2.The Expression of PTEN Protein in Breast Carcinoma Tissues
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To elucidate the significance of expressive change in tissues of breast carcinomas. Methods Expression of PTEN protein was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP) in breast carcinomas?atypical intraductal hyperplasia?normal breast tissue. Results The positive rate and expressive intensity of PTEN protein in breast carcinoma were lower and weaker than those in atypical intraductal hyperplasia and normal breast. The intensity of PTEN protein expression was associated with differentiation degree of breast carcinoma, the poorer differentiation of breast carcinoma , the weaker expression of PTEN protein. Comparing with breast carcinoma, the PTEN expression level of atypical intraductal hyperplasia was higher , but It was lower than normal breast tissue. it is helpful for us to assess the carcinogenesis probability of atypical intraductal hyperplasia by detecting the PTEN.

5.Brucella orchitis: A retrospective study of 69 cases.
National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(1):46-51
OBJECTIVETo investigate the epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of Brucella orchitis, so as to provide reliable evidence for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
METHODSWe conducted retrospective statistical analyses on the medical records of 48 outpatients and 21 inpatients with Brucella orchitis.
RESULTSBrucella orchitis was diagnosed in 6.67% of the male patients with brucellosis (69/1 034). The disease exhibited typical epidemiological features, with a higher incidence rate among those in frequent contact with sheep and elderly people, in the period from April to July, and in the areas with sheep husbandry. All the Brucella orchitis patients had such local symptoms as testicular pain and swelling, more frequently involving both testes, and other most common symptoms included fever, chills, sweating, and painful joints. Based on IIEF-5, 45 of the patients suffered from severe erectile dysfunction, with their reproductive function temporarily affected in the course of the disease. Misdiagnosis easily occurred in the early stage of the disease. Therapeutic options mainly included doxycycline hydrochloride and rifampicin, administered orally or intravenously, which could effect a cure, though relapse might occur in some cases.
CONCLUSIONBru- cella orchitis has distinct epidemiological characteristics, with clinical manifestations of testicular pain and swelling. Though a transient disease, it affects the reproductive function of the patient before cured. It can be treated by combined oral and intravenous medication, with painkillers or ice bags for testicular pain and swelling.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(25):3987-3992
BACKGROUND:Many studies have shown that different nanostructures produce different influences on cellbioactivity, but the nanonetwork structure is not reported yet. OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of the nanonetwork topography on the bioactivity of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels. METHODS:The nanonetwork topography was fabricated on biomedical titanium surface by alkali-heat treatment, and pure titanium served as control group. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels were co-cultured with the above two types of samples. cellmorphology and cytoskeleton were observed using scanning electron microscope and immunofluorescence method. The celladhesion, proliferation and osteogenic differentiation were detected by measurement of absorbance values at different culture time. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The nanonetwork topography had significant advantage on the number of adherent cels at 30, 60 and 120 minutes of co-culture. The cellproliferation was significantly accelerated by the nanonetwork topography at days 1, 3, 5 of co-culture, and the absorbance values in the nanonetwork group were significantly higher than those in the pure titanium group (P < 0.05). The alkaline phosphatase activity in the nanonetwork group was also significantly higher than that in the pure titanium group at 14 days of osteogenic induction (P < 0.05). The cellshape and cytoskeleton on the nanonetwork surface were better than those on the titanium surface. These findings indicate that the nanonetwork topography has better effects on cellbioactivity compared with pure titanium.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(01):-
Objective To explore effective excitation and restriction mechanisms for public hospital managers under market economy conditions and establish innovation mechanisms for hospital management posts. Methods On-the-spot surveys, literature reviews and discussions were conducted to collect data, which were then analyzed using such statistical methods as description and principal component analysis. Results Investigations into existing excitation and restriction methods and purposes for public hospital managers led to the discovery of some problems in the current mechanisms and suggestions were put forward for establishing on the basis of reform in the property right system new distribution mechanisms, competition mechanisms for appointing hospital managers, and innovation mechanisms for adopting human capital management with regard to hospital management posts. It was also suggested that restriction of hospital managers' powers by rules and health policies be reinforced. Conclusion It is proposed that excitation and restriction mechanisms that fit in with market economy conditions be established.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(02):-
Objective To determine the serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and their clinical significances. Methods The serum concentrations of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were measured by ELISA in 46 patients with SLE and age- and sex-matched normal controls. Results ①Serum levels of MMP-9 was significantly decreased in patients with SLE compared with those in normal controls (P

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Hepatic fibrosis is the most important pathologic course for chronic hepatic injury developing into hepatic cirrhosis. It is meaningful for treating liver disease by inhibiting the development of hepatic fibrosis. Recently, herbs of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis has their unique characteristics and exhibits great therapeutic effect on hepatic fibrosis. The review explains the function and mechanism of the promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis herbs in treating hepatic fibrosis from the aspects of the monomer, effective constituent and compound recipe. It provides basis for application of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis herbs in study and treating hepatic fibrosis.

Objective To explore and compare the effect of sevoflurane and disoprofol to inflammatory factors in patients received abdominal surgeries. Methods Patients with sevoflurane and disoprofol respectively were anaesthetized and detected IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α in their serum at T1 (when anesthesia induction),T2 (after anesthesia induction),T3 (30min after beginning of operations) and T4 (after operations). Results Compared with T1,the serum level of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α increased significantly in all patients(all P < 0.05) ; Compared with disoprofol group, the serum level of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α increased significantly (all P < 0.05) ; Compared with sevoflurane group, the serum level of IL-10 increased significantly(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Intravenous anesthesia with disoprofol in patients receiving abdominal operations is proper for maintenance of inflammatory balance.
