Hospital information management depends on the organic fusion of computer technology and management sciences.Because the accountancy check is an important part of HIS,the accuracy of it directly affects the management policy.So it is very important to find out the inaccuracy factors,put forward the valid solution,and prevent error occurrence.

Objective:To improve the medical equipment timely filing rate.Methods: Through the literature reference and practical work experience, based on the research of medical equipment archives management content, problems, solutions.Results: According to the comprehensive analysis of the literature in recent years is introduced and all levels of hospital medical equipment archives management and practice management work experience, summarizes the paper, summarized and further improve the management of medical equipment archives.Conclusion:To improve the timely filing rate, improve the utilization of archives, and find out the existing problems of hospital medical equipment archives management, the medical equipment archives play a major role in the practical work.

Objective To study the feasibility, safety, effectiveness of left atrial circumferential ablation of pulmonary veins for atrial fibrillation(Af) guided by EnsiteNavX mapping system. Methods Seventeen patients with paroxysmal or persistent Af were included. Real time 3-dimensional left artial (LA) and pulmonary veins (PVs) maps were constructed through EnsiteNavX mapping system. Pulmonary veins isolation was performed by encircle the left and right sides PVs at adistance of 1 to 2 cm away from the ostium of PVs. Results Seventeen patients were all reached the endpoint of abalation completely. The mean procedure time and fluoroscopy time were (226.1 ± 36.2) minutes and (41.3 ± 12.8) minutes. Mean radiofrequency energy delivery time was (61.9 ±15.4) minutes. Recur-rence of Af occurred in two patients, one was repeat ablation succnssfully. During 3 ～ 36 months followup, fourteen patients (82.3%) were free of Af without any antiarrhythmic drugs. Recurrence of Af occurred in three(11.7%) patients treated with amiodarone. No complications occurred during the procedure and the following up. Conclusion Left atrial circumferential isolation of pulmonary veins for Af guided by Ensite NavX mapping system was effective and salty.

Magnetoacoustic tomography (MAT) has some advantages such as high sensitivity and high spatial resolution. The generating mechanism of acoustic source is the research foundation of forward and inverse problems. A coustic signals were respectively simulated by using monopole and dipole radiation theory in the experimental conditions, then the differences between their acoustic pressures were discussed, and furthermore the contrast and validation were conducted by physical experiments in this study. The physical experimental results showed that acoustic waveform of MAT had a certain directivity and therefore they indicated that dipole model showed higher approximation to the real facts than monopole model. It can be well concluded that this research has cardinal significance for the accurate algorithm of MAT.

Objective To study the state of doctors' psychological capital in public hospitals,and to analyze the characteristics of such capital,so as to better leverage the capital as a hospital management tool.Methods A quantitative and qualitative research was made on the state of doctors＇ psychological capital.Results The doctors' task-oriented psychological capital scored 4.25,and guanxi-oriented psychological capital 4.41; “modesty and prudence”scored the highest in all dimensions of the doctors' psychological capital,“optimism and hope”lowest; the doctors with different genders,ages,seniority,and monthly average income have a difference in psychological capital.However,no significant difference was found with varying titles,hospital levels,and employment models.Conclusion The doctors were found with a strong psychological capital to cope with stress.Better psychological capital will raise quality of care in practice.

Objective To observe the effect of electromyographic biofeedback combined with swallowing training on dysphagia after stroke.Methods Ninety-five patients with difficulty in swallowing after stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group (48 eases) and a control group (47 cases).The patients in the treatment group were provided electromyographic biofeedback and swallowing training; the patients in the control group received swallowing training only.The therapeutic effect was assessed with Kubota's drinking water test before treatment and 30d after treatment.Results Swallowing in both groups improved after treatment.The total recovery rate in the treatment group was 87.5％,and in the control group it was 68.0％,a significant difference.Conclusion Electromyographic biofeedback can improve the effectiveness of swallowing training after stroke.

Objective To observe three-dimensional structure and biological features of rat acellular spinal cord scaffold prepared by sonic oscillation and chemical extraction in order to offer an ideal scaffold for spinal cord tissue engineering research.Methods Rat spinal cord underwent acellular treatment with sonic oscillation and chemical extraction (Triton X-100 at volume fracture of 2％ and sodium deoxycholate at volume fracture of 2％) (acellular spinal cord group).In contrast with spinal cord tissue of normal rats (control group),general morphology,histology and ultramicro three-dimensional structure of acellular spinal cord scaffold were observed and aperture size,factor of porosity,water ratio,enzymolysis ratio and stability in water solution of the scaffold were also detected.Results Acellular spinal cord group showed effective removal of original cell components with factor of porosity for (94.57 ±3.45) ％ and water content for (88.62 ± 1.0) ％,and satisfactory three-dimensional structure with average aperture of 46 μm.Scaffold showed gradual degradation in enzymolysis solution and enzymolysis rate reached (69.03 ± 2.19)％ at 20 hours.Besides,scaffold showed stepwise disintegration in double distilled water and hydrolysis rate was (62.55 ± 1.70) ％ at 8 days.While,normal spinal cord showed close structure,generous neurons and myelin sheath with factor of porosity for (0.04 ± 0.02) ％ and water content for (62.4 ± 1.5) ％,and unobvious pore structure under scanning electron microscope.Normal spinal cord were degraded gradually in enzymolysis solution and enzymolysis rate was (37.62 ± 0.9)％ at 20hours.In the meantime,normal spinal cord were disintegrated gradually in double distilled water and hydrolysis rate was (40.97 ± 0.81) ％ at 8 days.Conclusions Acellular spinal cord scaffold prepared by sonic oscillation plus chemical extraction achieves complete removal of cell components,intact extracellular matrix,and satisfactory results in three-dimensional network structures,factor of porosity and water content.Also,the scaffold meets theoretical demands of tissue-engineered spinal cord scaffold and is an ideal alterative for tissue-engineered spinal cord scaffold.

Objective To assess clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with combined hepatocellular and cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CC). Methods Clinicopathological and follow-up data of 115 cHCC-CC patients confirmed pathologically in Liver Cancer Institute of Fudan University from 1995 to 2007 were analyzed. Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate 1-,3- and 5-year survival rates and tumor-free survival rates. Survival curves were analyzed using the log-rank test. The factors that impacted the prognosis of cHCC-CC were estimated. Results In 115 cases, one was Allen's type A, one was Allen's type B, and the other 113 were Allen's type C. Being with male in predominance, most of the cHCC-CC patients had liver cirrhosis background. They presented with elevated AFP or CA19-9, vascular invasion, resembling hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)as well as lymph nodes metastasis. One-, 3-, 5-year survival rates of 115 patients were 68. 1%, 38. 1% and 33.6%, respectively, with median survival time of 13.0 months. Whereas the 1-, 3-, 5-year survival rates in radical resected patients were 78.4 % ,44.4 % and 44.4 % ,respectively, with median survival time of 16.0 months. Tumor free survival time at 1-, 3- and 5-year was 57.8 %, 12.6 % and 0.0 %,respectively,with median recurrent time of 10.0 months. One-, 3-, 5-year survival rates of 10 nonsurgical patients were 10/10,10/10 and 0/10,respectively, with median survival time of 5.3 months.TNM stage was independent factor for prognosis of the patients after resection. Whereas the lymph nodes involvement was independent factor for the tumor free survival time of radical resected patients.Conclusions Although clinicopathological characteristics of cHCC-CC are more similar to those of HCC, the prognosis of cHCC-CC is more unfavorable than that of HCC. TNM stage is an independent determinant of long time outcome for patients after resection.

ObjectiveTo study the protective effects of Qiqiong(QQJN) on focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury and its mechanism. MethodsMiddle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) was used to make focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model by intravascular nylon filament occlusion. The protective effects of QQJN were evaluated by investigating neurological function score, percentage of cerebral infarction, pathomorphology of brain, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in hrain tissue,thrombogenesis and platelet aggregation in vitro. ResultsCompared with model group, QQJN(4.4、8.8g/kg)could decrease the neurological score in 8 and 22h after reperfusion, reduce the percentage of cerebral infauction,improve pathomorphology of brain, decrease the length, wet weight and dry weight of thromb and inhibit platelet aggregation. ConclusionQQJN had protective effects on focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. The role of anti-injury of free radicals,inhibit thrombogenesis and platelet aggregation should contribute to its neuroprotective effects.
