Objective:To investigate the purification of antibacterial effective fraction of Syringae folium by macroporous resins. Methods:Static adsorption and desorption tests were carried out to screen the macroporous resins. The desorption experiment was per-formed on the selected D101 resin to optimize the separation process. The effects of resin amount, diameter length ratio, elution flow rate, elution solution concentration and volume were studied. Results:The optimal conditions were as follows:the elution solution was 55% ethanol, the adsorption flow rate was 1 BV·h-1 , the elution flow rate was 5 BV·h-1 , 6 BV 25% ethanol was used to eliminate impurity and 8 BV 55% ethanol was used to elute to obtain the effective fraction. Conclusion: The content of antibacterial effective component is above 65% after purified by D101 resin, indicating that the present method is suitable for large-scale preparation of anti-bacterial effective fraction of Syringae folium.

Emodin is an effective active ingredient extracted from Chinese herbal medicine, which has the function of antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and scavenging oxygen free radicals, inhibiting platelet aggregation, improving microcirculation, protecting various organs and tissues as well as a wide range of anti-tumor effect. Primary biliary gallbladder is a common malignant tumor resection rate and lack of effective adjuvant treatment. It has been confirmed that emodin has broad spectrum antitumor effect, whereas, whether it has curative effect in the treatment of gallbladder carcinoma there is no reliable clinical trials confirmed that its resistance to gallbladder carcinoma function needs further experimental research. In this review, we report the research progress of emodin anti-gallbladder carcinoma.

Objeetive To study the differences of the biological characteristics and immune regulation function of adipose mesenchymal stem cells (AMSCs)from psoriasis patients and healthy people.Methods AMSCs were isolated and cultured from human psoriatic and healthy adipose tissue,the phenotypes and cell cycle of AMSCs taken from three generation were detected by flow eytometry.Alkaline phosphate enzyme staining and oil red o staining were used respectively to identify their adipogenic and osteogenic capacity.Next,the levels of inflammation antimicrobial proinflammatory factor were detected by PCR and ELISA.Then gene expression profile of AMSCs were screen by gene expression profile chip,as so to bolting the the gene array related with immunology gene.Results There was no significant change in cell morphology,and cell surface markers were expressed high for CD29,CD44,CD73,while lower for CD31,CD45 and HLA-DR.AMSCs of psoriasis patients and healthy people both had the ability of adipogenic and osteogenic differentiation.But the cell cycle showed the third generation AMSCs proliferation rates were slower than that of normal control,as compared with healthy controls,adipogenic differentiation ability was stronger.What'more,the level of inflammatory cytokines in psoriasis group was lower than that in controls such asIL-10,IDO,TGF-β,on the contrary the levels of proinflammatory factor in psoriasis group were higher than that in controls,such as TNF-α,IFN-γ.In addition,gene chip results suggested that psoriasis group AMSCs had obvious expression differences on JAK-STAT pathway with healthy controls.Conclusions Compared with the control,there are significant differences in patients AMSCs proliferation and adipogenic differentiation ability,immune inflammation suppression control ability is weaken,this phenomenon may be associated with JAK-STAT immune pathways related to downgrade.

Purpose Intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) MR is a method developed in recent years which can quantitatively evaluate the diffusion and perfusion characteristics of microenvironment.The aim of this study was to investigate the application value of IVIM in assessing relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS).Materials and Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 27 patients with RRMS confirmed clinically at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from Jun.2015 to Jan.2016 was carried out in the study.All the patients underwent the conventional MRI and IVIM MRI based on multi-b-factor (b values of 10,20,30,40,50,100,150,200,350,500,650,800,1000 s/mm2) with 3.0T MR scanner.The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC),ADCslow,ADCfast and f values were evaluated since they could reflect the diffusion and perfusion status of RRMS lesions and normal-appearing white matter (NAWM) regions.Results The ADC,ADCslow,ADCfast and f values of the non-enhancing (NE) lesions were significantly higher than those in the NAWM regions both near and far from NE lesions (P＜0.05).However,the ADC,ADCslow,ADCfast and f values in the NAWM regions close to the NE lesions had no significant differences with those in the NAWM regions far from the lesions (P＞0.05).Conclusion The IVIM MRI can measure the diffusion and perfusion status of the lesions and NAWM in RRMS patients,which,therefore,is helpful in speculation of the pathological changes of RRMS lesions and in its injury classification and identification.

Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on depressive-like behavior, synaptic plasticity and 5-HTT protein expression of hippocampal CA1 region in the WKY model rats. Methods In this experiment, 10 male Wistar rats were selected as the normal group (Control), and 30 male WKY rats were randomly divided into model group, electroacupuncture group (EA) and sham needle group (Sham EA) . Behavioral testing was performed by the Sour Water Preference Experiment (SPT), the Open Field Experiment (OFT), and the Forced Swimming Experiment (FST) . The electrophysiological field potential experiment was used to detect the effect of electroacupuncture on LTP in the hippocampal CA1 region of rats with depression, which is the effect on synaptic plasticity. The expression of 5-HTT protein in hippocampal CA1 region was detected by Western blot. Results In the SPT, compared to the Control group, the sucrose solution intake was significantly reduced in the Model group (P ＜ 0.01) . It was improved after EA treatment compared to Sham EA group (P ＜ 0.05) . In the OFT, compared with the Control group, the center time, total move time, center distance, total distance, rearing and grooming incidents were all decreased in the Model group. Compared with the Model group, the center time and total move time in the EA group increased significantly after 3 weeks of treatment (P ＜0.05) . In the FST, duration of immobility was significantly (P ＜ 0.05) longer in the Model group comparing with the Control group. Compared with Sham EA group and Model group, the immobile time of EA group was significantly shorter (P ＜ 0.05) . Compared with the Control group, the fEPSP slope of the Model group was significantly shorter (P ＜ 0.001) .Compared with the Sham EA group, the fEPSP slope of the EA group increased significantly (P ＜ 0.001) . And the LTP of Sham EA and Model groups induced failure in hippocampal CA1 region, the LTP induction was successful after EA treatment. Compared with the Control group, the expression of 5-HTT protein was significantly increased (P＜0.001) .Compared with Sham EA group, the expression of 5-HTT protein in EA group decreased (P ＜ 0.001) . Conclusion EA could alleviate depression-like behaviors in depression model rats and reverse the impairment of hippocampus synaptic plasticity by decrease the over-expression of 5-HTT protein in hippocampal CA1 region. It may be one of the mechanisms of EA on depression.

Fibroblast growth factor-21 (FGF-21) is an important metabolism regulator, however, whether FGF-21 has effects on cardiovascular remains unclear. In this study, H2O2-induced injury in H9c2 cells was used as a cell model, the anti-apoptosis potential and mechanism of FGF-21 against oxidative injury were evaluated by MTT assay, flow cytometry assay and real-time PCR. The results showed that FGF-21 could increase the cell survival of H2O2-induced injury in H9c2 cells and prevent H9c2 cells from oxidative stress-induced apoptosis. Furthermore, FGF-21 can elevate SOD activity and regulate Bcl-2/Bax expression in H9c2 cells. The results suggest that FGF-21 have protective effect against the H2O2-induced apoptosis in H9c2 cells.

Objective To determine the expression of membrane-bound B lymphocyte stimulator (BLyS) protein and its mRNA in vitro of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from individuals with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),and to investigate the role of interferon-?(IFN-?) on the expression of BLyS.Methods PBMCs were obtained from 25 SLE patients (mean age of 31+14) and 20 healthy volunteers (mean age of 28?10).They were randomized into IFN-?(5 ng/ml) group and control group.PBMCs were col- lected at 0,6,12 and 24 h for BLyS mRNA assessment using semi-quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (RT-PCR).PBMCs were also collected at 72 h for membrane-bound BLyS protein detection using flow cy- tometry (FACS) and direct immunofluorescence.Results①The expression of BLyS mRNA and membrane- bound protein in PBMCs was significantly higher in individuals with SLE compared with healthy controls (P＜0.05);②IFN-?enhanced BLyS mRNA expression in PBMCs in both healthy controls and SLE patients,with the greatest effect at 6 h (stimulated vs unstimulated,0.42?0.19 vs 0.25?0.14,P＜0.01;0.59?0.28 vs 0.44?0.21,P＜0.01 );③IFN-?also increased the expression of membrane-bound BLyS protein in both healthy con- trols and individuals with SLE (FACs,mean fluorescence intensity,4.5+3.0 vs 3.7~2.6,P

Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment of skin ulcers.Methods A total of 185 skin ulcer patients with clinical data was analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from October 2014-October 2016.Results Of the 185 patients with skin ulcers,84(45.4％) were 51-70 years old,diabetic ulcers were most common,and most occurred in ankle (44.3％) and limbs (35.7％).After further statistical analysis,the healing rate of patients treated by surgery was significantly higher than non-surgical patients.Surgical procedures of local flap transfer after ulcer resection were most commonly used and of the highest healing rate.The number of ulcers,the largest diameter of ulcers,scar ulcers and blood barrier ulcers were four factors that were independent of the outcome of skin ulcers.Conclusions Skin ulcers hospitalized patients are more common in patients over 50 years of age,occur most in the lower limbs.Surgical therapy is the preferred treatment for most ulcers,of which local flap transfer after ulcer resection has the best effect.Ulcer patients should actively treat the primary disease,strengthen the care,early diagnosis,and early treatment.

Objective - To establish a new non exposed intratracheal instillation method for establishing a rat silicosis model. Methods ， The specific pathogen free SD rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with ten rats in ， each group. Rats in the control group were given 1.0 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution and rats in the experimental group - were given 1.0 mL of silica suspension with a mass concentration of 50 g/L adopting to the one time intratracheal instillation ， - ， method and then followed by ventilator assisted ventilation immediately. When the tidal volume stabilized at 2.0 mL the ventilator was removed and the tracheal intubation was pulled out. Five rats in each group were sacrificed after two and four ， - Results weeks after modeling and hematoxylin eosin staining and Masson staining of lung tissue were performed. There was ， ， no death in the two groups of rats during the experiment. After two and four weeks the control group had normal lung structure ， ， ， normal alveolar cavity size no inflammatory cell infiltration thin alveolar wall only a small amount of collagen distribution ， around the lung interstitium and bronchus. At the second week of modeling the alveolar wall of the rats in the experimental ， ， ， group was slightly thickened interstitial lymphocytes and macrophages were infiltrated slight hyperplasia was found and a ， small amount of fibroblasts were visible. At the 4th week of modeling the alveolar wall of the rats in the experimental group was ， ， ， ， significantly thickened fibrous nodules were formed and fibroblasts fibrocytes collagen fibers were significantly increased. Conclusion - The combination of ventilator and non exposed intratracheal instillation method can be used to successfully ， ， . establish a rat silicosis model which is simple safe and effective
