Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of hyperthermic intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy (HIPC) in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods The Meta-analysis was applied to analyze 8 randomized controlled quantitative studies published at domestic and abroad. These patients treated by HIPC after radical operation with colorectal cancer were included for the treatment group, and those treated only by radical operation with colorectal cancer for the control group.Relative risk (RR) of outcome variable of 3-year and 5-year survival rate and safety between the two groups were compared. Results There were 8 selected literatures, including 1 501 cases,in which 765 cases for treatment group, and 736 cases for control group.RR of 5-year survival rate of the total patients was 2.39 (95% CI:1.66-3.45).RR of 3-year survival rate of the total patients was 2.13 (95% CI:1.45-3.13).The results demonstrated that HIPC could improve 5-year and 3-year survival rate, and sensitivity analysis confirmed the conclusions more reliable. The security was described in 5 literatures, the available information showed smaller potential security issue. Conclusions HIPC after radical operation of advanced colorectal cancer can increase 5-year and 3-year survival rate of patients, improve the prognosis of patients.Whether patients with increased incidence of postoperative complications related to the HIPC is no clear-cut conclusions for lack of related research.

The Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in maintaining liver homeostasis and liver regeneration. In healthy livers, the Wnt signaling pathway is mostly inactive, but it is continuously overactivated during cell renewal or regeneration processes,as well as in certain pathological conditions, diseases, precancerous states, and cancers.Persistent liver cell injury often leads to chronic liver diseases such as liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer. This article summarizes the basic structural features of the Wnt signaling pathway and analyzes its important role in the pathological progression of various liver diseases,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases in clinical practice.

Lipid metabolism,as the basis of life maintenance,is a prerequisite for cell survival, and lipid homeostasis can rapidly respond to metabolic changes in a coordinated manner. In cancers, there is an increase in lipid metabolism in cancer cells to meet the requirements for plasma membrane synthesis and energy production.Abnormal lipid metabolism plays an important role in the progression of primary liver cancer. This article reviews the association between abnormal lipid metabolism and primary liver cancer,in order to find targets for the prevention and treatment of primary liver cancer.

Objective Evaluate the performance of the encephalon state index(ESI)in depth of anesthesia monitoring during clinical surgery, compared with the bispectral index(BIS).Methods ESI and BIS data were collected from 60 patients in a single-center clinical trial to compare their efficacy in measuring the depth of anesthesia. Results Consistency analysis revealed mean differences and standard deviations of-0.18±5.42 and-0.11±6.51 between ESI and BIS for awake and anesthetized states, respectively.Correlation analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.92 throughout the operative period.Prediction probability analysis indicated that both ESI and BIS had prediction probabilities of 0.97,effectively predicting anesthesia status. Conclusion ESI and BIS show good equivalence in monitoring depth of anesthesia during clinical surgery, which meet the requirements of clinical anesthesia.

OBJECTIVE:
Reduce the number of false alarms and measurement time caused by movement interference by the sync waveform of the movement.
METHODS:
Vital signal monitoring system based on motion sensor was developed, which collected and processed the vital signals continuously, optimized the features and results of vital signals and transmitted the vital signal results and alarms to the interface.
RESULTS:
The system was tested in many departments, such as digestive department, cardiology department, internal medicine department, hepatobiliary surgery department and emergency department, and the total collection time was 1 940 h. The number of false electrocardiograph (ECG) alarms decreased by 82.8%, and the proportion of correct alarms increased by 28%. The average measurement time of non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) decreased by 16.1 s. The total number of false respiratory rate measurement decreased by 71.9%.
CONCLUSIONS
False alarms and measurement failures can be avoided by the vital signal monitoring system based on accelerometer to reduce the alarm fatigue in clinic.
