1.MiRNA and non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(4):282-285
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small non-coding RNAs which involve in the regulation after gene transplantation.Researches show that miRNA is closely related to the development and progression of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).They caused a significantly change in NSCLC cells through downregulate tumor suppressor gene,or act as oncogene or work on some targets which is important in cell signal pathway,in the end it lead to oncogenesis, cell proliferation, cell apoptosis and resistance to chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Therefore,miRNA will be hopefully used in the diagnose and therapy of cancer.
2.The protective effect of nuclear factor-E2-related factor 2 in secondary pancreatic injury in sepsis
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(8):552-555
Sepsis is a major cause of secondra y pancreatic injury in critically ill children.A lagr e number of inflammatoyr m ediators werer elesa ed after acute ijn ury of the pancreas, which may aggravate the inflammatory reaction and the stress reaction.Nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2),an important protec-tive transcription factor, could activate the expression of more than 500 genes. Most of the genes have the function of cytoprotection.Studise have dem onts rated that Nrf2 plays a certain role in cytoprotection, such as regulating the inflammatory response,anti-oxidative stress, improving mitochondrial functoi n and decreasing toxic protein aggregation. This review explored the protective mechanism of Nrf2 in pancreatic injury caused by sepis s.

Objective: To investigate the effects of enamel matrix pr ot eins(EMPs) and purified EMPs(EMD) on the proliferation and protein synthesis act ivity of rat ectomesenchymal stem cells in vitro. Methods: C ell culture technique and 3H-leucine label assay were used to measure the pr oliferation and protein synthesis activity of rat ectomesenchymal stem cells exp osed to the EMPs- or EMD-conditioned culture media with different concentratio n. Results: Both EMPs and EMD at 50~200 mg/ml increased the pro l iferation and protein synthesis of the cells in 10-day-culture. EMPs and EMD a t 150 mg/ml showed the strongest effects(P

Objective:To evaluate a new wax formed by laser sintering technology(SW-1)for dental use. Methods:The melting point, hardness and viscosity of SW-1,normal dental modeling wax and LongYuan's wax formed by laser sintering were tested and compared.Linear shrinkage, plastic deformation and toughness of SW-1 were estimated by national standards. Results:There were no significant differences between SW-1and the normal dental modeling wax in the properties of melting point 〔(61.1?1.63)℃,(61.7?1.96)℃〕and hardness 〔(75.2?0.62)HA,(74.0?0.54)HA〕;but when compared with melting point(78.3?1.07)℃and hardness(94.0?0.38)HA of LongYuan's wax formed by laser Sintering, those of SW-1 were significantly different.Viscosity of SW-1(2 016?136.9)MPa?s showed significant difference when compared with that of normal dental modeling wax(9.06?0.258)MPa?s and LongYuan's wax formed by laser Sintering(2 876?81.7)MPa?s.Linear shrinkage of SW-1(0.2%)met the national standards, while plastic deformation(10%,43 ℃)and toughness(broken when bent,20 ℃)of SW-1 did not meet such standards.Conclusion:SW-1 may be the proper laser sintering material for dental use,and has a good prospect in future.

Objective To examine the change and role of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-?B) activity and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-?) level in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS).Methods Eighty patients with SIRS were studied. The NF-?B activity in monocytes and the level of TNF-? in serum was measured. The state of illness was estimated by APACHEⅡ score. Results There was significant difference for the activity of NF-?B in patients with SIRS compared with the control group. The NF-?B activity,TNF-? level and APACHEⅡ score are higher in both resuscitation multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) group and death group than the non-MODS group and survival group correspondingly(P

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(7):662-667
Fetal atrioventricular block (AVB) is a type of fetal bradyarrhythmias. The reported incidence of fetal complete atrioventricular block (CAVB) and mortality of perinatal fetuses and neonates are signiifcantly higher in pregnancies of anti-SSA/Ro-positive mothers than that of anti-SSA/Ro-negative mothers. The auto-antibodies in maternal serum that can be transported into fetal circulation through placenta may damage fetal cardiac conductive system and eventually result in fetal AVB. There are evidences that early diagnosis and proper treatment can improve the prognosis and survival rate of affected fetuses. In this article, the pathogenesis, risk factors, prenatal diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of fetal immune mediated AVB is reviewed.

Objective To develop an electronic infusion alarm system with low cost and high safety and reliability. Methods The system was composed of modules of sensor, control, alarm and DC power supply. The integrated operational amplifier was used to amplify the voltage signals from the cantilever sensor, and NE555 timer controlled the system give out alarm when 10% liquid remained in the bottle. Results The system could alarm when 10% liquid remained in the bottle, and three gears were designed for the common infusion bottles in the market. Conclusion The system is easy to operate and maintain, and thus can be popularized in all hospitals and clinics.
