Aim The seminal plasma of 51 cases of infertile were studied with the PCR technice and ELISA method, of which 20 spectimens (39. 2% )were Uu positive, 18 spectimens (35. 3 % ) were AsAb positive, positive of Uu and AsAb were 11 specimens(21.6% ). Correlation of seminal plasma that there is significiant between thetwo groups in sperm activity score, sperm viability, liquefy time, deformative rate and sperm morphogenesis. The conclusion is that genital tract infection with Uu can affect semen parameters and diminish semen quality, the fertility ability of human sperm will be destroyed.

Clinical Psychopharmacology and Neuroscience 2020;18(3):375-385
Objective:
Rumination is a maladaptive emotional-regulation strategy that is strongly associated with depression. Impaired executive function can lead to difficulties in disengaging from rumination, thus exacerbating depression. In this study, we inspect an electroencephalograph neurofeedback protocol that enhance the target peak alpha frequency (PAF) activation in the prefrontal region. We examine the protocol’s effects on depression and rumination.
Methods:
We randomly assigned 30 dysphoric participants into either the neurofeedback training group or the control group. We then evaluated their depression, rumination, and executive function at pre- and posttraining so as to examine the effects of the neurofeedback.
Results:
The results show that this neurofeedback protocol can specifically enhance participants’ target PAF. The participants’ executive function performances significantly improved after undergoing 20 neurofeedback sessions. Compared with those in the control group, those in the neurofeedback group had significantly fewer depressive symptoms and significantly reduced rumination. Moreover, as target PAF and executive function improved, depression and rumination both declined.
Conclusion
Our data are in line with those of previous studies that indicated a relationship between upper-band alpha activity and executive function. This PAF neurofeedback can effectively enhance participants’ executive function, which can reduce rumination and ameliorate depression. This neurofeedback training is based on basic cognitive neuroscience, so it sheds light on depression’s pathological factors and etiology.

Objective:To investigate the quality of life of senior women with urinary incontinence and to explore its influencing factors. Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 152 senior women with urinary incontinence in Fuzhou Hot-Spring Street Community, Dongjie Street Community and Old-age Care Institutions from June 2017 to September 2017. The quality of life of elderly women with urinary incontinence were observed and the influencing factors were analyzed via International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form (ICI-Q-SF) and Incontinence Quality of Life Scale (I-QOL).Results:The quality of life of senior women with urinary incontinence was (98.7±12.2) points. The scores of the three dimensions including restrictive behavior, social activity limitation and psychological impact were 34.5±4.4 and 41.4±5.4 and 20.8 ± 3.5, respectively. There were 4 factors that influencing the quality of life of patients, namely, the severity of urinary incontinence, the type of urinary incontinence, diabetes and the frequency of leaking urine ( P<0.01). Conclusions:Urinary incontinence has a certain negative impact on the quality of life of patients, and its influencing factors are complex. Individualized care measures should be taken based on the influencing factors to improve the quality of life of patients.

[Purpose]To analyze the incidence, mortality and survival of cancers in Xiamen City in 2020.[Methods]The data relating to the incidence and mortality of cancers in Xiamen was collected from the Tumor Registration Information Direct Reporting Platform of Fujian Province to calculate the crude rate,age-standardized rate by Chinese standard population(ASRC),cumula-tive rate, truncated rate and their rank. The 5-year survival rate was analyzed by Period Analysis method.[Results]In 2020,the reported incidence rate of cancers in Xiamen residents was 350.46/105.The ASRC,the cumulative rate(0~74 years old),and the truncated rate of incidence(35~64 years old)were 275.12/105,29.70%,477.37/105,respectively.The top five cancers of in-cidence were lung cancer, female breast cancer, thyroid cancer, colorectal cancer and liver cancer. The incidence of cancers in men was higher than that in women(ASRC:280.14/105 vs 271.45/105).The curde mortality rate of cancers was 150.62/105.The ASRC,the cumulative rate(0~74 years old),and the truncated rate(35~64 years old)of mortality were 109.62/105,12.27%,160.38/105,respectively.The top five cancer deaths were lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer,esoph-agus cancer and stomach cancer. The mortality of caners in men was much higher than that in women(ASRC:155.01/105 vs 69.11/105).The 5-year observed survival rate(OSR),relative sur-vival rate(RSR)and age-standardized relative survival rate(ARSR)were 53.09%(95%C1:51.80%~54.36%),56.30%(95%CI:54.94%~57.65%)and 48.14%(95%CI:46.67%~49.64%),respectively.The 5-year ARSR was lower in men than that in women(40.23%vs 57.75%).[Conclusion]The comprehensive diagnosis and treatment level of cancers in Xiamen is in the middle and above level of the country, but the incidence rate is high.Prevention and control should be strengthened,fo-cusing on the growth trend of thyroid cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer and so on.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2018;24(29):3523-3526
Objective To explore the inpatients' experience of caring moment and provide the practical evidence of nursing care. Methods A total of 15 patients hospitalized in a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital of Wuhan from November to December 2016 were selected as the research object by purposive sampling method. All the objects were interviewed by the phenomenological method of qualitative study, and the data was analyzed by Nvivo10 qualitative analysis software. Results All of the 15 interviewee expressed that they had experienced caring moments. Three themes of experience with caring moment were extracted as follows: behavior, emotion and demand opportunity. The behavioral experience included meeting requirements, getting help timely, self-exposure and accepting disease positively. The emotional experience included trust, belongingness and gratitude. The timing of care needs to be displayed when nurses come to their needs. Conclusions Nurses should take measures according to the real feelings of hospitalized patients at the moment of care to provide high-quality humanized services for patients and further enhance the care experience of patients.

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection can cause the severe threat to the health of the people around the world. It depends upon the development of efficient diagnostic reagent and vaccine to prevent the prevalence of HB. In this study, we constructed the high expression recombinant Pichia pastoris and performed the screening tests in shake flasks to obtain the optimal values of several key fermentation parameters. Based on their effects on the growth and expression level of recombinant strains, FBS was the optimal industrial medium. The optimal values for the dissolve oxygen (DO), the final concentrations of methanol and the pH values were 50 mL, 1% (V/V) and 5.4-6.0, respectively. The optimal values of the parameters simulated in shake flasks were successfully scaled up to 10 L bioreactors to achieve high-throughput production: 310 OD600 in biomass and 27 mg/L in recombinant HBsAg. The expressed recombinant HBsAg in P. Pastoris was confirmed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. Electron microscopy examination showed that the purified protein could be self-assembled to 22 nm virus-like particles. The results provided a basis for industrial scale-up production of diagnostic reagent and vaccine of next generation against HB.
