Methods A total of 120 integrated Western and Chinese medicine major students were randomly divided into experimental group (n=60) and control group (n=60). The experimental group accepted microteaching method. First, students were divided into several groups, teacher gave every group 10~15 minutes microteaching and shot the video of training process; second, students watched the video to find their deficiency with the help of teacher; and then students overcame the deficiency by repeated practice;last, the teacher gave evaluation. The control group adopted traditional method. Results The average test results of experimental group were (83.7±6.8), while the average test results of control group were ( 76 . 1 ± 7 . 2 ) , so the average test results of experimental group were higher than that of control group (P=0.000). In teaching satisfaction survey, 91.7%students were satisfied with the microteaching mode, and the satisfaction of experimental group were higher than that of control group (P=0.03). Conclusion The application of microteaching in experimental teaching of pathophysiology can improve students' experimental skills, increase students' interest in learning and improve the quality of pathophysiology teaching.
2.Liver asialoglycoprotein receptor scintigraphy:a new prospect of segmentational three-dimensional evaluation of liver function
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Asialoglycoprotein receptor(ASGPR) is a specific receptor of mammalian hepatocytes.Reduction in ASGPR concentration has been proven to appear in liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.By liver ASGPR scintigraphy with 99mTcGSA,some indexes such as HH15、LHL15、[R]_0、R_0 can be obtained, which is useful for the evaluation of liver function. When combining with the techniques of functional scintigraphy and single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),it becomes possible to functionally simulate the extension of hepatic resection and predict to some extent postoperative outcomes related to liver function. It is still a new professional field internationally, and almost absent domestically. It could be an important tool for quantificational evaluation of the risk of liver surgery and help determining the surgical procedures. We have here, with some of our research experiences in this field, written a review of ASGPR scintigraphy.

As an important member of metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluR), metabotropic glutamate receptor 1 (mGluR1) plays an important role in the signal transduction of central nervous system. Selective mGluR1 antagonists can block the signaling pathway activated by mGluR1 and exert a series of physiological actions including analgesia, antianxiety, antidepression, etc. Currently, the discovery and modification of selective mGluR1 antagonists have become a hot research focus. This paper reviews the structural catalogs of selective mGluR1 antagonists and their structure-activity relationships in the last decade.
