Objective To understand brucellosis infective status of Shapotou District, Zhongwei City of Ningxia. Methods The methods of stratified random sampling of epidemiological survey were used among high risk groups in 2008, who underwent erythromycin red plate cohesion test(RBDT) and test-tube agglutination test (SAT), in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for confirming cases of brucellosis(GB 15988-1995). Results Totally an occupational group of 2480 brucellosis in 10 townships were investigated, and 604 sera were tested. Tweenty eight cases were infected, the infective rate was 4.64%(28/604), 15 cases were diagnosed as brucellosis patients, prevalence rate was 2.48% (15/604); cattle attendants had the highest infection rate of 6.45% (26/403). Conclusions Brucellosis epidemic in Shapotou District, Zhongwei City of Ningxia, and it is place related to vocation.

To review the widespread outcomes of the treatment and prevention of amblyopia,especially for the recent large randomized controlled study.By evaluating the factors affecting the results of the trial,we expect this paper may contribute to the treatment and basic research of amblyopia.

Objective To investigate the insulin resistance and the changes of pancreaticβ-cell function in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and therapy .Methods 99 cases of pregnant women in the late ministers were randomly selected for the study and divided into three groups(normal glucose tolerance group ,impaired glucose tolerance group ,and gestational diabetes group) .The in-sulin resistance and isletβ-cell function of the three groups were evaluated by HOMA model and its related indicators .Results The blood pressure and blood lipid level was not significant different among the three groups(P>0 .05) .Pairwise comparisons of glu-cose infusion rate ,the first phase insulin secretion ,the second phase insulin secretion ,fasting glucose ,fasting insulin ,HOM A-IR , and HOMA-βwere made among the three groups ,and there were difference with statistical significance(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The situation of insulin resistance and the dysfunction of pancreaticβ-cell in trimester pregnant women would become bad associated with the abnormal glucose tolerance .

Objective:To study the evaluation of left ventricular myocardial function in patients with chronic renal failure by cardiac magnetic resonance feature tracking technique.Methods:Thirty patients with chronic renal failure (chronic renal failure group) who were treated in Jinhua Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province from June 2018 to June 2019 and 30 adult volunteers (healthy control group) who were examined at the same period were enrolled. The cardiac movie sequence was obtained by using Phillips Acheva 3.0 T CMR imaging equipment. The tissue tracking tool in CVI42 software was used to analyze the myocardial strain of the subjects, and the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), end diastolic volume (EDV), end systolic volume (ESV), apoptotic volume (AV), global longitudinal strain (GL), global circumferential strain (GC) and global radial strain (GR) were detected and compared between two groups.Results:The level of EDV in chronic renal failure group was higher than that in healthy control group: (132.3 ± 18.5) ml vs. (111.5 ± 15.1) ml, the level of LVEF in chronic renal failure group was lower than that in healthy control group: (62.41 ± 2.10)% vs. (67.30 ± 3.92)%, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01). The levels of GL, GC and GR in chronic renal failure group were lower than those in healthy control group: (-16.3 ± 3.1)% vs. (-11.1 ± 4.1)%,(-17.5 ± 2.9)% vs. (-13.7 ± 4.7)% and (36.5 ± 9.5)% vs. (46.3 ± 8.4)%, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01). When b = 300, 500 and 800 s/mm 2, the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value of different clinical stages in healthy control group and chronic renal failure group were compared, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01). When the clinical stage of chronic renal failure was higher, its ADC value was lower gradually. Conclusions:Cardiac magnetic resonance feature tracking technology can accurately and effectively evaluate the changes of left ventricular myocardial function in patients with chronic renal failure.

Objective To investigate the effect of mental processing speeds of judging traffic lights varying in location and color meaning. Methods 20 healthy adult male (age: 18 ～30 years) were enrolled in this study. By simulation of traffic lights as picture stimuli, all subjects performed a Go/NoGo task separately under normal condition, location-reversed condition, color meaning-reversed condition and both location and color meaning-reversed condition randomly. The accuracy rate and reaction time of the behavior task were quantified. Results The average accuracy rate of the four conditions was 99. 13% , no differences were found in different traffic light colors and different conditions. In the normal condition,the subjects' reaction time(ms) of traffic lights were as fallowings: red light 491.59 ±71.74; green light 487.55 ±58. 11, no difference was found between the two traffic light colors (P=0.522). In the location-reversed condition, subjects' average reaction time(ms) was respectively for red light 606.29 ± 107.59, and green light 593.13 ± 102.45. In the color meaning-reversed condition, it was respectively for red light 572.08 ±78.75, and green light 592.43 ±87.58. Compared with the normal condition, subjects' reaction time was prolonged in the location-reversed condition (F(1,19)=59.77, P<0.01), and also in the color meaning-reversed condition (F(1,19) =52.55, P<0.01). When in the both location and color meaning-reversed condition, the subjects' reaction time (ms) of traffic lights was respectively 502.92 ± 65.27 for red light, and 508.97 ±63.40 for green light,the result came close to statistical significance(P= 0.065)compared with the normal condition. Conclusion A likely "conceptual constancy" is demonstrated on the basis of prolonging the brains' information processing when location and color information changes.

OBJECTIVE: To summarize clinical experience of application of argon knife under electronic bronchoscope in the management of pediatric glottic and subglottic diseases. METHOD: Reports in the literature were reviewed. Outcome and prognosis of 4 cases with pediatric glottic and subglottic diseases managed with argon beam coagulator technique in Shanghai children's Medical Center since 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULT: Granulation tissue hyperplasia in 3 cases with subglottic lesions did not recur after surgery. Scarring or stenosis were not found in the airway. Intubation of the trachea and tube of tracheotomy was pulled out successfully in all cases, restoring normal breathing. No lesion recurrence was found in 1 case with squamous cell moderate atypical hyperplasia one month after the surgery. CONCLUSION Electronic bronchoscope has advantages of clear image, fine and soft lens body, optional bending, angle conversion, accurate positioning. And the argon knife with small head diameter can pass the pediatric supraglottic. It can be manipulated precisely with short operation time and no damage to surrounding normal tissues. Its worth in popularization and application of management for with glottic and subglottie disease in pediatric patients.

OBJECTIVETo observe the immediate antihypertensive effect of guasha combined with bleeding therapy for mild (grade I) hypertension.

METHODSThirty patients with mild (grade I) hypertension and 30 cases with normal blood pressure were compared. Areas and acupoints in governor vessel, meridian of foot-taiyang, meridian of hand-yangming and meridian of foot-yangming were scraped for 3 times, which was followed by bleeding therapy. The blood pressures after each guasha and bleeding therapy were recorded as well as the skin temperature in Dazhui (GV 14) after each guasha. The treatment was given once a week and totally 4 treatments were given.

RESULTSThere were significant antihypertensive effects after the first guasha, the second guasha and the third guasha and bleeding therapy (all P<0.01), in which guasha combined with bleeding therapy had the most significant antihypertensive effect (P<0.01). The skin temperature in Dazhui (GV 14) was obviously increased after three times of guasha (all P<0.01).

CONCLUSIONGuasha or combined with bleeding therapy has better antihypertensive effect for mild hypertension, which is likely to be related with warming stimulation on meridians and acupoints.

Real-time free breathing cardiac cine imaging is a reproducible method with shorter acquisition time and without breath-hold for cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. However, the detection of end-diastole and end-systole frames of real-time free breathing cardiac cine imaging for left ventricle function analysis is commonly completed by visual identification, which is time-consuming and laborious. In order to save processing time, we propose a method for semi-automatic identification of end-diastole and end-systole frames. The method fits respiratory motion signal and acquires the expiration phase, end-diastole and end-systole frames by cross correlation coefficient. The procedure successfully worked on ten healthy volunteers and validated by the analysis of left ventricle function compared to the standard breath-hold steady-state free precession cardiac cine imaging without any significant statistical differences. The results demonstrated that the present method could correctly detect end-diastole and end-systole frames. In the future, this technique may be used for rapid left ventricle function analysis in clinic.
