Objective To investigate whether non-critical coronary stenosis can be detected by coherent contrast imaging(CCI) at rest without stress. Methods Three degrees of stenosis were made in left anterior descending of 12 dogs.Myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE) was performed with CCI and the correlation among the variables of MCE curve and the degrees of stenosis were analyzed by cubic regression. Results The time to peak was significantly prolonged with progressive coronary stenosis (P<0.01) and related to the degree of stenosis (R~2=0.991,P<0.001).Conclusions CCI could be used to detected non-critical coronary stenosis at rest without stress.

Objective To investigate the precipitating factors, clinical manifestations, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features and prognoses of children with posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) during the treatment of hematological diseases, and to improve the understanding of the diseases. Methods A total of 9 children with PRES,admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016,were chosen. The clinical data, including precipitating factors, clinical manifestations,MRI features and prognoses, were retrospectively analyzed. Results (1) Precipitating factors:6 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia occurred PRES during remission induction therapy (6/9,66.7%) and 3 occurred PRES during oral cyclosporine A after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or autoimmune diseases (3/9,33.3%).(2) Clinical manifestations:all of them were acute onset, and the main symptoms were seizures (8/9,88.9%) and hypertension (7/9,77.8%);some patients suffered from headache, vomiting, visual disturbances, disturbance of consciousness and poor mental symptoms.(3) Features of head MR imaging:the lesions were mainly located in the parietal-occipital lobe, showing patchy long T1 and long T2 signals, and bilateral imperfect symmetry;FLAIR imaging showed high signal distinctly, and other parts of brain could also been involved in.(4) Prognoses:7 children (77.8%) recovered well, one (11.1%) left frequent seizures during 2 years of follow up,one (11.1%) left mental retardation. Conclusion Methotrexate, cyclosporine A and other agents are important incentives in children with PRES during the treatment of hematological diseases;seizures and hypertension are the main clinical manifestations;MR imaging is important in diagnosing the disease;and PRES is not completely reversible.

Objective To study the effect of iron overload on the bone marrow hematopoietic function on immuo-related pancytopenia(IRP)patients by hematopoietic progenitor cell(HPC)culture of bone marrow(BM).Methods BM liquid 4~5 mL was taken from 46 IRP patients of General Hospital Tianjin Medical University from July 2009 to February 2010 to detect colony-forming-unit of erythrocyte,blast-forming-unit of erythrocyte and colony-forming-unit of granulocyte-monocyteby HPC culture of BM.And according to the serum ferritin(SF)level, these patients were classified into 2 groups to compare HPC proliferation, blood cell counts,BM proliferation, blood transfusion and treatment effects. Results The mean values of 3 different colonies of IRP patients with high SF level [(43.33?17.74),(1.50?2.2),(11.06?5.83)/105BMMNC] were significantly lower than those of the patients with normal SF level [(77.43?40.64),(9.57?7.99),(21.25?11.41)/105BMMNC](P

Purpose/Significance To analyze the current status of residents'health literacy levels in China in the context of new media environment, and to explore the pathways to continuously improve residents'health literacy.Method/Process The monitoring data of residents'health literacy from 2012 to 2022 are collected and an empirical research is carried out based on literature analysis.Result/Conclusion Although the health literacy level of Chinese residents shows a stable upward trend, there are still phenomena such as unbal-anced development and a gap between knowledge and action. In the new media environment, health information dissemination should use big data and artificial intelligence(AI)to implement accurate health information dissemination, optimize health behaviors, establish health information evaluation standards and systems, and strengthen the supervision of new media health information dissemination.

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are lipid bilayers secreted by a variety of cells that contain nucleic acids, proteins, etc. They can be used as a carrier for cell-to-cell communication. In related research on bone regeneration, mechanisms for transmitting regeneration signals to target cells to achieve the desired goal of osteogenesis have become one of the most important and unsolved topics. Therefore, this review aims to explore the role of mesenchymal stem cells and EVs derived from osteoblasts in bone regeneration in four processes, immunity, angiogenesis, osteogenesis and mineralization, and to provide new ideas for basic and clinical research.

The foreign body reaction refers to a chronic inflammatory reaction and a wound-healing reaction that mainly involve macrophages and foreign body giant cells, which occur after a biological material is implanted into the body. Since macrophages in the foreign body reaction are recruited to the surface of the material after implantation of the material, subsequent secretion of a series of inflammatory factors and fusion into foreign body giant cells may lead to the degradation of the biological materials and environmental stress cracking. Moreover, the prolongation of macrophage polarization and the influence of related receptors may also lead to the phenomenon of fiber encapsulation, resulting in poor prognosis. Some scholars are committed to reducing the response of foreign bodies from the perspective of macrophages and foreign body giant cells, specifically by regulating the secretion of related inflammatory factors, reducing the subtypes of M1 macrophages, promoting their polarization to M2 macrophages, and regulating the fusion of macrophages and selective expression of macrophage-associated receptors to regulate fibrosis. The new immunological view holds that macrophages have the potential to repair bone tissue via angioplasts and osteogenesis in foreign body reactions. Therefore, the gold standard that has long been considered in regenerative medicine, which is that an inert material does not cause a foreign body reaction, is expected to be gradually replaced by tissue engineering that regulates tissue activity and function.

Bone is capable of regeneration after injury, but the process of properly restoring form and function is highly complex and prone to failure. The restoration process requires highly ordered and sequential interplay at the injury site between the host immune system and bone tissue. The dynamic process that occurs after bone injury includes the formation of a hematoma, the development of an inflammatory response and callus, and the remodeling of newly formed bone tissue. The inflammatory response at the injury site is essential for the onset of bone regeneration. This inflammatory response is tightly linked with the host immune system, in which various immune cells and molecules are involved. Recently, the relationship between T cells and bone regeneration has become a popular topic; however, currently, there are no summaries of the relationship between T cells and bone regeneration. Thus, this review aimed to elucidate the modulatory functions of T cells in bone regeneration.
