Objective To study the indoor air pollution characteristic and control countermeasure. Methods 10 office rooms and 100 houses that were newly redecorated for one month were chosen for the determination of formaldehyde, TVOC, ammonia and radon. The distribution characteristic of time, space of pollutants was studied. Results The concentrations of formaldehyde, TVOC, ammonia in the investigated office rooms exceeded the standard limits greatly, the average levels were 0.533, 5.57and 0.396 mg/m3 respectively. In the 100 houses, the rates of exceeding limit of formaldehyde, TVOC, ammonia were 35.0%-78.8%, 56.0%-75.0% and 37.0%-41.7% respectively. In the two kinds of sites, the concentration of radon did not exceed the limit. Along with ventilation, the concentrations of pollutants went down. Conclusion Indoor air pollution caused by redecoration is serious in a certain degree in Lanzhou.

The volatile compounds of trogopterorum feces were collected by using a simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) equipment. The chemical composition of the enriched volatile was examined by means of capillary gas chromatography (GC) and combined GC-mass spectrometry (MS). Fifty one constituents of the volatile were preliminarily identified by GC-MS, which amounted to 56.3% of the total peak area. Of these compounds, 33 were further verified by measuring their temperature-programmed retention indexes (TPRI) or retention times. They amounted to 35.7 % of the total peak areas. The main constituents of the volatile are dedecanoic acid (7.00%);alphacedrol (4.41%); pyrazine, tetramethyl-(4. 10%); tetradecanoic acid (3.37%); ethanone, 1-(3-methylphenyl)- (2.53%); benzaldehyde (2.42%); phenol, 2-methoxy-(2.11% ). The compound classes consist of alcohols (10), ketones (8), aldehydes (6), olefines (5), acids (4), and phenols (4).

Objective To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on Yupingf eng Decoction, and to study the correlation of HPLC fingerprint in Radix Astraga li,Radix Saposhnikovlae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Yupingfeng Deco ction. Methods HPLC with Hypersil ODS was used, acetonitrile -water(gradient el ution) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 220 nm,flow rate was 1 mL ?min-1,and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results There were 9,8 and 7 common peaks separated from 10 batches of medicinal material of Radix Astragali,Radix Saposhnikovlae, and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,respectively;11 common peaks were separated from 10 batches of Yupingfeng Decoction,of which 6 peaks were shared by Radix Astragali,4 peaks by Radix Saposhnikoviae and 1 peak by Rh izoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. Conclusion There exists a correlation of Yupin gfeng decoction with the medicinal pieces of Radix Astragali and Radix Saposhnik oviae. The major characteristic fingerprint peaks of Yupingfeng decoction belong to those of the isoflavones from Radix Astragali and chromones from Radix Sapos hnikoviae. This will provide a reference for the rules of the compatibility and component research of Yupingfeng Decoction.

AIM:To establish the method of fingerprint-analyzing Herba pogostemonis by HPLC,and compare the variability of the different parts, including stems and leaves, which could be used for quality evaluation of Herba pogostemonis. METHODS: HPLC with Hypersil ODS column was used, the acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(gradient elution)as a mobile phase and detection wavelength was at 320 nm,column temperature was at 30 ℃,and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS: 16 common peaks were separated on HPLC fingerprint in the stems and leaves of Herba pogostemonis, there was significant variability between the stems and leaves, the content in the leaves was more than in the stems. CONCLUSION: The method is reliable, accurate and provides a reference for the quality control of Herba pogostemonis.

Objective To investigate the surgical methods and effect of double-cut nasolabial muscle directional three-dimensional reconstruction on the secondary deformity of unilateral cleft lip repair. Methods We first increased a contralateral vermilion secondary incision based on the nasolabial muscle directional three-dimensional reconstruction, without damaging the contralateral white lip skin, via suturing both sides of nose wings bundle of nose outside corner under the columella muscle, and overlapping suturing both sides of the orbicularis muscle flap, and then rebuilt and took shape of the nest and the crest. Results All incisions healed well in 18 patients, all nasal deformities were corrected better than the traditional methods, with the nasal base plump, the nasal sill formed close to the contralateral side, and rebuild the philtrumdimple and philtrum crest, with clear appearance and symmetrical form.A good appearance was obtained on the both sides of nostril, nasal base and the nasal sill, and the effect of preoperative design achieved. Conclusions Both sides of the nostrils size, nasal sill and shape are almost perfectly symmetrical, and the double-cut nasolabial muscle directional three-dimensional reconstruction is suitable for repairing the secondary deformity after unilateral cleft lip repair.

BACKGROUND:Vertebral compression fractures are the most common vertebral fractures in the elderly patients with osteoporosis, and the correlation between the compression of anterior border of vertebral body and adjacent vertebral refractures is not clear.
OBJECTIVE:To establish a model of different compression of T12vertebral body with finite element method, and analyze the relationship between the compression of T12vertebral body and the stress of adjacent vertebral plate.
METHODS:Based on thoracolumbar CT data of normal adult volunteers, MIMICS/3-matic was imported. Through image segmentation, repair and three-dimensional mesh of accessto thoracic and lumbar T11-L1data, grid assigned material properties was imported to ABAQUS so as to establish ligament, joint and other small features and obtain realistic three-dimensional finite element model. The six degrees of freedom, including anteflexion, posterior extension, left and right flexion, left and right rotation, were loaded, to verify the validity of the normal model. With the frontier of vertebral body compression to 90%, 80%, 70%…10% of the nine states, MISES stressesof the T11andL1segment intervertebral disc endplate were extracted; the relationship curve of compression state and endplate stress was obtained.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) The model was highly realistic and could reflect the actual stress state. (2) The stress value of T11vertebral body and L1vertebral body was positively correlated with the compression of T12vertebral body. Increased stress may lead to an increased likelihood of end plate fractures, which increases the risk of fractures in the adjacent vertebralbodies.
