The Tagsk1 (Triticum asetium L. glycogen synthase kinase 1) gene derived from the genome of wheat salt-tolerance mutant RH8706-49 was cloned by PCR. The special primers designed according to full length cDNA sequence of Tagsk1 (AF525086). A binary expression vector pBI121-gsk1 containing Gus and Tagsk1 was constructed. And pBI121-gsk1 was introduced into the callus induced from mature embryos of salt-sensitive wheat H8706-34 and cv. China Spring by particle bombardment. The transformed callus were screened by Kanamycin and 0.5% NaCl. The salt-tolerance callus were obtained, which showed higher ability of salt-tolerance and could diffirentiate roots and buds on the medium containing 0.5% NaCl.

Objective To explore the effects of bisoprolol adding to the conventional therapy on neuroendocrine hormones in patients with heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction ( HFPEF ) .Methods Fifty-one patients with HFPEF were randomly assigned into two groups: control group ( n =25 ) and trial group ( n =26 ).The control group was treated with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor antagonist and aldosterone receptor antagonists, diuretics and other drugs combination therapy. The trial group was the control group plus bisoprolol 5 -10 mg · d-1 .Each group was two weeks. The levels of brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ) , atrial natriuretic peptide ( ANP ) , leptin, chromogranin A ( CGA ) , interleukin -6 ( IL-6 ) , thromboxane B2 ( TXB2 ) , tumor necrosis factor -α( TNF-α) , endothelin ( ET ) , hypersensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) were observed fourteen days before and after the treatments, and the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions. Results The total efficiency of the trial group was 88.46%significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of plasma BNP, ANP, leptin, CGA, ET, hs-CRP were significantly decreased in the trial group ( P<0.05 ) after treatment. The levels of plasma BNP, ANP, Leptin, CGA, hs-CRP were significantly decreased in the control group ( P<0.05) after treatment. The levels of BNP, leptin, CGA, ET, hs-CRP lower in trial group than in the control group ( P<0.05 ).The incidence rate of adverse drug reactions were not statistical difference between the two groups ( P>0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol adding to the convertional therapy can significantly improve the heart function of patients with HFPEF and can lead to more decrease of BNP, leptin, CGA, ET, hs -CRP than the conventional therapy.

Objective To compare the application value of three image post-processing techniques volume rendering(VR),multiplanar reformation(MPR)and curved planar reformation(CPR)in the identifi-cation of rib fracture malunion. Methods The types and numbers of rib fracture malunion in 75 pa-tients were recorded, and the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and Youden index of VR,MPR and CPR in the diagnosis of rib fracture malunion were compared.Receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn and area under the curve(AUC)was calculated, and the detection rates of three image post-processing techniques for different types of rib fracture malunion were compared. Results A total of 243 rib fractures were malunion in 75 patients. The diagnostic sensitivity of VR,MPR and CPR for rib fracture malunion was 52.67%,79.84%and 91.36%,the specificity was 99.58%,97.89%and 99.15%,the accuracy was 83.66%,91.76%and 96.51%,the Youden index was 0.52,0.78 and 0.91,the AUC was 0.761,0.889 and 0.953,respectively.Compared with VR,there were statistically signifi-cant differences in the number of broken rib end misalignment over 1/3,broken rib end overlap,bro-ken rib end angulation and intercostal bridge detected in MPR(P<0.05).Compared with VR,there was a statistically significant difference in the number of different types of rib fracture malunion de-tected by CPR(P<0.05).Compared with MPR,there were statistically significant differences in the number of broken rib end misalignment over 1/3,broken rib end separation and intercostal bridge de-tected in CPR(P<0.05).Conclusion The three image post-processing techniques are of great signifi-cance for the identification of rib fracture malunion.Especially CPR is highly effective in the diagno-sis of rib fracture malunion, and can be used as the main post-processing technique for forensic clini-cal identification of rib fracture malunion.

Vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) is frequently used in abdominal surgeries. However, relevant guidelines are rare. Chinese Trauma Surgeon Association organized a committee composed of 28 experts across China in July 2017, aiming to provide an evidence-based recommendation for the application of VSD in abdominal surgeries. Eleven questions regarding the use of VSD in abdominal surgeries were addressed: (1) which type of materials should be respectively chosen for the intraperitoneal cavity, retroperitoneal cavity and superficial incisions? (2) Can VSD be preventively used for a high-risk abdominal incision with primary suture? (3) Can VSD be used in severely contaminated/infected abdominal surgical sites? (4) Can VSD be used for temporary abdominal cavity closure under some special conditions such as severe abdominal trauma, infection, liver transplantation and intra-abdominal volume increment in abdominal compartment syndrome? (5) Can VSD be used in abdominal organ inflammation, injury, or postoperative drainage? (6) Can VSD be used in the treatment of intestinal fistula and pancreatic fistula? (7) Can VSD be used in the treatment of intra-abdominal and extra-peritoneal abscess? (8) Can VSD be used in the treatment of abdominal wall wounds, wound cavity, and defects? (9) Does VSD increase the risk of bleeding? (10) Does VSD increase the risk of intestinal wall injury? (11) Does VSD increase the risk of peritoneal adhesion? Focusing on these questions, evidence-based recommendations were given accordingly. VSD was strongly recommended regarding the questions 2-4. Weak recommendations were made regarding questions 1 and 5-11. Proper use of VSD in abdominal surgeries can lower the risk of infection in abdominal incisions with primary suture, treat severely contaminated/infected surgical sites and facilitate temporary abdominal cavity closure.
