Objective To probe the association between possible single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in the FGB promoter region and idiopathic deep venous thrombosis. Methods A prospective analysis was performed in both IDVT group and control group (120 cases each) followed by a duplex examination using gene sequencing technique and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) in the promoter region of fibrinogen gene β.Possible SNPs in this region were detected arranged before HardyWeinberg equilibrium test and Linkage disequilibrium (LD) analyses.Ultimately,we compared the genotype frequencies between the two groups and undertook a multiple Logistic regression. Results Six kinds of SNPs were determined in the promoter region of β-fibrinogen gene:-148C/T,-249C/T,-455G/A,-854G/A,-993C/T and-1420G/A.A stronger linkage disequilibrium was confirmed between-993C/T and -455G/A (r2 =0.699) ;-993C/T and-148C/T (r2 =0.509) ;-455G/A and-148C/T (r2 =0.556).Statistical differences of genotype frequencies between two groups were observed in-148C/T,-249C/T,-455G/A and-1420G/A polymorphisms (all P < 0.05).Conclusions The risk of IDVT was 4.579 times higher with every 1 g/L increase of fibrinogen concentration.Allele-148T,-455G and-1420A are IDVT risk factors.-993C/T may indirectly affect IDVT through linkage disequilibrium with-455G/A and-148C/T.

The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(30∶70) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 212 nm, the column temperature was room temperature, and the injection volume was 10μl. Results:AsperosaponinⅥ showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 04-0. 32 μg(r=0. 999 6). The average recovery was 97. 84%(RSD=1. 70%, n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used in the deter-mination of asperosaponinⅥ in Dieda Cuyu tablets.

Objective This study was to systemically evaluate the efficacy of TACE before hepatectomy on resectable primary HCC.Methods The articles focused on preoperative TACE for resectable primary HCC,published from Jan.1,1980 to Jan.1,2008,were selected by computerized search of literatures and manual search of bibliographies. The clinical controlled trials meeting inclusion criteria were reviewed systematically by meta-analysis.The reported data were processed with the statistical techniques of meta analysis. The combinability of the studies was assessed in terms of clinical and statistical criteria.Tumor-free survival rate was calculated. And pooled estimates were computed according to a fixed or random effect model by heterogeneity. Results A total of 1288 patients were included in 8 trials. There was no difference between the two groups in the 1,3-year tumor-free survival rate. Conclusion Preoperative TACE for resectable primary hepatic carcinoma can't improve survival rate.

Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) technology combined with cluster analysis method was used to classify 75 batches of crystalline ceftriaxone sodium into subtypes, the crystalline characteristics of each subtype were measured with scanning electron microscope (SEM). By comparing some parameters of these subtypes correlated to crystallization process of ceftriaxone sodium, such as salification rate, water content in different subtypes, as well as by studying different lattice stabilities, different compatibilities with rubber closures during accelerated stability tests, the key point to improve the quality of domestic ceftriaxone sodium was disclosed. The results of this paper indicated that the fine structure of the products could be controlled well by improving the salification and crystallization process. As a result, the subtype II of ceftriaxone sodium with high stability can be produced.

OBJECTIVE To explore a novel pH-sensitive fluorescent probe for in vivo tumor imaging. METHODS Zn5 were obtained in 140℃ after mixed with MeOH, water, Zn(NO3)2 · 6H2O, H4L and trimethylamine. The fluorescence spectra of Zn5 with the same concentration in different pH aqueous solutions were detected. And the stability of Zn5 was investigated by time dependent fluorescence emission spectra of Zn5 in BSA aqueous solution and 5.0% serum solution. Then, the cytotoxicity of Zn5 was detected by MTT assays. To clarify whether a similar fluorescence response occurs in biological organisms, HeLa cells were pretreated with probe Zn5 (0.5 μmol·L- 1) and fluorescence imaging were collected for targeting lysosomes in living cells because of lysosomes' acidic microenvironment. The A375 tumor-bearing mice were used to assess the imaging ability of Zn5 in vivo. Mouse tumor xenografts were established by injection of A375 cells with 2×106 cells per flank. Probe (1 μg·g-1) was administered to mice by injection. Images were obtained using IVIS Spectrum CT Imaging System. RESULTS There is a 11-fold intensity increasing as the pH values changing from 8 to 2. The almost unchanged emission intensities suggest Zn5 is stable in both BSA and serum. Zn5 has negligible cytotoxicity for HeLa, 293T and CHO-K1 cells. Zn5 can selectively display lysosomes in living cells. Both the 2D and 3D images in vivo distinguish the tumor from other tissues with good fluorescence contrast. CONCLUSION The high chemical stability, emission in the Vis/NIR range, pH sensitivity, a pKa located in the tumor pH range, and low toxicity make Zn5 is suitable for application as a pH- sensitive fluorescent probe for bio-imaging.

The mechanism of chromium accumulation and microstructure transformation of the fused yeast were studied in this paper. The result showed that the process of Cr6+ reduction and adsorption was accom-panied by the H+ consumption. The main adsorptive groups on the strain surface included amino, hydroxyl, phosphate group and amide, among which phosphate group played vital role in the chromium accumulation. The removal rate of chromium and reduction rate of hexavalent chromium declined 70% and 46%,respec-tively,when phosphate group was masked.During the adsorption process the chromium ions complexed on the surface of fused yeast was transported into the cell wall and combined with inclusion to form steady spe-cies and this took 90 min to reach the equilibrium. The biosorption and reduction of Cr on the cell surface would alter microstructure of cell surface, reduce cell membrane potential and increase cell membrane per-meability.

Effects of Cr 6+ concentration and culture time on four heavy metal removing strains, stability of these four strains removing Cr 6+,configuration changes inside or outside their cells, effects of Cr 6+ on soluble reductive sugar inside their cells, and effect of several factors on these strains had been studied, and the Cr 6+ resistance mechanisms of these strains have been discussed elementarily. The results showed that the Lethality of these strains caused by Cr 6+ was similar with one another, namely, increasing at first, then decreasing, and finally increasing again as culture time passed. Acclimatization of Candida sp. was better than Sporobolomycetaceae sp.,and the Cr 6+ resistance of Sporobolomycetaceae sp. 7-3 was the best of the four. The research also demonstrated that the metabolic activity of these strains had been influenced by Cr 6+ in a certain extent. Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and atomic force microscopy observations approved that removal of Cr 6+ by Candida sp. was depended on both surface adsorption and intracellular accumulation. Effects of Cr 6+ concentration, pH, culture time, nitrogen source, carbon source and adsorption time on these strains are not the same.
