2.Application of Comprehensive Assessment Method to Sanitary Management of Public Places
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To explore the application of a comprehensive assessment method to sanitary management of public places. Methods Sanitary management of public places from 1996 to 2000 in Tongzhou was assessed using a comprehensive coefficient method. Results All of the comprehensive quality indices including established rate of sanitary documents, verified rate of sanitary license, terminated rate of administrative punishment, coverage rate of inspection and monitoring, health examination rate and qualified rate of detected samples, from 1996 to 2000 evaluated by linear comprehensive coefficient and geometric comprehensive coefficient did not meet the criterion. Only one classified indices (1999~2000): established rate of sanitary documents, verified rate of sanitary license and terminated rate of administrative punishment reached the standard, others did not. Conclusion It was feasible to apply the comprehensive assessment method to evaluate the sanitary management of public places.

Objective To identify the problems of medical record management standardization in clinical case management for the study of medical record quality and give some corresponding measures. Methods 3,000 medical records of patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were collected and divided into control group (with 1,500 records from January 2015 to December 2015) and observation group (with 1,500 clinical medical records from January 2016 to December 2016).The control group adopted regular data management while the observation group employed standardized lean management.Medical record defects, rectification rate and the average scores of inpatient medical records between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The average score of inpatient medical records in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=13.672, P<0.05), while the defect degree and the modification rate of the medical records were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized medical record management contributes to the improvement of the quality of medical records.

Objective To study the contents and distribution characteristics of trace elements in Chrysanthemum morifolium from different areas. Methods The contents of 13 trace elements in six samples of Chrysanthemum morifolium were determined by ICP-OES. The principal component analysis combined with SPSS 19. 0 software was applied to evaluate charac-teristics of elements Results Curves of trace element content of Chrysanthemum morifolium from different origins had a certain similarity. The contents of Fe, Zn and Mn were higher than others. The results of principal component analysis showed that five principal components were extracted from six samples of Chrysanthemum morifolium, and Cd, Cu, Zn, Ba and Co was the characteristic trace elements. Conclusion The contents and distribution of trace elements can reflect the characteristics of Chrysanthemum morifolium from different areas, which could be used for Chrysanthemum morifolium quality assessment and classification.

Objective To explore the effect of prospective nursing on preventing constipation for patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods 43 AMI patients during July 2008 and June 2010 in our hospital were classified as the observation group, besides the nursing routine of the acute myocardial infarction plus routine therapy to prevent constipation, prospective nursing was implemented.Through the retrospective analysis of medical record, 41 of AMI in our hospital during March 2006 and June 2008 were classified as the control group, they were given the nursing routine of the acute myocardial infarction plus routine therapy to prevent constipation and the nursing intervention after occurrence of constipation. The defecation condition was assessed for the two groups of patients on admission and the defecation and mortality rate was compared on the eighth day of hospitalization. Results There was significant difference in constipation and mortality rate between the two groups of patients during hospitalization. Conclusions The prospective nursing for AMI patients to prevent constipation can obviously reduce the incidence of constipation, thus to avoid serious complications caused by constipation and reduce mortality.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(09):-
In the past two decades, with the development of electron optics, computer and imaging, hip arthroscopy surgery has become the best effective method in the diagnosis and treatment of the hip discord,as a method integrates less invasive and invisible characteristics. The indication of hip arthroscopy gradually expands and has become the gold standard in the diagnosis and therapy of hip discord.Recent research shows hip arthroscopy can provide early diagnosis and treatment hip unexplained pain, such as femoroacetabular impingement(FAI),labral tears, chondral lesions, furthmore hip arthroscopy shows good prospects in the treatment avascular necrosis of femoral head, synovial abnormalities, post hip arthroplasty discomfort.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) induced by Brucea Jananica Oil Injection, through literature review and to provide theoretical support for rational use in clinic. Methods With retrospective case study, analyzed ADR induced by Brucea Jananica Oil Injection, which were searched from revelent domestic pharmaceutical database from January 1990 to September 2016.Results Totaliy 76 cases were collected, and most were middle-aged and aged patients.Males patients were more than female patients (61.84%).ADR appeared in every period. The main ADRs of Brucea Jananica Oil Injection were allergic reactions (27.71%),digestive system damage (26.51%),and skin and accessories damage (19.28%).Conclusion Brucea Jananica Oil Injection can induced various ADRs and the occurrence of ADRs was associated with a variety of factors.Clinical monitoring should be enhanced,so as to ensure safety and efficacy of medication.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2015;(10):1414-1418
Mutations and deletions of the tumour suppressor PTEN are frequently involved in the development of cancer. However, PTEN is also tightly controlled by various non-genomic mechanisms, such as the epigenetic silen-cing of PTEN, post-transcriptional regulation by non-coding RNAs and post-translational modification.
