nhanced recovery idea has developed rapidly in our country, but has not formed an expert consensus on enhanced recovery gynecological nursing care. This consensus was built based on the literature analysis at home and abroad, evidence generalization and expert meeting including three parts, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing of enhanced recovery gynecology, so as to provide a reference and guidance for clinical nursing practice of enhanced recovery gynecology.

Objective? To explore the effects of mother sound stimulation on nervous system development and brain function development among full-term newborns. Methods? From January to June 2017, we selected 60 newborns in Neonatology Department hospitalized for 1 to 7 days at Peking University First Hospital as subjects. All of the newborns were divided into intervention group and control group with the random number table, 30 cases in each group. Control group carried out routine nursing. On the basis of routine nursing, intervention group provided mother sound stimulation twice a day for 7 days. We observed the cerebral oxygen saturation and evaluated the nervous system development with the Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assay (NBNA) among newborns between two groups. Results? Before intervention, there were no statistical differences in oxyhemoglobin, reduced hemoglobin, total hemoglobin and the NBNA score of newborns between two groups (P＞0.05). After intervention, the oxyhemoglobin, total hemoglobin and the NBNA score of intervention group were higher than those of control group with statistical difference (P＜ 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the reduced hemoglobin between two groups after intervention (P＞ 0.05), and no statistical difference in the reduced hemoglobin of intervention group before and after intervention (P＞0.05). Conclusions? Under the circumstance of maternal separation, the mother sound stimulation for newborns can increase brain tissue metabolism of newborn and promote their nervous development.

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation treatment of insomnia on depressive symptoms and interleukin(IL)-6 level and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α level in serum.And then to discuss the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of insomnia on reducing the occurrence and development of depression.Methods Sixty patients with insomnia disorder in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to July 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into intervention group and blank group 30 patients for each group,according to their treatment intention and they were treated with sleep hygiene education plus TCM syndrome differentiation treatment and sleep hygiene education alone respectively.The changes of sleep,depression,serum IL-6 level and TNF-α level were compared between two groups.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the intervention group's Pittsburgh sleep quality index score,patient health questiomnare-9 score,TCM symptom score,and serum IL-6 and TNF-α level were all significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation treatment can effectively improve insomnia and depression,thus delaying the occurrence and development of depression,and is an effective method for early intervention of depression.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the genetic basis for fetus with short limbs detected by prenatal ultrasonography. METHODS: Results of clinical imaging of the fetus was collected. Amniotic fluid sample was collected through amniocentesis for the extraction of fetal DNA. Whole exome sequencing was carried out to detect variants related to the clinical phenotypes. Candidate variant was verified by Sanger sequencing. RESULTS: Prenatal ultrasound showed that the fetus had short limbs but no other abnormality. Whole exome sequencing has identified that the fetus carried two heterozygous pathogenic variants c.484G>T and c.1436dupA of the SLC26A2 gene, for which its mother and father were heterozygous carriers, respectively. CONCLUSION The fetus was diagnosed with atelosteogenesis type 2 by combined prenatal ultrasonography and whole exome sequencing, which may be attributed to the compound heterozygous variants of the SLC26A2 gene. Above findings provided evidence for the diagnosis of the fetus and genetic counseling.

We report a complete genomic sequence of rare isolates (minor genotype) of the SARS-CoV from SARS patients in Guangdong, China, where the first few cases emerged. The most striking discovery from the isolate is an extra 29-nucleotide sequence located at the nucleotide positions between 27,863 and 27,864 (referred to the complete sequence of BJ01) within an overlapped region composed of BGI-PUP5 (BGI-postulated uncharacterized protein 5) and BGI-PUP6 upstream of the N (nucleocapsid) protein. The discovery of this minor genotype, GD-Ins29, suggests a significant genetic event and differentiates it from the previously reported genotype, the dominant form among all sequenced SARS-CoV isolates. A 17-nt segment of this extra sequence is identical to a segment of the same size in two human mRNA sequences that may interfere with viral replication and transcription in the cytosol of the infected cells. It provides a new avenue for the exploration of the virus-host interaction in viral evolution, host pathogenesis, and vaccine development.

Objective: To investigate the efficiency and safety of domestic tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) dasatinib (Yinishu) as second-line treatment for patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (CML-CP). Methods: A retrospective analysis of clinical data of CML-CP patients who received domestic dasatinib as second-line treatment in the CML collaborative group hospitals of Hubei province from March 2016 to July 2018 was performed. The optimal response rate, the cumulative complete cytogenetic response (CCyR), the cumulative major molecular responses (MMR), progression free survival (PFS), event free survival (EFS) and adverse effects (AEs) of the patients were assessed at 3, 6 and 12 months of treatment. Results: A total of 83 CML-CP patients were enrolled in this study. The median follow-up time was 23 months. The optimal response rates at 3, 6 and 12 months in 83 CML-CP patients treated with dasatinib were 77.5% (54/71), 72.6% (61/75) and 60.7% (51/69), respectively. By the end of follow-up, the cumulative CCyR and MMR rates were 65.5% (55/80) and 57.1% (48/73), respectively. The median time to achieving CCyR and MMR was 3 months. During follow-up time, the PFS rate was 94.0% (79/83) and the EFS rate was 77.4% (65/83). The most common non-hematological AEs of dasatinib were edema (32.5%), rash itching (18.1%) and fatigue (13.3%). The common hematological AEs of dasatinib were thrombocytopenia (31.3%), leukopenia (19.3%) and anemia (6.0%). Conclusion Domestic dasatinib was effective and safe as the second-line treatment of CML-CP patients and it can be used as an option for CML-CP patients.
