The empirical study was carried out over 276 from medical students with EOM-EIS-2 and General Well-Being Schedule as instruments.The data collected were analyzed statistieally by SPSS17.0.Results suggest that:there are no phenomenal grade differences in relation to self-identity,ideology and interpersonal relationship;the gender differences exist in relation to self-identity,ideology and interpersonal relationship;there ale no significant grade and gender differences in subjective well-being;there are correlations between some sorts of self-identity and subjective well-being.

One-day-old unvaccinated chicks were inoculated with serotype I virulent strain GA and vaccine strain CVI988, serotype III vaccine strain HVT o f Marek's disease viruses(MDV). By using an indirect immunofluorescence assay of suspensions of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) with monoclonal antibo dies(MAb) BA4 and BD8 specific to glycoprotein B of MDV, The dynamic course s of vir emia levels for each of 3 strains from 4 days to 45 days postinfection (PI) were determind. Viremia for virulent strain GA-infected chickens were detected from 4 days PI until days before death of infected chickens, it got its peak at abou t 14 days PI. Viremia in serotype 1 vaccine CVI988-inoculated chickens were mea sured between 4 to 22 days PI, it could be detected from 4 days PI and ended at 18 days PI, it got its peak at 8 days PI. For serotype 3 vaccine HVT-inoculated chickens, viremia could be detected beween 4 to 14 days PI, its peak happened a t about 6 days PI. Such IFA with MAbs BA4 and BD8 could be used to evaluate qu al ity of vaccination process in chicken flocks. The differential dynamic courses o f viremia for different strains may be used to diagnose virulent MDV infection i n vaccinated flocks. The viremia levels measured by IFA with the MAbs and co-cu ltivation assay for plague forming unit(PFU) were compared. The results indicate d that IFA assay of PBMC suspension was more sensitive and specific than co-cu ltivation assay, i.e. viremia levels measured by IFA were 30 to 100-fold higher than that by plague-forming assay in CEF for the same sample.

Acute pancreatitis happens rapidly and leads to patient's condition changing swiftly.Acute pancreatitis may be complicated by acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS),or even multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,and the mortality rate has been high.The mechanism of acute pancreatitis with complications of ALI and ARDS is intricate.It involves the uncontrolled inflammatory response,the damage and apoptosis of cell,the role of trypsin,the imbalance of coagulation and fibrinolysis,etc.These respects interrelate with each other,forming a complex network.Further study of mechanism of acute pancreatitis complicated with ALI and ARDS will supply more new target for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

The phases for Korea to import medical device include selecting Korean certification holder, hospital admittance, device marketing and supervision after marketing. Objective To explore the effects of combined exercise program ( fun game + rope skip-ping + figure running) on executive function ( EF) in primary students with Chinese learning difficulties. Methods Fifty-four Chinese learning disabled students were selected and randomly divided into experimen-tal group and control group. Three tasks ( the Flanker task,the 1-back task and the More-odd shifting task) were used to measure pupil’ s EF ( inhibition,updating,shifting) . Results ( 1) Compared with the control group,the primary students with Chinese learning difficulties in experimental group showed a significant en-hancement in executive function (F(1,43)=9.45, P<0.01). (2) The positive effects of 10 weeks combined ex-ercise program on executive function in primary students with Chinese learning difficulties were different. Specifically,a beneficial effect on updating(F(1,43)= 11.37, P<0.01) was got,but there were no significant effects on inhibition (F(1,43)=1.52, P>0.05) and shifting(F(1,43)=2.57, P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of combined exercise program ( fun game+rope skipping+figure running) plays a positive role in promoting updating function of primary school students with Chinese learning difficulties.

Objective To know about the current status of the work engagement of the clinical nurses,and discuss the relatioaships among hardiness,perceived organizational support and work engagement so as to provide basis for improving the level of the work engagement of the clinical nurses.Methods The work engagement scale,hardiness scale and perceived organizational support scale were used to investigate a total of 630 clinical nurses.Results The general score of work engagement,hardiness and perceived organizational support were showed respectively as following:(52.54±8.08),(70.09±14.44) and(82.41±24.98).Every two items of hardiness,perceived organizational support and work engagement were in significant positive correlation.Regression analysis showed after the variable of demographic was controlled,the hardiness and perceived organizational support respectively had significant positive predictive function on work engagement as respective independent variables.Conclusions Hospital managers should create a good working environment for clinical nurses,measures should be taken from individual and organizational aspects so as to improve the hardiness and perceived organizational support and the work positivity of the clinical nurses,in order to make the nurses more positively devoted to their work.It had important practical significance to improve the quality of their services and stabilize nursing group.

Objective To explore the status quo of job performance and its influencing factors among clinical nurses.Methods 903 of clinical registered nurses from 5 comprehensive hospitals in Jilin province were investigated by the questionnaire.Results The level of job performance of clinical nurses from these 5 comprehensive hospitals in Jilin province was high,the average score of it was (3.345±0.442).The score of six dimensions followed by high and low were as followed:critical care,leadership,professional development,communication,planning and teaching.Some factors such as the title of a technical post,possession of spouse,classification of hospital,empowerment and organizational support were considered as the related factors via multiple regression analysis.Conclusions The leader should pay attention to empowerment and organizational support,so as to promote the job performance.
