Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2017;40(3):196-199
Objective To study the effect of gamma globulin on serum immune index in neonates with neonatal pneumonia. Methods One hundred neonates with neonatal pneumonia were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random digits table method with 50 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with conventional treatment combined with gamma globulin. The treatment efficacy, various signs disappearing times, length of stay in hospital and immune indexes were compared between 2 groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group:96.00% (48/50) vs. 72.00% (36/50), and there was statistical difference (χ2 = 10.71, P<0.01). The disappearing times of cough, crackles, perioral cyanosis and fever and the length of stay in hospital in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group:(4.39 ± 1.46) d vs. (6.32 ± 1.61) d, (4.21 ± 0.93) d vs. (5.36 ± 1.08) d, (0.83 ± 0.15) d vs. (1.16 ± 0.22) d, (2.53 ± 1.04) d vs. (4.47 ± 1.13) d and (7.68 ± 0.87) d vs. (10.03 ± 1.18) d, and there were statistical differences (P<0.01). The IgG, IgA, IgM, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels after treatment in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group: (10.32 ± 2.86) g/L vs. (6.88 ± 0.83) g/L, (1.14 ± 0.13) g/L vs. (0.91 ± 0.25) g/L, (0.94 ± 0.21) g/L vs. (0.85 ± 0.27) g/L, 0.516 ± 0.068 vs. 0.385 ± 0.063 and 1.89 ± 0.35 vs. 1.57 ± 0.33, but the CD8+was significantly lower than that in control group:0.303 ± 0.046 vs. 0.349 ± 0.048, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusions The gamma globulin can not only significantly improve the curative effect in neonates with neonatal pneumonia and promote the recovery of the clinical symptoms, but also improve the efficiency of cell immunity and humoral immunity ability. It is a kind of effective treatment.

3.Imaging Analysis of Enlargement of Cervical Lymph Node
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the imaging features of cervical lymphnode enlargement so as to improve the diagnosis of cervical lymph node disease. Methods CT and MRI appearances of 66 patients with pathologically-proved cervical lymph nodes disease were comparatively analyzed. Results There were significant difference in distribution of the multiple metastatic lymph node and lymph node tuberculosis(P=0.006).The ring-shaped enhancement were found in 20 cases with metastatic lymph nodes,19 of which were shown as thin-wall enhancement, its rate was 95%, and 5 ring-shaped enhancement of lymph node tuberculosis were shown as thick-wall enhancement. The former of which was significant difference than that of the latter(P=0.000).Of all central necrosis,it was significant difference between the metastatic lymph nodes(78%) and lymphoma(36%)(P=0.018).Conclusion According to the imaging features of cervical lymph nodes enlargement, their location and distribution, all of them may be diagnosed correctly.
4.INDUCTION OF MYOCARDIUM CELLS FROM P19 CELLS USING DIMETHYL SULFOXIDE IN VITRO
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective Observing the process of cell aggregation and differentiating into myocardium after the P19 cells treated with different methods and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) inducer. Methods P19 cells were cultivated with DMSO in suspension for 7 days in Petri dishes or dishes containing a thin layer of soft agar to form cell aggregation. Then the aggregates were plated on gelatin-coated culture dishes, and cultured without DMSO to 19 days. The beating of cells was observed.?-sarcomeric actin and cardiac Troponin T(cTnT) immunocytochemical stains were used to identify cell differentiation. Results Cell aggregations were cohering-cultured with growth culture medium after DMSO induced for 7days,spontaneous and rhythmically beating cells were present within the aggregation outgrowths at day 15,which were ?-sarcomeric actin-positive and cTnT-positive.By day 19,positive rates were about 26% and 15% respectively. Conclusion By using DMSO exposure combination prior aggregation can induce P19 cells differentiate into cardiac myocytes which can spontaneously and rhythmically beat.

The expression of TGF ?1 in callus was detected using of immunohistochemistry method. It was found that the expression of TGF ?1 in the rats of high altitude group were decreased significantly compared with the low altitude group, especially high altitude might affect the on day 3 and week 3 ( P
10. Diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary embolism secondary to hepatectomy in patients with hepatic tumors
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(9):1006-1009
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of pulmonary embolism(PE) after hepatectomy in patients with hepatic tumors, and to summarize our experience on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the condition. Methods: From Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2009, a total of 13,054 person-times with hepatic tumor underwent hepatectomy in our hospital, and 4 cases developed PE after hepatectomy. The clinical characteristics, pathogenic mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of the 4 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The incidence of PE was 0.03% after hepatectomy in the present cohort. PE developed from day 2 to day 6 after hepatectomy; the symptoms included shortness of breath, cyanosis, chest distress, cardiopalmus, sudden death, and decrease of oxygen partial pressure(PaO2) and saturation of blood oxygen(SaO 2). One (25%) of the 4 patients died. Conclusion: PE is a serious complication after hepatectomy for hepatic tumor. Emergent chest X-ray and D-Dimer examination can make early and clear diagnosis; the condition should be managed once it is confirmed.
