Objective: To discuss the relation between dampness-heat syndrome of GBS and neuroendocrine-immunoregulatory network. Methods: 34 patients with GBS were divided into dampness-heat syndrome group and nondampness-heat syndrome group by syndromes differentiation of TCM.The autonomic nerve function, the level of immunoglobulin, cortisol(COR) and adrenocorticotropin(ACTH) of these two groups were detected. The datas were compared with that of normal control group.Results:① There were significant difference in function of autonomic nerve between the two groups(damp-heat syndrome group and nondamp-heat syndrome group) and normal control group. There is difference between dampness-heat syndrome group and nondampness-heat syndrome group,too.Dampness-heat syndrome group mainly showed sympathetic nerve excitement(60.0%).In nondampness-heat syndrome group, the incidence of sympathetic nerve excitement is 35.7%;parasympathetic nerve excitement is 28.6%.② In dampness-heat syndrome group the level of IgG was higher than that in nondampness-heat syndrome group and normal control group. The level of IgA was higher than that in normal control group(P

Objective To investigate the homology of methicillin-resistant Stphylococcusaureus(MRSA)from the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of a children's hospital, and evaluate routes and preventive strategies of MRSA healthcare-associated infection(HAI). Methods MRSA strains from neonates and environment of NICU between October and December 2014 were collected, and strains were identified by VITEK-2 microbial analysis system and cefoxitin Kirby-Bauer method, homology of MRSA was analyzed by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE ). Results A total of 6 MRSA strains were isolated from NICU between October and December 2014,3 of which (bed-58,70,and 100)were detected MRSA from specimens,MRSA were isolated from neonatal incubator and nurse (nasal swabs and hands)who cared for neonate at bed 58. 5 of 6 MRSA strains were homology, antimicrobial susceptibility testing result showed that No. 1-5 strains were resistant to clindamycin and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,No. 6 strain was slightly different from No. 1-5 strains,No. 6 strain was susceptible to both clindamycin and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid. PFGE results showed that No. 1-5 strains were of the same type,No. 6 strain was a different type. Conclusion The main route of this MRSA transmission is contact transmission, especially through the hands of health care workers, identification and analysis of epidemic strains by PFGE technique is an effective measures to prevent HAI outbreak and perform epidemiological study.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(6):113-116
Objective To analyze the concentration changes of insulin and c peptide of in portal vein and peripheral blood, and explore the feasibility of using insulin and c peptide concentration changes in assessment of liver function. Methods The portal vein and peripheral blood samples were extracted from 82 clinical liver cancer patients, and the insulin and c peptide concentration were detected. The differences in the insulin and c peptide concentration in portal vein and peripheral blood were statistically analyzed. Results The insulin concentration in the portal vein and peripheral blood values were 32.43 μ U/ml and 8.05 μ U/ml, respectively, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) . The c-peptide concentration in the portal vein and peripheral blood values were 1.38 μU/mL and 1.19 μg U/mL, respectively, there was no significant differences (P>0.05) . Conclusion Liver metabolizes insulin as the target organ of insulin, while c-peptide dose not be metabolized in vivo, so it is possible to assess liver function by comparative analysis of the metabolic rate of insulin and c-peptide changes.

In the process of teaching international students laboratory diagnostics, teaching mode has been actively explored. The management of teaching, the foundation of teaching team, the selection of teaching materials and reformation of teaching mode are the key points that affect the teaching quality directly.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2020;18(6):467-473
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture (EA) plus long-snake moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) due to kidney deficiency and cold coagulation. Methods: A total of 60 patients in active stage of RA were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group took methotrexate tablets and nimesulide dispersible tablets orally for treatment, while those in the observation group received additional treatment of EA plus long-snake moxibustion. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The post-treatment changes in symptomatic grading and quantifying score, disease activity score with 28 joint counts (DAS28), and inflammatory indicators erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were observed, and the efficacy was evaluated. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.9%, versus 76.6% in the control group, and there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the symptomatic grading and quantifying score and DAS28 in both groups were significantly improved (all P<0.05), and the improvements in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group (both P<0.05). Besides, there were 11 cases with low disease activity index (DAI) and in remission in the observation group versus 5 cases in the control group, showing a statistically significant between-group difference (P<0.05). The ESR and CRP scores in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment (all P<0.05), also showing statistically significant between-group differences (both P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of additional EA plus long-snake moxibustion based on oral medications for RA due to kidney deficiency and cold coagulation is better than that of the oral medications alone.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2011;17(7):846-847
Objective To explore the effect of self-adhesive elastic bandage on patients with hemorrhoids or fistula after operation. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups; SO cases in observation group were treated by self-adhesive elastic bandage, SO cases in control group were treated by Zinc Oxide Tape.Ache, uroschesis, bleeding and local skin situation after operation were observed. Results The differences of the ache and uroschesis between the two groups did not reach the statistical significance ( P > 0.05) , but bleeding quantity and skin situation were on the contrary (P <0. 05). Conclusions The using of self-adhesive elastic bandage can reduce bleeding quantity and alleviate irration to local skin, and improve the comfort of patients, and worth to application wildly.
