR of 3 groups were analyzed,and cost-effectiveness analysis was also conducted. RESULTS:Clinical effective rates of mFOLFOX6 group,CapeOX group and FOLFIRI group were 96.67%,87.50% and 80.00%,respectively,the mFOLFX6 group was significantly higher than the other 2 groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05). mFOLFOX6 group had high incidence of gastrointestinal side effects (70.00%). FOLFIRI group had high incidence of myelosuppression (70.00%). CapeOX and mFOLFOX6 group suffered from liver injury possibly,without statistical significance (P>0.05). The C/E of mFOLFOX6 group,CapeOX group and FOLFIRI group were 11 950,15 674 and 18 397 re-spectively,to which results of sensitivity analysis were same. CONCLUSIONS:The cost-effectiveness of mFOLFOX6 regimen is superior to CapeOX and FOLFIRI regimen in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer,but it has the high incidence of gastroin-testinal side effects.

This paper reviewed the applications and improvements of the major three TCM nursing operations, cupping, Gua-Sha and acupressure. The future developments in moxibustion, auricular point sticking, fumigation and washing therapy and moisten compress therapy were also prospected.
