2.Observation of the Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Kanglaite(KLT)Combined with Chemotherapy on Late Cancers
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of KLT combined with chemotherapy on late can?cers.METHODS:64patients with late cancers were assigned as observation group:receiving KLT+chemotherapy;47patients with late cancers were assigned as control group:receiving routine chemotherapy.RESULTS:In the observation group, the ef?fective rate was48.44%,body weight increase accounted for57.81%,KSP increased85.93%and relief from pain accounted for71.87%;In the control group:the effective rate was34.04%,body weight increase accounted for22.66%,KSD increased48.93%and relief from pain accounted for46.81%.The incidence of ARDs in observation group was obviouly lower than those in control group.CONCLUSION:KLT combined with chemotherapy can raise the therapeut effect on patients with late cancers and improve their life quality.
3.Application of comparative proteomics in colorectal carcinoma
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(5):346-349
Comparative proteomies is to compare the differential expression of overall protein profiles in different time and space,to identify differential proteins or protein groups on the expression amount, expression level, and modification status and to further investigate the differential proteins and their function. The aim of this paper is to introduce the application of comparative proteomies in coloreetal carcinoma on the level of cell, tissue, and body fluid.
4.Question discussion on Theories of Different Schools of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, "the twelfth five-year plan" teaching material.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(2):191-193
The several questions in Theories of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Different Schools, "the twelfth five-year plan" teaching material, are analyzed and discussed. The expression of DOU Han-qing on "playing a role of meridians, collaterals, qi and blood" is not so accurate, which is suggested to modify as "attaching the importance to needles". "Theory of heaven, human being and earth" "theory of acupuncture on qi regulation" and "the eight therapeutic methods in treatment of disease" in Jinzhenfu (Ode to Golden Needles) are valuable academically and suggested to be supplemented. The expression of XI Hong on "reinforcing and reducing technique by following or against the running course of meridian" and the expression of XU Feng on "the magic turtle eight techniques" are not concrete. It is required to elaborate them in detail. These questions are put forward and needed to discuss with the editors so as to perfect the teaching material.

5.Changes in Cell-mediated Immune Function among Older Inpatients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa Pneumonia
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE To study the cell-mediated immune function among older inpatients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia.METHODS T-cell subsets and expression of membrane molecule on activated T-cell in peripheral blood were measured in 35 cases with P.aeruginosa pneumonia by using immunofluorescence and flow cytometry, and compared with those of control healthy older people.RESULTS The expressions of CD4+ /CD3+ and CD25+ /CD3+ in P.aeruginosa pneumonia patients were lower than in control group(P0.05).CONCLUSIONS There are disfunctions of lymphocgte and immunity among P.aeruginosa pneumonia patients.
6.Discussion on the Viewpoint of “Great Health”: from Disease to Health
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(7):908-910
Public awareness of health always stays at the level of physical wellbeing, and there is a clear bound between disease and health. As the world health organization (WHO) put forward the new definition of health, health meant not only the absence of diseases and defects, but also psychological and physical health as well as good social adaptation ability, which updated public awareness of health. The viewpoint of “great health” advocated strengthening the overall situation and the strategic thinking, and promoted the resolution of current and long-term major health problems. This paper put forward the realistic meaning and realization approaches of the great health view by discussing the target of new health strategy.

Objective To understand brucellosis infective status of Shapotou District, Zhongwei City of Ningxia. Methods The methods of stratified random sampling of epidemiological survey were used among high risk groups in 2008, who underwent erythromycin red plate cohesion test(RBDT) and test-tube agglutination test (SAT), in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for confirming cases of brucellosis(GB 15988-1995). Results Totally an occupational group of 2480 brucellosis in 10 townships were investigated, and 604 sera were tested. Tweenty eight cases were infected, the infective rate was 4.64%(28/604), 15 cases were diagnosed as brucellosis patients, prevalence rate was 2.48% (15/604); cattle attendants had the highest infection rate of 6.45% (26/403). Conclusions Brucellosis epidemic in Shapotou District, Zhongwei City of Ningxia, and it is place related to vocation.

International Journal of Surgery 2016;43(2):133-135
About 50% to 60% of the stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ colorectal carcinoma patient suffer from liver metastases.Recently, there is a research hotspot on how to improve the prognosis of the colorectal carcinoma liver metastases (CRLM) patient. It can elucidate the way how the carcinoma cells transfer from the original tumor to the liver, through establishing a CRLM animal model. An ideal CRLM animal model should perfectly mimic the total procedure of the metastases pathway, including the change of the cytology behavior and the development of the tumor biology.Besides, the model should be practical,tumor-predictable and accord with the ethical consideration.Until now, there is not an ideal CRLM animal model can perfectly match those conditions. This review goes through the advantages and disadvantages of different CRLM animal model methods used for research.

[Objective]To establish effective and reliable complete spinal cord transection models in rats, and to investigate the effects of micromanipulation used in surgical procedure of transected spinal cord treated with human umbilical cord blood stem cells(UCBSCs) grafts in rats.[Method]Human UCBSCs were obtained from umbilical cord blood of term deliveries.Sixty Sprague-Dawley(SD) female rats were divided randomly into group A(control group),group B(spinal cord transection and PBS injection),group C(spinal cord transection and UCBSCs transplantation) and group D(spinal cord transection and UCBSCs transplantation by using micromanipulation). All groups were operated, and 1 ?l UCBSCs(6?109/L ~7?109/L) were injected into the both ends of the completely transected spinal cord at the groups C and D by two different surgical procedures respectively. From 1 week to 8 week post-operation,a behavioral testing was performed weekly upon each hindlimb for all animals according to the BBB scoring system. At the 8th week, all animals were sacrificed and the spinal cords were taken out for morphological observation.[Result]No changes were observed at group A pre-and post-operation.After 2 weeks post-operation,the hindlimb motor function of groups C and D began to recover. After 3 weeks post-operation,the group D showed more improvement than group C,and the difference between groups D and C were significant in the BBB scores(P

Thyptase,a predominant serine protease in mast cells,is released by mast cell degranulation in an enzymatically active form.Recent research suggests that ttyptase plays important roles in mast cell mediated anaphylaxis, angiogenesis, initiation and promotion of neoplasm. This paper reviews tryptase's struture, molecular biology, biochemistry, processing, activation and its relationship with diseases.
