4.The ankle-brachial index of type 2 diabetes
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(5):439,443-
Objective To study the ankle-brachial index of the diabetic gangrene. Methods ABI of the sixty cases with type 2 diabetes were measured. The results were divided into four groups: normal, gently abnormal moderate abnormal severely abnormal group. Results 30 cases were normal, occupying 50% (P>0.05), gently and moderate abnormal attained 5 cases (8.33%) and 4 cases (6.67%) respectively, and the rests 21cases were severely abnormal, occupying 35% (P>0.05).Conclusion The normal ABI was not always indicating type 2 diabetes without the gangrene or tendency.
5.Diagnosis and treatment of children with pulmonary stenosis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(1):7-10
Pulmonary valve stenosis is a common congenital heart disease, and its early diagnosis and treatment can improve growth and prognosis in children with pulmonary valve stenosis. With the development of the diagnostics and treatment, percutaneous balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty has replaced surgery as the first choice for isolated pulmonary valve stenosis. This paper reviews the recent progress in diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary valve stenosis.
6.Mother-related factors of late-preterm infants and their short and long term risks
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(1):54-57
Late-preterm infants are the neonates whose gestational ages are from 34+(0-7) to 36+(67)weeks.Although they look like term infants, their organs are immature. So the incidence of complication and mortality in late-preterm infants are higher than those of term infants. Now people have gradually realized that we could reduce the incidence of late-premature birth by exploring the pathogenesis of late-premature birth and trying to intervene it.People also have found that some maternal risk factors during pregnancy lead to latepreterm birth easily, such as pregnancy hypertension, pregnancy anemia, premature rupture of membranes, etc. These factors have significant impacts on the growth and development of late-preterm infants after birth. This paper is to review the progress of some maternal factors of late-preterm infants and their short and long term risks.
7.The clinical contrastive analysis of different methods of anesthesia radical mastectomy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(18):2461-2462
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect of different methods on anesthesia radical mastectomy. MethodsTo choose 120 patients with breast cancer, and divided into epidural group and general anaesthesia group according to different methods of anesthesia randomly, and monitored the changes of blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, norepinephrine, epinephrine and C-reactive protein of all patients during peroperative period, and analyzed the difference between the two groups. ResultsThe vital sign and level of stress hormone of patients of epidural group during peroperative period had no significant difference( all P <0.01 ). The vital sign and level of stress hormone of patients of general anaesthesia group intraoperation were significant different compared to preoperation and post operation( all P < 0.01 ). ConclusionEpidural anesthesia had lighter stress reaction and stable vital sign than general anesthesia on radical mastectomy.
8.The relations between two different delivery methods and the post-partum pelvic floor muscle strength
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(18):2491-2492
ObjectiveTo study the effect of two different delivery methods on the post-partum pelvic floor muscle strength. Methods56 primipara were divided into two groups according to different delivery methods,34 primipara took elective caesarean section, while 22 took natrual delivery. In 1 ~ 6 months after childbirth, they were respectively undertaken pelvic floor dyssynergia and urinary incontinence after childbirth scoring, then carried out pelvic muscle testing. ResultsThe elective caesarean section group had 4 and 3 primiparas who were pelvic floor dyssynergia, the rate of pelvic floor dyssynergia of elective caesarean section group was 11.8% and 8.882%, and 8 and 6 primiparas of natrual delivery had pelvic floor dyssynergia, the rate of pelvic floor dyssynergia of natrual delivery group was 36.4% and 27.3% at one and three months post-partum seperately, tbe rate of pelvic floor dyssynergia between elective caesarean section group and natrual delivery group was statistically different( P < 0.05). The elective caesarean section group had 3 and 2 primiparas who were urinary incontinence after childbirth, the rate of urinary incontinence after childbirth of elective caesarean section group was 8.8% and 5.9% ,and 5 and 4 primiparas of natrual delivery had urinary incontinence after childbirth, the urinary incontinence after childbirth of natrual delivery group was 27.7% and 18.2%, the rate of urinary incontinence after childbirth between elective caesarean section group and natrual delivery group was statistically different(P <0.05). The elective caesarean section group had 19 and 25 primiparas who got ≥3 score in pelvic floor testing, take up 55.8% and 77.5% in the elective caesarean section group, the natrual delivery group had 8 and 10 primiparas who got ≥3 score in pelvic floor testing, take up 36.4% and 45.4% in the natrual delivery group, the rate of ≥3 score in pelvic floor testing of elective caesarean section group was much more than natrual delivery group, and it was statistically different ( P < 0.05 ). ConclusionRelative to natrual delivery, the rate of pelvic floor dyssynergia and urinary incontinence after childbirth was much less in elective caesarean section, and the pelvic floor testing score was more in elective caesarean section.
9.Effects of Ghrelin on the perinatal neonates
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(3):258-260
Ghrelin is a kind of brain-gut peptides, which integrates the body's digestive function and energy metabolism in the brain-gut axis.Recent studies showed that Ghrelin can be detected in breast milk.It is increasingly becoming the focus that Ghrelin from both maternal and perinatal neonates has special biological effects on the growth and development of newborns.such as stimulating the growth of fetal skin cells and the formation of bone, helping the catch-up growth of intrauterine growth restriction fetus after birth, regulating the glucose metabolism and promoting the fat synthesis of premature infants, and improving the maturation of neonatal immune system. This paper reviews the structure and physiological function of Ghrelin.as well as its effects on the neonatal growth and body weight regulation.
