Objective To investigate the correlation between Dishevelled protein expression and the proliferation and invasion of glioma cells. Methods 67 cases of brain glioma specimens were collected. The expression of Dishevelled protein was detected with immunohistochemical method. The immunoreactivity score (IRS) of Dishevelled protein, and proliferation index (PⅠ) and invasion index (Ⅱ) were measured and their correlations were analyzed. Results The positive rate of Dishevelled protein in glioma was 65.7 % (44/67).IRS,PⅠ and Ⅱ were 4.15±3.13,(30.93±17.92) %,(20.38±13.36) %,respectively. Both PⅠ and Ⅱ significantly increased with an increase in the pathological grade of brain glioma (P < 0.001).Furthermore,PⅠ and Ⅱ were significantly higher in the Dishevelled protein-positive group than those in the Dishevelled protein-negative group [(38.27±17.60) % vs (16.02±8.92) % of PⅠ and (30.03±13.81) % vs (10.63±4.41) % of Ⅱ,respectively,P < 0.001].PⅠ and Ⅱ of glioma cells were positively correlated with IRS of Dishevelled protein (r =0.940 between PⅠ and IRS,and r =0.953 between Ⅱ and IRS,respectively). Conclusion Dishevelled protein plays an important role in the proliferation and invasion of brain malignant glioma.

AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effects of "Shen Yan Yi Qi Solution",a chinese Medicine,on nephrotoxic serum nephritis in the rat. METHODS: Nephrotoxic serum nephritis model of the rat was set up by the Clarke's method. RESULTS: Proteinuria and renal insufficiency occurred in all rats after nephrotoxic serum (NTS) injection, but symptoms in treatment group were reduced. At 2nd week, the typical linear deposition of IgG along the glomerular basement membrane (GBM) was observed by fluorescence microscopy. Mesangial hyperplasia and crescent formation in glomeruli were also observed by light microscopy. In treatment group, all the above lesions were alleviated. CONCLUSION: It demonstrated that "Shen Yan Yi Qi Solution" might alleviate the pathological change of glomeruli and improve renal function.

OBJECTIVETo study the clinical, biological features and prognosis of acute biphenotypic leukemia (BAL) in the adults.
METHODSBone marrow specimens of 63 BAL patients were evaluated to prove the diagnosis and the classification by morphologic, cytochemical, immunologic and cytogenetic (MIC) examinations. These patients were treated with protocols suitable for acute myeloid leukemia (AML), or acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), or both.
RESULTSNo significant difference in clinical features was observed between BAL, AML or ALL. Morphologically, the subtypes of M(5), M(1) and M(2) were predominant in AML, as L(2) and L(1) were in ALL. Immunologically, coexpression of myeloid and B lineage associated antigens was predominant and CD(34) was hyperexpressed in BAL, which suggested that BAL might originate from malignant transformation of earlier hematopoietic cells. Cytogenetically, Ph chromosome was observed in 25.5% (13/51) of BAL patients. Prognostically, both the treatment response and the overall survival of BAL patients were poor.
CONCLUSIONPatients with BAL have unique clinical, biological and prognostic features.

Objective To understand the use of the corresponding scenarios of digital transformation of"convenient medical service"in Shanghai municipal hospital outpatient department from the perspective of patients, and to provide relevant suggestions for promoting digital transformation. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among outpatients in Shanghai municipal hospitals to understand the use of digital transformation scenarios and their cognition of digital transformation, and the hypothesis was verified from the perspectives of technology, environment and social factors through the Technology Acceptance Model. Results A total of 4 285 valid questionnaires were collected. The top three scenarios used in outpatient digital transformation are"Precise Appointment"(71.18%),"Convenient Payment"(67.47%)and"Electronic Ticket"(48.87%).Patients'positive experience of friendly interface, stable system, recommendations from relatives and friends and social media significantly and positively influenced their perceptions of technical usability and usefulness.Positive feelings of technical usability and usefulness also encouraged patients to accept and promote digital transformation more actively(P<0.001).Conclusion The use scenario of patients'outpatient digital transformation is closer to the core medical treatment process. The construction of relevant digital scenarios requires the joint promotion of medical institutions and society. The age-appropriate process transformation for elderly patients needs to reflect humanistic care.

Objective To investigate the effect of silenced RBM8A gene on the biological behavior (proliferation, migration, and apoptosis) of human endometrial cancer HEC-1A cells and its possible mechanism. Methods The hairpin shRNA targeted by the RBM8A gene was designed, and the best shRNA silencing fragment was screened. The recombinant lentiviral interference vector carrying the target gene was constructed and used to infect HEC-1A cells. Cells with stable knockdown of RBM8A gene were screened by puromycin as the experimental group (shRBM8A), while the shRNA of nonsense sequence was designed as the control group (shControl). CCK-8 method was used to detect cell proliferation, and flow cytometry was used to detect cell apoptosis. Transwell assay was used to detect cell migration and invasion. Western blot was used to analyze the expression of apoptosis-related proteins and EMT signal transduction pathway related proteins. Results In comparison with the shControl group, after RBM8A knockdown, HEC-1A cell proliferation was reduced, apoptosis was increased, migration and invasion ability were significantly inhibited (
