1.Optimizing method of Michaelis-Menten pharmacokinetic parameters of bolus intravenous administration
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2004;0(10):-
As the fitting value of Michaelis-Menten pharmacokinetic parameters K_m and V_m of accurate linear regress (ALR) or improved Hanes-Woolf method has some deviation, a optimizing method of K_m and V_m was used in this paper. The result of ALR or improved HanesWoolf method was taken as the primary value of parameters(V_m and K_m,). The method combined Runge-Kutta algorithm with program solution in Excel software (RK-PS) was used to minimum weighting residual square sum [∑ (c-c~*)2/c] of concentration. The primary value of parameters was optimized. The RK-PS method was better than ALR method and improved Hanes-Woolf method in two examples.
2.Analysis of the relationships among three statistical tests of rank data
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(02):-
The three statistical tests were compared among the Ridit test, the Ridit simplified test, and the rank value test. The results showed that the Ridit simplified test is equivalent to the Ridit test and the rank value test.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(02):-
AIM: To establish a calculation of dosage regimen design on multiple dosing intravenous bolus injection administration of two compartment model. METHODS: Microsoft EXCEL was used to write a program by the pharmacokinetic parameters to show the dosage regimen. RESULTS: The e table displayed maximum dose (D max ) and minimum dose (D min ) of the administration after inputting parameters (?, ?, K 21 and V 1) ,dosing interval (T s), maximum toxic concentration(MTX) and minimum effective concentration(MEC). After inputting maintenance dose and cycle number (n), the e table displayed plasma concentration at any time after the administration, including C (n,s) max and C (n,s) min , fractional number of reaching plateau, loading dose and accumulating time when the plasma concentration was above MEC in Ts or a cycle interval. CONCLUSION: This design method can provide safe and effective dosage regimen for clinical administration.

Objective To evaluate potentially inappropriate medication (PIM ) use of elderly diabetic patients in the out-patient department .Methods Beers criteria (2012 Edition) was used as the basis for evaluation of prescription in 2 000 elderly diabetic cases of our hospital (≥60 years old) with analysis of PIM use .Results There were on the average of 4 kinds of drugs per patient (mean age 76 year-old) .172 cases (8 .60% ) of the 2 000 cases were related to PIM dependent on medication use .17 (0 .85% ) cases were related to PIM dependent on disease conditions .23 (1 .15% ) cases were related to PIM with cau-tion in elder adults .Conclusion It was indicated a high prevalence of PIM by elderly diabetic patients .Given the potential se-verity of this problem ,further steps need to be implemented to prevent this occurrence .
