The abdominoperineal excision (APE) is still one of the standard operations for low rectal cancer. The exralevator APE can reduce the positive rate of circumferential margin and perforation rate of rectal cancer, but the incidence of postoperative complications is relatively high. With the continuous development of minimally invasive surgery, the transperineal minimally invasive Abdominoperineal excision (Tpm-APE) is proposed. Compared with traditional APE, the Tpm-APE has potential technical advantages, but there is a lack of large sample and multicenter clinical research evidence. The authors share the design and results of an international multicenter clinical study to investigate the clinical practice of Tpm-APE in the treatment of low rectal cancer.

Objective To establish a method of quick three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of pubic symphysis based on magnetic resonance imaging. Methods The pelvis images of adult male were generated on a 3.0 T scanner using a T1 Gradient Echo FLASH-3D (T1- FL3D) sequence and imported the images into medical image control system. Segmentation of binaryzation threshold was conducted and pelvic soft tissue image was extracted by regional growth, 3D structure model of pubic symphysis was obtained by Boolean operation. The 3D structure model of pubic symphysis was established by the noise reduction of reverse engineering software. And compared with the 3D reconstruction model pubic bone CT scan. Results The morphological characters of the MRI pubic symphysis 3D model, such as the ridges and furrows on the symphysial surface, lower extremity, dorsal margin (beveling), margin (beveling) and pubic tubercle, were highly consistent with the morphological characters of the 3D model established by CT scan. Conclusion MRI scan can be used to reconstruct the 3D structure of pubic symphysis quickly and effectively, and it can provide a safe radiation-free 3D visualization imaging technique for forensic age estimation for the living.

OBJECTIVETo observe the ultrastructure changes of cerebral cortex neuron and endothelial cell in hypoxia preconditioning mice and the effects of Tongxinluo (TXL, Chinese traditional medilihe) on them.
METHODSMice were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, hypoxia group, hypoxia preconditioning (HP) group and Tongxinluo (TXL) group. The hypoxia preconditioning mice were exposed by repetitive hypoxia for 5 runs. The animal's tolerance time of each hypoxia run was recorded. The ultrastructure change of cerebral neuron and endothelial cell were studied by electron microscope.
RESULTSThe hypoxic tolerance time in HP and TXL groups were significantly increased run by run. Compared with HP group, the tolerance time of TXL group were increased in every run. The ultrastructure of cerebral neuron and endothelial cell in hypoxia group changed obviously, mitochondrion and endoplasmic reticulum destroyed. However they were slighter in HP group than those in hypoxia group. The change in TXL group had no obvious differentce with control group and were slighter than those in HP group.
CONCLUSIONHypoxia preconditioning shows that organism has a strong self-repairing ability. Tongxinluo self-repairing; could increase self-repairing ability and adaptive ability of mice to hypoxia obviously.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(8):1212-1215
Objective:
To investigate the nutritional status and its relationship with the indexes of physical function and physical capacity among primary and middle school students in Xiamen, so as to provide statistical support for improving their nutritional status and physical health.
Methods:
A total of 2 752 primary and middle school students aged between 6 and 18 years old were selected in Xiamen. They were divided into malnutrition group, normal group and overweight and obesity group according to the national standards. Statistical analysis was carried out by chi square test, Kruskal wallis test and partial correlation analysis.
Results:
The prevalence of malnutrition among primary and secondary school students in Xiamen was 8.4%(231), the prevalence of overweight and obesity was 24.2%(667), and the prevalence of overweight and obesity among boys(31.4%) was higher than girls( 17.0 %).The distribution of nutritional status between different ages was statistically significant ( χ 2=40.43, P <0.05). On the lung activity index, both boys and girls were shown to be overweight and obesity

As a traditional Chinese medicine, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (ZSS) has the functions of tonifying liver, tranquilizing heart, astringent sweat and producing body fluid, which is used to treat neurasthenia, insomnia, dreaminess, debility, night sweat and so on. With the rapid and constant development of ZSS resource industry and its medicinal value, a large number of by-products and waste generated in the production and processing process, resulting in serious environmental problems. In general, the utilization rate of ZSS resources was still not high. Based on this, the chemical components and potential resources of ZSS were systematically combed from the perspective of the medicinal parts and bioactive components in this paper, and the authors had summarized that the widely application of ZSS

OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for online rapid detection of related indexes in the concentration process of Huagai san extraction solution ,and to provide reference for judgment of concentration end point. METHODS :Online diagram of 73 concentrated samples in the concentration process of Huagai san extraction solution were drawn by NIRS online collection equipment. The partial least squares (PLS)method was used to establish the NIRS quantitative calibration model of 5 related indexes (concentration density , solid content , the contents of amygdalin , ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride). Another 15 samples were used to validate the model ,and the correlation of predicted value and measured value was analyzed. RESULTS :The correlation coefficients (R2)of the concentration density ,solid content ,the contents of amygdalin , ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in the quantitative calibration model were 0.982 5,0.999 9,0.998 3, 0.999 4 and 0.999 3,respectively;the root mean square errors of calibration (RMSEC)were 0.001 6,0.025 1,0.014 7,0.001 8 and 0.000 9;the root mean square errors of cross validation (RMSECV)were 0.002 1,0.035 8,0.033 6,0.006 3 and 0.001 3, respectively. After validation by 15 samples, root mean square errors of prediction (RMSEP)were 0.003 2,0.024 6,0.021 5, 0.007 7 and 0.005 9,respectively. CONCLUSIONS :The established quantitative calibration model has good predictability and can provide basis for online judgment of concentration end point of Huagai san extraction solution.
