1.The exploration of bilingual teaching of genetic engineering to undergraduates
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
The bilingual teaching of genetic engineering is of great necessity for undergraduates, because it facilitates students to better understand the basic concept, improve their English level, increase their expertise, and promote their ability to solve problems in their studies. To achieve this goal,it is advised that the strategies such as selection of good textbook, the preparation of high quality teaching materials, the increase in teaching capability for teachers, class discussion and course examination in English are rather effective.
2.Influence of the sperm DNA integrity on ART result
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(9):1302-1303,后插1
Objective To explore the relationship between the sperm DNA integrity and ART result. Methods Employ improved SCD test for sperm DNA integrity assay.Meanwhile, statistical methods was used for data analysis. Results After compaed the infertility rate( IVF:77.4% vs 84.8%,P =0.366;ICSI:90.1% vs 92.1%,P =0.899),cleavage rate ( IVF:97.1% vs 96.4%,P =0.958 ; ICSI:96.0% vs 99.0%,P =0.845 ),high-quality embryo rate ( IVF:42.8% vs 38.6%,P =0.485 ; ICSI:25.8 % vs 46.2%,P =0.002 ) and pregnancy outcome ( IUI:13.8% vs 16.6%,P =1.000;IVF:35.3% vs 73,7,P =0.150;ICSI:49.5% vs 42.8,P =0.832) between the populations with normal and abnormal sperm DNA integrity during ART therapy, there is no statistical difference was found except high-quality embryo rate with ICSI therapy. Conclusion Sperm DNA integrity value can't be used to predict the ART outcomes independently.
4.Ethnical View of Artificial Multi-embryo
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
Assisted reproductive technology causes a probable rise of artificial multi-embryo.This paper deeply analyzes the ethnical problems brought by it,and makes some corresponding countermeasures.
5.Development of tumor promoter testing model with transfected human bronchial epithelial cells harboring c-Ha-ras~(V12G)
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
1 ?mol/L,24 h); (3) With the development of neoplastic transformation, the resistance to terminal differentiation induced by some promoter increased till the promoter became mitogenic. Conclusion: The development of transfected cells provides a powerful and convenient model for detecting potential tumor promoters and research on the mechanisms of promotion tumor.
6.Progress in diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune pancreatitis
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2015;31(5):665-667
Autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP)is a special type of chronic pancreatitis that originates from an autoimmune -mediated mecha-nism.AIP has unique radiological, serological, and histopathological features, often accompanied by peripancreatic lesions.AIP may be easily confused with pancreatic cancer and cholangiocarcinoma. It is necessary to diagnose AIP while integrating a variety of clinical indica-tors.Steroid therapy should be performed for patients diagnosed with AIP,and surgical treatment can be selected if necessary.
7.Effects of DS201 on Proliferation of Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cell Induced by Hypoxia
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2001;30(2):106-108
Immunocytochemistry, flowcytometry and nucleic acid in situ hybridization were used to observe the effect of sodium tanshinon Ⅱ-A silate (DS201) on proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell (PASMC) induced by hypoxic endothelial cell condition medium (HECCM). The results showed that DS201 could obviously hinder PASMC to enter S phase from G0/G1 phase (P<0.05), and decrease the expression of PCNA and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-A and B chain mRNA in PASMC respectively, (P<0.01). It was suggested that DS201 could probably inhibit the prolifertion of PASMC mediated by HECCM, through down-regulating the expression of PDGF-A and B chain gene.
8.Challenges and Opportunities: the Expanded Government-led HIV/AIDS Programs in China
Virologica Sinica 2007;22(6):493-500
HIV/AIDS has posed an increasingly serious issue in China. In recent years, Chinese government has taken further intensified efforts to combat HIV/AIDS with high-level political commitment, supportive policy development, increased financial allocation, large-scale of governmentled initiatives, expanded international cooperation and great involvement of non-governmental organizations. Meanwhile gaps and challenges coexist impacting the implementation and the results of national HIV/AIDS programs. Thus, further government efforts are needed to improve and tailor the actions to meet the requirement of HIV/AIDS control in China.

10.The Relationship Between IL-2 Generation Activity and ARFC Ratio in Cancer Patients
Tinggui YIN ; Huijun WU ;
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
The capacity to generate iaterleukin-2(IL-2)of,and autologous rosette forming cel-ls(ARFC)ratio of 46 cancer patients(29 nasopharygeal carcinoma,11 lymphoma and6 leukemia)were studied.A several important things have been found as follows:(1)There was a significant decrease in capacity of cancer patient peripheral blood mono-nuclear cells(PBMC)to generate IL-2 after being stimulated for 48 hr by PHA(18%,whencompared to controls;P0.05);(3)The cancer patient plasma could markedly inhibit IL-2 generation, but control plasmadid not. This result suggested that the patient plasma contain immunosuppressive fact-or(s)which can block IL-2 generation;(4)ARFC ratio in cancerpatients was greatlylower than that of controls(10% and 22% respectively;P
